6:30PM on a Tuesday- had a reservation but didn't seem to need it. We had a table on the rooftop patio which was so adorable. They had some string lights and heating lamps. Right off the bat our waiter was so lovely and kind! They were really patient as we took forever to order. It was our friend's birthday and they mentioned it throughout the night and even gave a dessert on the house! We ordered the arancini and grilled zucchini. Zucchini was so nice with the fresh herbs. I ordered the ricotta pepper and sausage pasta with gluten free pasta. The waiter even mentioned it was cooked separately! Food was flavorful, a little spicy and tasted fresh. It was good! Since it seemed okay, we sat out on the patio for a while and relaxed. It was a beautiful evening

Pretty flavorful food! I've been to Italy a few times so my bar is high for Italian food! This was a solid 4/5 stars. I liked the outdoor patio versus sitting inside and they had heater outside too. vodka pasta was so goood. I need to come back to try the other dishes, but I'll definitely be back. Their ranch sauce was very different and wasn't as thick and creamy as other ranch dressings. I liked it to dip my pizza.

Date: Saturday, April 11th, 2026 Time: 5:30pm Party of: 4 Meal: Dinner Reservation Made Thru: OpenTable a few hours ahead of time Note: SF Restaurant Week *RW Nonna's Meatballs ($45) *RW Chilled Asparagus and Fried Egg ($45) *Burrata Primavera ($25) *Wood Roasted Broccolini ($13) *Herbed Chicken Wings ($18.50) *750ml: 1-2 btls ($25) *Linea Drip Coffee ($4) x3 *SF Ordinance: 6% ($11.01) *Tax ($16.76) My friends and I decided to try Fiorella for SFRW. It's been a while since I've been in town for a RW, so it was fun to check out a new spot. I have been to other Fiorella locations, but never this one. We were running about 20 mins late, but called ahead to let them know. Was seated in the front area, which is a little detached from the resto, so can't comment much on the vibes. Seating in the front was kinda weird. The tables feel a lil like an after thought? So if you want the resto experience, request a table inside. For the two SFRW menus, we got - the asparagus ($23), meatballs ($20), pepperoni pie ($26), radiatore ($24), choc budino ($12), polenta cake ($13). Total on the regular menu would have been $118 instead of the $90 we paid, so a savings of $28. Not too bad for a SFRW menu. I adore their pizza and wings, so enjoyed both. We brought a bottle to cork at $25 per. I'm not much of a dessert person, so could have passed on the two. The budino was kinda like eating fudge and the cake didn't have much flavor. They were a lil better when combined actually since the choc was so rich and thick. Fun spot for SFRW. And you actually save a bit with their menu. REVIEW #4048

    Funghi Pie

Just a 10 minute walk from California Academy of Sciences, fiorella was perfect for dinner after a day outing at CAS. We went for their Happy Hour menu and ordered the following: CROSTINI FUNGI PIE PASTA W/ MARINARA + BUTTERFLY PEA LEMONADE (kids menu) The fungi pie had a generous amount of mushrooms and we loved the chewy texture of their wood-fired pizza. The chili oil drizzle was a nice addition. The pasta from the kids menu had generous portion so you get more bang for your buck (my husband ended up finishing it since my son was full). I was blown away by their tomato sauce! I had to order a side of it to dip my crust ($3 extra). It was so fresh, flavorful, and well balanced! A staff member told me that they used two varieties to achieve this: a slightly sweet San Marzano type from California and an acidic/tart type from Italy. So good!! Highly recommend getting their sauce. The ambience is modern, spacious and cozy especially with the corner fireplace. Get booth seating since it's family-friendly and less noisy. Service was stellar. Thank you to our waiter Will P for being so attentive.

