RFM is still a powerhouse for raw feeding your dog. My review is 5 years old but I've also ordered from them every month for those 5 years with absolutely no complaints. I'm so impressed with this company. I've been feeding raw for nearly 30 years and within the last 2 years I've started to order raw food online. Previously I had purchased local, but my choices were limited. I make my own meat/veggie/herb blends, but purchase all organ and bones online. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I like that they offer a wide variety of organ meat needed for the BARF diet. They have everything from spleen, gizzards, etc. They have some rabbit and such but I have not exposed my dog to that type of meat yet. I love their variety of bone grinds. I like to feed her different things so that she doesn't get tired of eating the same thing. My pit has yet to turn her nose up at any of it. I incorporate it with the meat that I grind myself and she laps it right up. More importantly the prices are amaze-balls and they are conveniently located. My little pug is 11 years old, got her when she was a pup and remembering the horrible dog and cat deaths from poisoned commercial dog food in 2008 I homecooked her meals. The dried hide rolls lack quality control. I just ordered 5 12" dried hide rolls for my 25lb dog. I've bought these before for a larger dog a few years ago (when they were $13.50 each) and remember a larger product honestly. The tightest roll was 8oz, most were about 5.5oz and were only loosely rolled with much less material. It's clear they aren't starting with a consistent piece of hide OR ensuring consistent layers when rolling. The best roll lasted my 25lb dog about 3 hours over multiple sessions and this is the size intended for large dogs. No way! read more

So I love your company. Shout out to DogDad for introducing me. I have been ordering for some time and I I just got some of my dogs fav which are chicken feet. I have to deduct a little on this because I have to work to give my dogs these Big Bird feet. Chicken feet should be handed over to your dog no fuss no muss but I have smaller dogs, but not that small (Boston terriers) and they can't eat these without me chopping them in pieces first. RFM is the absolute BEST! Customer service with raw feeding companies seem to be hit or miss, and these guys are a HUGE hit! Carla, the one person I've always dealt with, is AMAZING! She knows my little pup (11 month old BBM, Sarge) is my life and I want the best for him, and he can't get enough of their all natural, sundried rawhides - the only ones I trust for my little guy. And she emails me first to give me a heads up and a chance to buy some when she gets them in, because there was a while they weren't getting any large ones from the farm that supplies them. She has promptly answered every question imaginable (and still does) and even supported us with kind words and helpful information through a medical issue. They offer free custom beginner orders, making transition as easy as possible. We have finally settled on feeding raw meats, bone broths, and kefir from RFM with a base mix from The Honest Kitchen, as my dogs gulp their edible bones (but they still enjoy gnawing on recreational bones). I rest easy knowing that I'm able to feed quality meals to my three dogs; and for less than the cost of commercially prepared raw, dehydrated, or freeze dried brands.
