The second time I went to purchase a cat, I noticed they were all in their own cages, and I asked if they are are always like that and they said they only let one out at a time for about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago, I bought my second bengal from here. They said she had a bad reaction to her vaccine so I couldn't pick her up because they needed to monitor her. That was on March 1st, I ended up picking her up 11 days later and she was still throwing up and having diarrhea so I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with FIP coronavirus and Giardia. I told them that she is still sick and I have Another cat at home. I took her to the vet because she was extremely sick and they told me that it was my fault and it could possibly be a toxic plant. I had at home even though I have a healthy cat at home And they admitted to me that she was not feeling well after her vaccines. It turns out it was not for reaction to her vaccines. It was Giardia FIP and coronavirus. I have been spending $3000 on a cat. I immediately got hit with a $1200 vet bill and a sick kitten that I had to nerve back to life. She was on medicine three times a day and she was extremely underweight. It was extremely stressful. I also found out that they put the kittens in cargo and shipped them from Ukraine, which I think is extremely unethical. Most animal foundations do not let their animals go into cargo cause it is extremely unsafe for them. I wish they would've just given me her from the beginning and I would've helped her get better soon sooner rather than letting her sit in a cage sick for weeks. They won't help with the vet bill. They're putting the blame on me. Even though I could tell something was up with seeing how all of the cats were separated all of a sudden And they admitted that she was not feeling well. They said she has a housemate at the time and I'm really hoping they took her to the vet. When I went to go meet her the first time they didn't let me pick her up because she was feeling unwell and they've had to wash diarrhea off of her. She's five months old and 4 pounds. The vet that "cleared" her didn't document her weight on her health certificate and did not mark her as underweight even though I called them and she was only 1.9 pounds. I'm not sure how they even were able to get her neutered When the requirement for neutering a kitten is 2 pounds. This place is extremely unethical and they will gaslight you saying that the sick kitten is your problem because they don't wanna pay for it and they need to be shut down immediately.

He was extremely nice and helpful and I can see he is working hard to stock his customers needs. If you go in there for something and he doesn't have it, he will try to stock it for your future purchase. He went the extra mile to show me his birds and even found some birds calls on the internet. I mostly saw fish and birds items and he also had some cute puppies. My four is not for the size of the store but for the service he gave me.

This petco is close to my house yet I had never tried their grooming. My puppy desperately needed a…read morenail trim after his previous mobile pet groomer failed to do so. (They sent a woman that left my dog traumatized.) Marck was the only groomer and he was so kind and so sweet he fit us in quickly. My puppy Cielo is a difficult golden doodle and I was worried. I was even allowed to watch! When my cielo was returned he could only wag his tail and Marck mentioned how well he behaved. I was so shocked because his other groomer said differently. However, now, my puppy Cielo and Marck seem like the best of friends. We are back today for our third grooming with Marck. I have to mention how beautiful his coat has been too. Easy to brush and still so soft. A golden doodle! To see my puppy so happy around him really gives me the security that Cielo is in great and gentle hands. Marck took such a traumatizing experience for Cielo and I to such a pleasant one. His customer service is execellent. His knowledge and love for animals is very much appreciated especially when my dog is my whole world. Thank you Marck and thank you Petco for employing such a wonderful human being. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.

When I arrived, he had me sign a form saying I had no complaints -- now I understand why. When Peachy was brought out, I was in complete shock. She was shaved down to the skin, uneven everywhere, with clumps of fur sticking out. Her face was chopped at different lengths, ears cut in random patches. Turns out it wasn't even Robert who groomed her -- it was someone named Isabella. Peachy has been shaking for days, freezing, and looks absolutely terrible. This was supposed to be a VIP $91 service, and they didn't even apologize. Sadly, I believe this bait-and-switch practice is common at this Petco. I showed them photos of how Peachy is usually groomed -- the difference is heartbreaking.

As I followed the irrirating sound, it brought me to a bird in a cage next to the parakeets, rabbit and guinea pig. The bird was called Sun Conure and was wonderfully colorful but no way would this hand-fed loud annoying creature live in my house, especially for $1,500.00. The staff was friendly and assisted me looking for dog bone treats and chewy items.

They didn't have the cat I was looking for, but the service was great and everyone was very friendly. The store also looked really clean, organized, and well stocked.
