Besides the fact that they came recommended I would not recommend to anyone. My dog didn't even act like herself at all after coming here for a grooming. It's truly disappointing that a service that costed so much made me leave there in tears. Let us not forget to mention they do not know to how to trim dogs she's in patches. She had beautiful lashes and is now with no lashes or whiskers. Had a cut on her face it was horrifying. I am truly disappointed and disgusted at the service and how they speak to you. The lady was very belittling when speaking. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

So we decided to check out Woof Gang, we booked an appt online, signed waivers and went to check it out. I'm so glad we did! The space is clean, and staff could not have been friendlier. Our babies are just that, we want them to always feel safe and loved wherever they go. We met the grooming staff and the dogs seemed at ease with them right away. Our boy can be a biter when he gets nervous so we warned them to pls keep that in mind when dealing with him. They told us it would be about two hours. They were ready in an hour and a half! As soon as we got the call we went and got them. Luis let us know they behaved really well. Prices were fair, and they truly are a bakery they have a bunch of baked doggie treats. We got them a few that they'll get a little later today. All in all, we could not be happier with the experience and will 100% be bringing them back to Woof Gang for their regular grooming services from now on. Thank you for taking care of our babies

I mentioned twice, not too short and keep it please long in the front, everything in the front. I got back a almost hairless dog with a lion cut only around his head an tail. When I saw him I slapped my hands on my mouth and said oh my gosh. Her reaction was, you like it? And I just answered a simple and clear No! By checkout I mentioned the 10% off promotion which is advertised on yelp and she said that the promotion is old! Is that a way to treat customers? Especially Yelpers which are anyways not happy with their service and then get charged the full amount of $40 for just a cut, not even a bath? No! I definitely won't return to this groomer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pet hospital. I just arrived with my dog…read morebecause I am dealing with an emergency, and I was told they could not see him because they were closed for lunch. I honestly cannot understand how a facility that presents itself as a pet hospital can turn away an animal experiencing an emergency because it is lunchtime. What if I had arrived with my dog choking, unable to breathe, or in a life-threatening condition? Am I supposed to be told that he cannot receive care because they are on lunch break? When someone rushes their pet to a hospital during an emergency, every minute can matter. At the very least, there should be a system in place to assess an emergency and direct the pet owner immediately to appropriate care. This was an extremely upsetting and concerning experience, especially when you are already scared for your pet's life.

Her fur grows so fast. She is very active and has lots of energy and healthy joints. The blog on RFM provides information on how to feed and includes information about using grains or veggies that would be similar to what is In the contents of prey animal gut. There is a belief that this may be important to prevent cardiomyopathy in a meat only diet, although people have different opinions on this. RFM gave me instructions on what products I could dehydrate myself to make more shelf stable (I live in a high fire risk area). Rosie is a picky eater and doesn't like rubbery food but it becomes her favoite when dehydrated at low temps. She goes crazy for the duck feet, beef eyeballs, beef lung especially. when Rosie was a puppy she was exposed to Cdif and got sick requiring several rounds of antibiotic. It was a horrible experience especially because I was hoping she would never need antibiotics which can destroy healthy gut flora. She wasn't the same after and required probiotics chronically. RFM has raw milk, raw kefir, and raw colostrum. Her gut completely healed after doing the raw colostrum daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before her breakfast. She has never needed a probiotic since. I messaged RFM on a Friday evening expecting a response the following Monday afternoon. To my surprise they responded 15 minutes later. I highly recommend using RFM for a raw food diet or to supplement you dog's current diet with treats. Their products are extremely high quality, they arrive fast and with lots of freezer packs (stayed frozen in front of my house all day while I was at work in August), you can safely defrost and then refreeze the products as needed, my dog is healthier thanks to them.

They are bouncing around the kitchen until they get their food, and always want a second and third helping. On Monday, I brought in my two dogs, Sophie and Mia, for a basic grooming. Mia came back with a severe razor burn/cut in her private area -- so bad she wouldn't pee, drink, or even walk comfortably. I had to take her to the vet for pain medication because she was visibly suffering. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't apologize. They didn't show concern. They didn't even ask how she was doing. Instead, they tried to deny it was their fault and take zero responsibility. That's the part that hurts the most -- not just the injury, but the complete lack of accountability. This wasn't a small irritation. It was a painful injury that's taken days to manage. And to be brushed off like it didn't happen? That says everything about how they treat the animals in their care once you're out the door.
