    Ah, this location! A tale of two visits. In December, I was…read moremet with delight: the products were perfect, the employee was helpful, and everything went smoothly. A true holiday miracle. Fast forward to January... and, well... things took a turn. The employee we encountered seemed deeply committed to her phone, demonstrating a masterclass in ignoring customers. No greeting, no "Can I help you?", no answers to our very polite (and clearly confused) questions. It was... an experience. The products remain excellent, and when the stars align, the employees are wonderful. But it seems my future visits will depend entirely on cosmic luck, planetary alignment, or perhaps the employee lottery. In short: products - five stars. Service - mood-dependent. Will I return? Possibly, if fortune favors me.

    I came to the Woof Gang location in Miami Lakes because I had previously gone to the Plantation…read morelocation and recently moved, so this one is closer to me. As I walked in, the staff was very friendly but there seemed to be some confusion about the services I had booked. I scheduled the Luxury Bath, which includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, and the additional amenities, along with add-ons for deshedding and hypoallergenic shampoo. The receptionist repeatedly mentioned she would tell the groomer to remove the extras, and I had to clarify a couple of times that I did in fact want the full luxury bath with the add-ons before it was understood. The service took about an hour and a half. I'm unsure if they rotate staff on the dogs at this location, but at the Plantation location one groomer is assigned to the dog and it typically takes about an hour. My dog doesn't love nail trims, but I did notice his nails had several broken pieces afterward. I'm also not sure if he was properly deshedded. For the price I'm paying, I expected a different level of service and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would recommend the Plantation location instead.

On February 3rd I placed a refill order for my 15-year-old Golden retriever who has Gait issues, the drug was for Galaprant and she is highly dependent on it for joint pain. I still had enough pills for a few days and was refilling the RX in a timely manner for my veterinarian to be contacted and for the mailing of the product. Yesterday afternoon five days after putting in the request for the refill I went ahead to the Walmart pet RX website to see when I would receive my the medication. According to your website the medication was not mailed out yet because it was waiting pharmacy approval. I then went ahead and contacted my veterinarian and told them that the refill request was sent to them five days ago from Walmart P. and  my dog is going to need the drug soon. An hour later my vet called back to tell me they never received a request for refill, immediately after speaking to them I contacted your customer service center. I spoke to a gentleman who was very polite and listened to my situation, it was then your customer service agent apologized and told me that the product was "actually out of stock". When I told him that according to Walmart P. order history it was not sold out and they were waiting approval. I then questioned why wouldn't Walmart tell me that the product was simply out of stock? When they have certainly never had a problem with the verbiage Out-of-Stock before? ( for example Denamarin refills) I discussed with him how disappointed I was at Walmart pet RX basically lying to me  which resulted in me having to question my veterinarian's follow though . I then told the customer service agent to immediately remove any future Auto Ship  orders and then I will be closing my account with Walmart pet RX immediately, and this decision was not based on a simple mistake but the customer being misled and lied to. I will be sharing my experience to let others know what happened so they do not go through the situation with their pets. I've always sung the praises of Walmart and think that you do provide excellent customer service and it's for that reason that I am shocked and immensely disappointed that Walmart Pet RX unnecessarily misled a customer about a prescription awaiting approval rather than be upfront and honest about it being out of stock. I've already joined another pet RX company that requires a membership fee, and perhaps there's the lesson,  you get what you pay for.