When my friend chose to dine here on a midweek lunch, I envisioned the place being on Irving Street where numerous new eateries have and continue to open. After finding a parking space about two blocks away, I reread the address and had a good idea of the location. Then I heard this song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgKAFK5djSk&list=RDRgKAFK5djSk&start_radio=1) as I reflected. This, for many years, was the home for Park Chow, a neighborhood staple for locals and visitors alike, given its proximity to Golden Gate Park. I'd come for random casual dinners and later often for midweek lunches as parking was not very difficult and it was close to home. Fast forward to now and not much has changed aside from the signage as there were outdoor tables near the entrance, the bar to the right as you enter, and a number of tables along the side besides those in the main dining room. We were seated in a middle table on the left near the front and promptly given menus and water for our table. My gracious hosts have never dined at this restaurant and it was my 1st for this location after trying their Clement Street one about a year ago. My friends are both pescetarian and were happy that the menu was friendly to their needs. We decided to order a family style meal so we shared everything that was ordered as follows: Appetizers: 1. Wood roasted broccolini (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=InCrlz3Q1zKl5LQQcMMgSw) - Shaved pecorino and lemon oil. Very simple dish with a good amount of flavor. The shaved cheese gave this a richness that paired well with the char flavor from the vegetable. 2. Tuscan kale with olive oil, poached egg (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=xNHz220dKE2PFbzK-oZP-Q) - Cacioe Pepe dressing, Pangrattato & olive oil poached egg. I found this particularly interesting with the variety of ingredients and flavors. The poached egg helped cut the saltiness of the salad and paired well with both pies that we shared. Pizza: 3. Funghi pie (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=D1vVv1gqEWVEGdAwE2c4jg) - Cremini & oyster mushrooms, rosemary, garlic, Crescenza & Fontina Vat d'Acosta. The mushroom topping is generously portioned and the flavors are on point. The crust is nicely charred and interesting being thin in some parts while fluffier and slightly doughy on the outer edges. 4. Margherita pie (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=jbekDU8pZmnRTep2e7sqvQ) - Tomato, basil, & Fior di Latte. Very simple (sauce, herb, and cheese) yet flavorful. When we arrived around 12:30 pm, there were only four or five occupied tables, mostly in the front area. By the time we left, there were several more parties that arrived while one or two left. I guess people dine for lunch on the later side here. Since my gracious hosts paid the bill, I did not catch our waiter's name but thanks to him for meeting all our needs and being efficient. As we left Emily checked on us and I mentioned that I'd tried the location and enjoyed the grilled octopus. She was also gracious in asking us how we enjoyed our meal. I look forward to coming back and perhaps having a pasta too next time.

Fiorella Sunset is a great place to walk to after you enjoy all the museums, gardens and sites of Golden Gate Park. (It's just a 10 minute walk from the De Young.) We had excellent service from the charming young lady hostess and our server. We enjoyed a delicious, perfectly cooked, wood-fired pizza, refreshing cocktails and the eggplant appetizer was fantastic. Tip: make a reservation on the rooftop deck.

    Radiatore Alla Vodka Diavolo
    Shikha S.

Fiorella IS the SF neighborhood Italian spot for a good pasta and a crisp glass of wine when you want to romanticize your life a little. I ordered the Radiatore Alla Vodka Diavlo which easily deserved the 5/5. Perfectly Al dente paste, well seasoned (the ridges of the pasta catch the sauce), so tomato-y yet savory, perfect amount of cream from the burrata. It is some of the simplest and best vodka sauce pasta I've had in the city. Me and friends had a good yap at the bar, and service was prompt and friendly! Even on a Tuesday night, the restaurant was quite crowded (thanks to SF's abrupt transition to spring).

NYC style pepproni pie - Ezzo pepperoni, 'NYC slice' style sauce, mozzarella & grana padano

After a long walk around GGP, we wrapped up the evening at Fiorella. We were immediately welcomed by a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that perfectly balanced casual comfort with celebratory energy that created the backdrop for a meal worth savoring. We ordered: - NOPEROL SPRITZ (giffard and martini & rossi, n/a aperitivos, good twin n/a sparkling wine) -- refreshing and thoughtfully crafted - SAUVIGNON BLANC (2024, Walter Hansel, Sonoma County) -- full-bodied with crisp acidity, offering bright notes of citrus pith, pineapple, grapefruit, tarragon, and ginger - NYC STYLE PEPPERONI PIE (Ezzo pepperoni, 'NYC slice' style sauce, mozzarella & grana padano) -- showcased everything Fiorella does well: a nicely charred, chewy crust, rich flavor, and an unexpected hit of garlic slices that provided an extra layer of flavor and personality. Service was attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, Fiorella Sunset delivers on both atmosphere and cuisine, and is a local gem that every Italian food lover should try!

We popped in for Happy Hour and are very glad that we did! First off, our server was very attentive and helpful. The Happy Hour prices were amazing and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Serving sizes were generous. And we loved the neighborhood cafe feeling with cozy fireplace and bar. A definite must-try.

Came here on a Friday night we were seated upstairs right away. The restaurant is very cute inside but the parking was horrible. We drove around for at least 10 minutes looking for a spot. The pasta was pretty good. We got Cacio de Pepe & our waiter was friendly!

We came here for a quick bite before heading to the Lightscape event at botanical gardens (before they ended up cancelling it). It was one of the rainiest and windiest nights I've seen in San Francisco! The upper dining area is not strongly suited for this type of weather. The "roof" is cloth material that whips around and holds rain water on top that leaks down. Luckily ours didn't leak but the large party to our left had some hissing heaters because of the water coming through. There was only one server on top who was covering 6 tables and we were all seated at once so the poor guy was working his butt off. Because of the cancelled lightscape, we were not in a rush. Pasta was fresh! I don't know if they're all house made but the ones we ordered were. I haven't had pesto in a few years due to overdoing it in meal prep for years and years, and this pesto did not disappoint. So delicious in a house made pasta with green beans. Must order: 1. Meatballs 2. Arancini 3. Wilted chicory salad - hear me out here; chicory is always a bit bitter but they pair it with a warm anchovy vinaigrette. Delicious!

