We love our dog, beyond words, and Karen was very helpful through the purchasing process....however sadly one year later our pup is not what we were promised. We paid $8,500 for what was supposed to be a teacup teddy bear Pomeranian and he is no where near a teacup. I feed him exactly what I was told too by the store and he is almost 10lbs now at 1 year old. I was told he would be no more than approx. 4lbs, which is why we decided to pay such a high premium for him. I wouldn't say they have bad dogs, but I would caution anyone looking for a dog to do some more research and not pay so much for a dog that will definitely NOT be a teacup.

Absolutely have no words for how happy and thankful we are for Ashley and Nicole at Tiny Paws. I could not be more happy with my precious little Teacup Yorkie. When I went in the first thing I noticed was how pristine and immaculate the store is capped. There is no odor or smell of any animal at all it is white and clean and shiny. The staff keep the clear individual display pens so clean that was so impressive. They were very careful to not let and very many people at a time the front door is locked. The two ladies who helped me were so knowledgeable and confident in the quality of the animals they had waiting for adoption. They took great pride in what they did had so much information and confidence. At first I definitely was taken aback by the cost of my little baby but I fell in love with at first sight, But They strongly encouraged me to go visit other teacup pet stores nearby and even told me where they were. My friend and I drove around and went to three separate stores they were absolutely disgusting they smelled terrible the pets were terribly neglected filthy it was just awful besides that the quality of breeding in the animals was no comparison to Tiny Paws- There was no question after returning back to the store that this was going to be the only way I would ever buy a tea cup and I'm so thankful that I did. My little guy was fully potty trained the moment I bought him so well behaved and easy to take care of. We have enjoyed him now for a full month already at home and he is still fully potty trained extremely well behaved and extremely well trained and I have to give all the gratitude to the staff at Tiny Paws- for this. I don't know who the owner is of the store but I do know that they have a huge treasure in the staff that they have there. They would be nothing without the amazing incredible people they have. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I live in New York And would do this many times over knowing the precious beautiful baby that I have now. Thank you very much!

the puppies can be very expensive at this store but i would recommend. I have the cutest teacup puppy poodle and she could not be happier and healthier. I am very happy with the purchase that I made of her and would recommend this place to anybody else. before purchasing her i made extensive research on which place to go to and I'm very glad that I chose this one. I got to see pictures of the puppy's parents when I asked and i got all information that I needed.

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I purchased my dog, Meiko in October 2017, Karen (the owner) sold him to me for $2,800 as an "Imperial Shih Tzu" that would weigh no more than 8 lbs. First, let me begin by saying not only is my dog NOT miniature, he's not even a pure shih tzu! She sold him to me when he was only 5-6 weeks to make it appear as if he was a miniature. As he grew older, people would ask what is he "mixed" with because it was clear that he's not pure. So, last June (2018), I finally took him to the vet for a blood test. Not only is he mixed, he's mixed with THREE breeds!!! Pekingese, shih tzu, and miniature poodle. He is now 12 lbs and cute as ever, but not what I paid for. She gave me fake papers from the start and everything has been an uphill battle with this person. I filed a civil suit and she retained an attorney instead of settling and giving me at least a portion of my money back. She has ZERO integrity and she is only concerned about the money, not the dogs! She's fake and full of IT! You are better off going directly to a breeder like she does! People like her will receive their due karma! I went through some medical issues, but I am definitely not letting this civil suit go...I'm back on it!

    Chip - 7/2/21

My family purchased a little boy Yorkie on June 30th from Tiny Paws. He was 1.5 pounds and barely 8 weeks old. We named him "Chip", and he was with my family for less than 48 hours before he became sick. We took him to the emergency vet where he was diagnosed with parvovirus and was admitted to the hospital. I called Tiny Paws and the owner, Keren, told me she sees and treats parvo often. She wanted me to bring Chip back to the store so they could treat him in the back room with their own vet. This sounded terribly shady, and I refused to take him out of the hospital. This happened on Friday, July 1st. We spent hours with Chip at the hospital and shed many tears praying he would get better and survive. By Monday, he passed away. He was too tiny, and the virus was too much for him. We are still devastated. I called Keren a few days later and told her that Chip did not make it. She was quick to tell me that her vet could have saved him had I listened to her. I asked if she was going to refund the $6,800 I paid her for Chip. She said "no, that would not be fair to her." I could pursue this in court - I should, and still may. However, I am more interested in other families avoiding this heartbreaking situation. Buying a puppy should not be an impulse purchase. In our case, it was - shame on us. Find a reputable breeder or a rescue shelter - not a puppy store. Parvo is terribly contagious, and the virus lives on surfaces for months. It kills puppies. There is parvo at Tiny Paws - read some of the other reviews. Why do you think you have to wear a mask and can't touch the puppies? Covid? No. What about all the other dogs that were exposed to Chip? Do your homework and read all the reviews (BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.). Consult with a veterinarian. A puppy is not a commodity, it is a family member. Don't buy from a puppy broker. I hope this review helps someone.

