I switched to a raw food diet and have been using RFM for the last year. Every single product that we've ordered has been extremely high quality. Rosie's cost is shiny and healthy. Her fur grows so fast. She is very active and has lots of energy and healthy joints. The blog on RFM provides information on how to feed and includes information about using grains or veggies that would be similar to what is In the contents of prey animal gut. There is a belief that this may be important to prevent cardiomyopathy in a meat only diet, although people have different opinions on this. RFM gave me instructions on what products I could dehydrate myself to make more shelf stable (I live in a high fire risk area). Rosie is a picky eater and doesn't like rubbery food but it becomes her favoite when dehydrated at low temps. She goes crazy for the duck feet, beef eyeballs, beef lung especially. when Rosie was a puppy she was exposed to Cdif and got sick requiring several rounds of antibiotic. It was a horrible experience especially because I was hoping she would never need antibiotics which can destroy healthy gut flora. She wasn't the same after and required probiotics chronically. RFM has raw milk, raw kefir, and raw colostrum. Her gut completely healed after doing the raw colostrum daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before her breakfast. She has never needed a probiotic since. I messaged RFM on a Friday evening expecting a response the following Monday afternoon. To my surprise they responded 15 minutes later. I highly recommend using RFM for a raw food diet or to supplement you dog's current diet with treats. Their products are extremely high quality, they arrive fast and with lots of freezer packs (stayed frozen in front of my house all day while I was at work in August), you can safely defrost and then refreeze the products as needed, my dog is healthier thanks to them. read more

I am always thrilled with the quality and variety available. I have been ordering from Raw Feeding Miami since they started. The quality is excellent and the variety of fresh food and more is incredible. We are never disappointed. If you want to provide the best diet for your pets, this is it. My felines are thrilled when we unpack the order, and even more excited when it is time to eat. They literally cannot wait until it is on the plate in front of them. They are bouncing around the kitchen until they get their food, and always want a second and third helping. Once they are satiated, it is time for face and fur cleaning, and a blissful nap, sprawl out in their favorite spots within earshot of the kitchen. read more

I'm here to review once again on behalf of one of my favorite small businesses to counter a prior bad experience someone left and said maybe the reviews are old. RFM is still a powerhouse for raw feeding your dog. My review is 5 years old but I've also ordered from them every month for those 5 years with absolutely no complaints. I am treated like royalty by this company, having known them for long. They are hard working, exceptional people who truly care about what they do and they got me where I am today. My dogs are in phenomenal health and I give them all the credit when we go to the vet. I owe them my dogs lives. RFM forever. read more

I'm so impressed with this company. I've been feeding raw for nearly 30 years and within the last 2 years I've started to order raw food online. Previously I had purchased local, but my choices were limited. I make my own meat/veggie/herb blends, but purchase all organ and bones online. Bison ovaries, pheasant necks, frog legs, bison liver...what a great way to expand my Mals diet! I had excellent customer service, shipping was fast, and everything arrived cold and well packaged. The packaging was impressive because they shipped all the way to CA and not one leak. Once my freezer starts to empty, I'll order again. read more

Best raw food company out there. Fast shipping, quick to respond to email inquiries, free shipping if you use a code and buy a certain amount. Some really amazing variety of proteins and grinds - you can get ground whole prey that requires only a powdered completer (if feeding cats) up to chunks of muscle meat (pork loin) or more novel options like rabbit heads or whole organs. Stuff always arrives frozen. Ships out within 1 or 2 business days. No complaints. read more

I just got my first delivery from Raw Feeding Miami . The products arrived well packaged and still frozen solid. There was ample ice and insulation. The boxes were well sealed and clearly marked as "perishable ". My pups absolutely loved their first meal( pork grind) with Bison tripe added. They had to test a gizzard and duck heart. All products got the seal of approval. Looking forward to future orders. read more

I love Raw Feeding Miami! They have a huge selection and variety of products and proteins. Their customer service is amazing and fast. I text my questions and get an answer in a few minutes. I live in Arizona and their products arrive mostly frozen or very slightly thawed which makes it easier to get them in snack packs to add to my dogs raw food. Eddy is living his best life in part thanks to RFM!!! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I like that they offer a wide variety of organ meat needed for the BARF diet. They have everything from spleen, gizzards, etc. They have some rabbit and such but I have not exposed my dog to that type of meat yet. I love their variety of bone grinds. I like to feed her different things so that she doesn't get tired of eating the same thing. My pit has yet to turn her nose up at any of it. I incorporate it with the meat that I grind myself and she laps it right up. More importantly the prices are amaze-balls and they are conveniently located. I save so much time and money by just going to RFM. No need to scour various meat markets looking for scraps and that other foolishness. Safe to say RFM has a life long customer in me. read more

