Came here for brunch and the place was almost empty. They have a $20 brunch special where you can order a brunch entree and get a bloody or mimosa with your meal, and it's not really worth it IMO. I got the braised beef hash and my partner got the brunch burger. The beef hash was okay - beef was kina stringy and dry, it's like they took left over beef stew and put it on plain homefries with a bit of onion, topped it with fried eggs and called it a hash. My toast was griddled flat with very little butter. My partner liked his brunch burger, seems like this is a decent place for a burger. The bloody wasn't good, tasted like an oxidized version of Mr. And Mrs. Ts, I didn't finish it. Service was okay, kind of frosty, thought it was odd the server stood far away whenever he spoke to us. Met a small group for lunch on a Saturday. I didn't even know this place existed! It wasn't terribly crowded during our stay, and not sure why. The staff was fabulous, the place was clean and had lovely decor. As I was with a new group, I didn't want to whip out my phone and go full on YELP, so no plate pics, but we all loved our entrees. My prime burger was perfect (thanks for thinly shaving the red onion) and for delivering the advertised brioche bun! I hate when a place says the bun is brioche when it's really a Kaiser roll. #IYKYK. The others had the meatball app (large enough for lunch)c chicken Caesar, Caesar with shrimp, & fish tacos. A mid sized restaurant tucked into a plaza. Quite the eclectic crowd of people. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our table allowed us to watch the busy kitchen crank out the meals. We loved seeing the various food that they offer coming out. They have a very good size drink menu, with signature cocktails and good selection of drafts. Wife went with a Cobb salad with chicken. Situated in a shopping plaza, this place feels out of place, as if it should be in a stand alone building or as part of a grander area. But that's what plays into its charm. It's unexpected and elyet welcomed. The lighting is soft and the music just right. it's classy yet not overdone. The menu isn't 5 pages long, which is a bonus. Fewer choices makes for better quality. A handful of selections per category is enough to make me want to go back and try something new. We split the beef roast which was succulent and outh watering, with a side of well seasoned mashed potatoes and well poached broccoli. Looked for a place for a late dinner. This place was really good. The atmosphere feels like from an older time than what you think you'd find in a strip mall...really liked it. I decided on fish tacos...a little surprised to see whole white fish instead of smaller piece but it was very good! The cabbage was very finely sliced with a very nice aioli and tomatoes. We ordered the warm potato chips with French onion dip while we checked the menu. They offer about eight appetizers, half a dozen salads, tacos, another half-dozen or so individual pizzas, several Italian specialties and about a dozen "Chef's Specialties" which ranged from steak tips to stuffed acorn squash. They also had four Asian bowls, plus burgers and a few other sandwiches. The $ 27 braised beef was delicious; my wife raved about the $20 chicken florentine. Unlike the beef, her dinner came with a dinner roll. The wine list was adequate if not extensive, and the prices were pretty much in line. Every person we encountered went out of their way to be friendly. Server Alexie was nothing short of terrific. All told, it was a very pleasant dining experience. I hosted my husband's retirement party at Krave today for brunch. All 21 attendees said that they enjoyed their meals. Ari, the manager, and Nicole, our waitress, were amazing and helped me organize the party. Came here after a hike along the Middlesex so I was pretty darn hungry. After looking at the menu there was a lot of things I wanted to try, but I have been eating so bad lately like I was on vacation that I ordered a salad. Now this salad was an odd choice, but had to try it. It had a honey mustard dressing, which I love, and angle hair pasta in it which to me was very odd. I first took a bite of the chicken which was sweet spicy buffalo flavored and it was delicious! Then took a bite of the salad and could not stop eating it, 5/5 for this odd yet super delicious creation! I'm a huge fan of a skillet cookie with ice cream, so when I saw it on the menu, I had to have it. Second best skillet cookie I have ever had! You must order it before leaving! We had dinner at Krave Kitchen & Bar in Woburn for the first time, believe me, it's not the last time. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. He said the good size meatballs were some of the best he's had in a very long time. Their sauce was great. I had spaghetti in a white clam sauce. It was delicious but I must be honest, I absolutely loved the spaghetti sauce so my husband and I traded dinners. They bring you amazing fresh baked rolls. I could have made a meal of just them, they were so yummy. For dessert (we had to bring half our pasta home in order to leave room for dessert because you get a lot for your buck.) I had the tornado chocolate cake topped with fresh strawberries, whip cream with a chocolate drizzle. If you not a big-time chocolate lover, like I am, do not order this. A really good size of 4 layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting topped with chocolate ganash. Sooo good, had to take half of that home too. Hubby had N.Y. cheesecake with fresh strawberries, whip cream and a butterscotch drizzle, mmmm mmmm! There was no wait, the atmosphere is very nice and the service was awesome. We can't wait to go back and try brunch. But to rate this place, 0-10, it's a 12. The prices were cheaper than most nice restaurants nowadays. read more

Looking for a nice casual lunch and stumbled upon Krave! It honestly wasn't bad! We started with the truffle fries and Crispy Cauliflower. The Cauliflower was actually really good! Fried nicely and had some great kick to it highly recommend. The truffle fries was the opposite though. They didn't really have a truffle taste and the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil which was a bit disappointing. Then moved onto the Krave burger. It was honestly just an average burger nothing special really! The taste was something you would make at home and the actual patty was very thick and cooked well! The food I got was good enough. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted like Sbarro mall food. The menu says "fresh spaghetti" which I interpreted as meaning homemade but it didn't have either the taste or texture of fresh pasta. Maybe they mean freshly boiled? They advertise the meatballs as Fontanini brand which is a Hormel commercial food service brand. That, coupled with the bland/unremarkable sauce is why the flavors hearken back to a mall food court. The pork gyoza are fine- they served with the wrong kind of sauce though. The space is cool. Its a decent enough place if at the plaza or in the area. I will probably try Krave again if in the area but order something different.... Maybe try the drinks ... expectations not too high though. read more

A great restaurant with really great people. The food is excellent, you can find the usual things you want like a burger and fries but there are always also new things to try like a variety of tapas. In addition to that though, after meeting my best friend here for brunch on weekend my car batter died in the parking lot (a huge parking lot that also serves a big CVS, Whole Foods etc.) and the manager came out, got his own jumper cables and jumped my car. My best friend and I both didn't have cables so she went in to ask if anyone had a set and not only did he offer his, but he did all of the jumping himself- so so kind.
