Her nails last me well, and she's very dedicated to taking her time and making sure the quality is great. She's a true five star nail tech. Love Joanne, and she's the primary reason I go. The salon itself is nice, and the staff that checks me in and out has always been super kind and helpful. The also have A LOT OF COLOR OPTIONS! Many, many different things to consider; however do note that a lot of the more special color options have up upcharges of $10-25 dollars, such as chromes, cat eye, or certain other polishes. They are transparently noted however which I very much appreciate. The only thing I really dislike is if you pay with a card, they pass on the processing fee to the customer. I personally don't like it when businesses do this - as a business owner myself, I consider it the cost of doing business. I know CC fees add up, but I just personally find it really bothersome and this was not the case at the last nail place, or the place I went before that. However, they do have the option to pay in cash to get around the fee - so I've been trying to withdraw cash before going. They also have a rewards program which I always like for businesses I'll be investing in regularly, and my last place DIDNT have that, so it's a nice option. I'll take photos next time I go to update the review!

This review is negative solely because of a poor experience with the receptionist. The pedicure…read moreservice my friend and I received was excellent--our toes looked great! My friend, who has been a regular customer for a long time, invited me to join her for a pedicure. Before our appointment, I checked the salon's website and saw a promotion stating that when you bring in a new customer, both you and your guest receive 10% off. When we checked in, we showed the receptionist the promotion. She had me create a new account and told us to remind her at checkout so she could apply the discount. However, when it was time to pay, a different staff member was at the front desk. This person spoke in circles, telling us the previous receptionist was mistaken and that the 10% discount would only apply to our next visit. It's not about the money--it's the inconsistency and misleading advertisement that bothered us. Being told two different things by two different staff members left us feeling frustrated and distrustful of the business. Unfortunately, due to this poor customer service at the front desk, I won't be returning.

It's in the airport so jf you're desperate and want to kill time bc your flight was delayed it's a place to come if you aren't hungry! Prices are through the roof but again if you're desperate like I was.... I paid $50 for a pedicure plus tip and it felt as if I just got them painted and I also picked the "long lasting nail polish" that chipped the next day. At least what are the chances you'll be back.. slim to none. And what's the point of complaining when the airport is hundreds of miles where you live.. they do have a couple services like waxing, facials, and chair massage might try those next time hopefully it won't be a waste of money.

We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I think it was great value for money too.

The fans used to dry my nails at the end were cold and it was already a cold, rainy winter night. Not a very soothing way to end a pampering evening.