I stopped by this place only to be told I had to place my order on-line. I informed them that my dog is sick and I had some inquiries; I was then told to send my inquiries via e-mail. So far, I've called, e-mailed, sent a message via their website and, still....NADA! I also noticed that all of their reviews are old (nothing recent) so I wonder if the business was sold to someone else because, clearly, their level of customer service has dropped to non-existent read more

I was trying to find a raw dog food supplier in Boston area for weeks without success. After so many unpleasant and unprofessional conversations with local suppliers I am more than happy to find you guys. Absolutely amazing service from order to delivery. The packaging was done so well, everything inside after three days in transit arrived frozen. We'll definitely be ordering from here again! read more

Raw Feeding Miami (RFM) is one of my go-to online suppliers for my raw fed dogs. I have been consistently ordering from RFM for over 2 years now and I am always happy with the quality of every single item I receive in a shipment. My orders have always arrived well packed and insulated, and I have never had issues with my items spoiling during transit! I am so happy to have stumbled across them on social media when I got my first puppy because they offer high quality raw items from pasture raised and grass fed animals. They also work with regenerative farms and source many products from them, which makes me incredibly happy to support RFM. Their customer service is unmatched and is another reason why I continue to support this small business. The owner of RFM does her best to meet customer requests and often exceeds our expectations. They also care deeply about providing the absolute highest quality items (raw food, treats, supplements etc) and do a lot to spread the word about feeding pets fresh food. I highly recommend giving Raw Feeding Miami a try if you're in search of fresh foods, supplements or treats to feed your fur babies! read more

My little pug is 11 years old, got her when she was a pup and remembering the horrible dog and cat deaths from poisoned commercial dog food in 2008 I homecooked her meals. Finding RFM online a few years ago has made it so much easier and affordable! Switching to raw from homecooked was not a problem. Heidi absolutely loves her RFM meals and her vet enthusiastically supports the diet because her annual lab tests and physical exam results are excellent. Carla has always provided fantastic customer service, quick response to inquiries and truly cares! read more

I am an owner of 5 pups (3 frenchies and 2 cavaliers). We made a decision to switch to raw feeding two years ago after adopting our third french bulldog who came to us with sever allergies and was in such a bad shape, we had no idea how to handle his diet or wellbeing. I was so lucky to find Mariah Hope - owner of Paws of Pray group who gave start kick about raw feeding benefits and nutrition. I found about Raw Feeding Miami in one of her educational video's and decided to check it out. My first order arrived in 7 days (i believe). It was so well packages and all food was well preserved. After doing raw feeding for 5 of my dogs for two years now, i doing an extensive research almost daily to find cheaper prices for next meal prep, i can guarantee that Raw Feeding Miami is not just extremely competitive. BUT, its not just about the pricing. What make Raw Feeding Miami stand from other brands that sells raw food for dogs is that they very clearly list the ingredients, percentage for each item. If it is a fish products it is always describes if it has/has not been frozen and ready for consumption. For raw feeders who have done the reasearch and have all the knowledge and looking for that information, it is all present on the web site and listed with each item. Raw Feeding Miami customer service is still available to answer any questions re: percentages or kkal but they try to minimize it and list all for each item and it make it so easy when you create a receipts (especially when you have multiple dogs/cats) read more

Honestly I wish you guys were able to branch out somehow out here in California so the shipping cost won't be so high. I've looked all over for a raw food distributor and there are hardly any. If I ask Pet stores if they have any raw pet food they always push the typical kibble brands. You guys caught my eye and since I'm new to this I really appreciate the recommendations you give along with the product! read more

The dried hide rolls lack quality control. I just ordered 5 12" dried hide rolls for my 25lb dog. I've bought these before for a larger dog a few years ago (when they were $13.50 each) and remember a larger product honestly. The tightest roll was 8oz, most were about 5.5oz and were only loosely rolled with much less material. It's clear they aren't starting with a consistent piece of hide OR ensuring consistent layers when rolling. The best roll lasted my 25lb dog about 3 hours over multiple sessions and this is the size intended for large dogs. No way! read more