The burrata pie was most excellent.

The Super Fun Friendship Club finally made it's first visit to Fiorella with a party of ten. We will certainly be back. The staff here is PHENOMENAL. Friendly, efficient, and attentive. Great Italian food with some of the less standard options. The pizzas here are simple and perfect. They really focus on highlighting just a couple of flavors and getting it very right. The funghi pizza, for example, does not distract you from the magic of the mushrooms. It hones in on it and highlights it. Mmmm, yes please! We have a "no cheese" member in our club and Fiorella accommodated them perfectly. Thanks! The burrata tomato salad, when in season, is a mind-blowing taste experience. It's perfect. I highly recommend the arancini appetizer and the Nonna's meatballs appetizer. These are also both perfect. You'll be saying, "Oh my gosh, I am so glad that Wolf told me to order this!" And you will be very right. The only downside here is the noise level makes it hard to have conversations. Next time, we will see if we can dine on the rooftop patio or something. Pro tip: After dinner, walk a few doors down and get some ice cream at Hometown Creamery. This is a great neighborhood to stroll around. Parking can be tricky so come a bit earlier in the evening to get a good spot.

Personally, I found the first two drinks to be a bit too sweet, but I liked the third, which was coconut forward. The price is definitely a bit more costly. It was $100/person for a party of five. I understand that it was an escape room + the staff + the cocktails. If you max out the party size, it's about $85-ish per person which I think is pretty solid. Last Sunday, I had one of the best summer nights in San Francisco!…read more We came to Cavana for dinner, but we had no idea there was live salsa music and dancing happening on one of the patios. The vibe was incredible, a live salsa band, everyone dancing, people having a good time... we definitely came on the perfect night! The band played until around 8 PM, which worked out perfectly because our dinner reservation was at 8:15. After dancing and enjoying the music, we got to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen from this rooftop. Such a beautiful way to start the evening. And the food made the experience even better! The menu is mostly small bites, so we ordered several dishes to share. We started with the classic ceviche, which was fresh, citrusy, and so good with the chips. We also had the al pastor tacos with pineapple, flavorful and a classic combination that worked perfectly. But the arepitas... OMG! Definitely my favorite. They come with three little arepas filled with shredded beef, and they were SO good. Between all the dishes, it was actually plenty of food for two people, and we left very satisfied. For drinks, we tried the guava and passion fruit mocktails, and both were refreshing and had really nice flavor. I've been to Cavana before, and I already thought it was a great place to stop for drinks or food before a concert at Chase Center or a Giants game. But this Sunday experience made me love it even more. It's also such a nice spot for a date night or just hanging out with friends. I don't know what the rest of their weekly schedule looks like, but this particular Sunday was a 10/10, salsa, great food, rooftop views, and a beautiful San Francisco sunset.

Been wanting to check out this rooftop bar. This place is so cute. Located at the luma hotel…read more There's a separate elevator you can take downstairs. They have bite size food and drinks. You can walk in or make reservations. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Love the ambiance. The drinks are cute and good. But it's not strong at all. There's a photobooth which is cool. Parking is really hard to find. Unless you're willing to walk a few blocks. This bar is close to the stadium so lots of people pregame here before baseball games.

I went in before the game the place was somewhat Vibing they had a balcony, fireplace, different seating areas and a bar, and they serve food. It wasn't that busy so the bartender came right over. I think his name was Dominic and he got me an IPA. The first time I went I also tried the deviled eggs (3) and they were cool. I have to say my buddies tried the chips and salsa so it came with some guac salsa and a bowl of chips. It was pretty good too. a , but after the game we came back in the place was still a vibe. It was cool and we are went back a few days later for another game with another buddy and sure enough it was cool this time I had a margarita and the expert Cadillac and he floated something like some triple sec in it and when we inquired about the Grand Marnier with him, he got a little attitude although the female bartender said that when she made Cadillac margaritas, she used grandma Marnie, so that was interesting but other than that, I would recommend a spot.

My martini ($13) was really good, I especially loved the olives they use here. I like the lounge style seating, there were couches, nooks, and chairs arranged in a very comfortable fashion. There were a decent amount of people inside for a Thursday night, mostly small groups of friends or people on dates. It's a really nice atmosphere, very relaxed and inviting to hangout in. Everyone in the bar was weirdly attractive and dressed well for San Francisco and that added to the vibes for sure too lol. Friendly bartender and good cocktail menu, they also have a kitchen for small bites. I am definitely coming back!