Nothing but good things to say about RFM. From the owner to the way the business is run to the high quality meats, everything is amazing. My order always gets delivered earlier than I expect, especially for living on the west coast. My dog loves everything I get from here and is always delighted to get her deliveries from RFM. The food here looks better/fresher than stuff in my own grocery stores. High quality food and high quality business. They are quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add healthier options to their pets diet. Looking forward to seeing my order get delivered today! :) read more

Poor handling of money exchanged. I was offered a NEW customer discount as well as Black Friday shipping! Carla has answered every question (even the dumb ones) that I've ever had and she's always been extremely helpful! She's guided me on cheaper options to save myself money... helped me figure out how to put meals together. I've never been disappointed with the quality from here. Raw feeding Miami is great! Carla is really helpful and she always makes sure you have the help you need! Whenever I email her to ask a question about feeding and what I should do next she gets back to me quickly so that I'm not left waiting on what to do next! Even with the time difference (I live in California) she gets back to me quickly! As a person who is new to raw she is really knowable. My dog has kidney disease and she was understanding that my dog could just have what all the other dogs were having, she made my order tailored to what I need. She had been able to answer all my questions and calm my worries. If you are going with a raw feeding company pick raw feeding Miami! So I love your company. Shout out to DogDad for introducing me. I have been ordering for some time and I I just got some of my dogs fav which are chicken feet. I have to deduct a little on this because I have to work to give my dogs these Big Bird feet. Chicken feet should be handed over to your dog no fuss no muss but I have smaller dogs, but not that small (Boston terriers) and they can't eat these without me chopping them in pieces first. Why the change? The necks were still great even the duck feet were normal. These are not your normal chicken. read more

my dog suffers from severe environmental allergies. I tied every bring in the book to help him. nothing worked. he suffers everyday and it kills me to watch him in pain. I read about raw feeding and finally made my decision to go ahead with it. Carla emailed me back in no time. she has been such a HUGE HELP to me understanding EVERYTHING I need to know about raw feeding. this is all new to me so I know it'll take time to learn and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help Gage. let the transition begin. thank you again raw feeding Miami so much for your help and I look forward to this :) read more

First, I love the selection of products. If you have a picky eater or restricted diet, you can probably find stuff you need here. Second, the customer service is great. I got very upset when FedEx had a 3 day delay for my delivery, and I contacted RFM about what I assumed would be ruined food. Carla got right back to me about my options, but assured me it would be fine. Sure enough, the packaging was done so well, everything inside was still good! Even all the way in California :) We'll definitely be ordering from here again- good prices and great service! read more

RFM is the absolute BEST! Customer service with raw feeding companies seem to be hit or miss, and these guys are a HUGE hit! Carla, the one person I've always dealt with, is AMAZING! She knows my little pup (11 month old BBM, Sarge) is my life and I want the best for him, and he can't get enough of their all natural, sundried rawhides - the only ones I trust for my little guy. And she emails me first to give me a heads up and a chance to buy some when she gets them in, because there was a while they weren't getting any large ones from the farm that supplies them. Carla is always so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery getting to have her as my contact for the company. I unfortunately can't order Sarge's normal day to day prey model raw from them because I don't have the money for the shipping (so I order from a company a state away from me, I'm in IL), but my baby's birthday is coming up next month and my normal company doesn't have fun, cool things for him, so I immediately thought "CARLA!" And emailed her about some bunny heads for my boys birthday dinner. She reworked my invoice and shipment so I could order the least amount to ship to me to save money. It was SUCH a huge help to have her knowledge and patience helping me. And she always loves seeing pictures of my puppy enjoying their stuff! LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I'll never order from anyone else for his treats, even tho it's clear across the country from me. They've won my never ending business! Thank you for all you do, Carla!! read more

To echo what other reviews are raving, RFM and Carla's quality and customer service are exceptional. She has promptly answered every question imaginable (and still does) and even supported us with kind words and helpful information through a medical issue. They offer free custom beginner orders, making transition as easy as possible. We have finally settled on feeding raw meats, bone broths, and kefir from RFM with a base mix from The Honest Kitchen, as my dogs gulp their edible bones (but they still enjoy gnawing on recreational bones). I rest easy knowing that I'm able to feed quality meals to my three dogs; and for less than the cost of commercially prepared raw, dehydrated, or freeze dried brands. Thank you RFM for bringing us great products and variety! read more