We lost out 18 year old Chihuahua in June 2020 and obviously we were devastated. Our original plan was to wait and rescue but it was the middle of the pandemic and we decided we wanted a puppy the next day. I saw a little teacup chihuahua at Tiny Paws and called but she wasn't available anymore. I went to another store in Miami and saw a chihuahua and it felt exactly how I didn't want it to feel... like a typical Miami puppy store. I then got a text from the owner Karen from Tiny Paws with another teacup male chihuahua and he was just the cutest little thing. We were nervous to get a teacup puppy, but agreed to go look at him. When I walked into Tiny Paws I immediately got a good feeling. I liked how the puppy pens were set up. She brings them all home every night and has individual little pens for them. When my husband and I left to go in the car and discuss if we wanted a teacup, we already missed the puppy, so we went right back in to get him. Karen told us everything we needed to know and gave us her phone number in case anything went wrong. Teacups need a lot of things when they are young, so that was very helpful. I even still take him to the same vet she recommend in DelRay Beach because the doctor is very good with the tiny ones. She cares about the puppies and wants you to understand when they need. Our little Preston is a very happy and healthy dog who is now a year old and we are so glad that we purchased him from here. Remember, if you are thinking of going to a breeder to get a puppy, breeders are NOT regulated by the state, but stores are.

My dog's grooming appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, yet she was not finished until approximately 4.5 hours later. During this time, I returned multiple times to the salon and personally observed my dog confined in a cage for more than three hours without grooming being performed. It was clear that the salon overbooked appointments while operating with only three groomers on staff. Additionally, the groomer originally assigned to my dog was changed without my knowledge or consent, and the replacement groomer appeared inexperienced and rushed through the service simply to complete it after hours of delay. The final grooming result reflected this -- rushed, careless, and not acceptable given the amount of time my dog was kept waiting. This is the second time I've experienced this issue at this location, and this visit was significantly worse than the first. Leaving dogs crated for hours due to staffing and scheduling problems is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about animal welfare. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this issue to be addressed.

When I arrived, he had me sign a form saying I had no complaints -- now I understand why. When Peachy was brought out, I was in complete shock. She was shaved down to the skin, uneven everywhere, with clumps of fur sticking out. Her face was chopped at different lengths, ears cut in random patches. Turns out it wasn't even Robert who groomed her -- it was someone named Isabella. Peachy has been shaking for days, freezing, and looks absolutely terrible. This was supposed to be a VIP $91 service, and they didn't even apologize. Sadly, I believe this bait-and-switch practice is common at this Petco. I showed them photos of how Peachy is usually groomed -- the difference is heartbreaking.

At Breeder Luis Gonzalez's location a puppy was found "lethargic and cold to the touch," another dog was underweight with his ribs and spine showing; the facility had over 500 dogs." I am beyond outraged by the inhumane and negligent treatment of these animals at Forever Love Puppies in Pembroke Park. We purchased two puppies: a 3-month-old Chihuahua and a 2-month-old Pomeranian. They came home sick. No family should ever experience the fear and financial burden of bringing home a puppy only to find out it is already ill. The so-called "complimentary" veterinary visit that this store "gifts" buyers to use is completely misleading. Our puppies were never examined by a veterinarian, yet we were assured by a staff assistant that they were "perfect" without any tests or physical examination. Side note on this fraud of a clinic: When I walked out of the examination room, there was a dead dog on the bench next to a lady in the waiting room. Such a level of unprofessionalism or disrespect is unbelievable. The attendant called someone to "come get the body". Didn't offer a room for the lady to grieve and choose the urn made her pay and choose in front of everyone with her dead dog on the bench behind her. Days later, our Chihuahua puppy ended up in the emergency room severely dehydrated with signs of Ataxia, a neurological symptom. The result? Over $1,200 in emergency veterinary bills and weeks of emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided with proper care and honest medical screening. We were told that a simple fecal test would have immediately detected Giardia. That basic test was never performed, even though the paperwork states otherwise. We took our boys to our private veterinarian, and both were diagnosed with Giardia. Even more disturbing is the breeder listed on our paperwork. A quick search reveals serious public concerns tied to this breeder. When we looked up the address ourselves using publicly available satellite imagery, the location appears to be a barn-like structure with no visible evidence of adequate shelter or proper housing facilities. At the time, temperatures were around 32 degrees. The thought of vulnerable puppies being housed and possibly transported in those conditions is horrifying. The fact that this store continues to source from breeders surrounded by red flags demonstrates either a shocking lack of due diligence or a complete disregard for animal welfare and consumer protection. There is also a publicly available news report involving the owner's son, Larry Master, which every potential buyer should watch before considering a purchase. Reports and documentation show that puppies are transported in freezing temperatures, with hundreds crammed into trucks and distributed to pet stores across the country. These are living, breathing animals, not merchandise, not inventory, not commodities. This entire experience was irresponsible, unethical, and deeply disturbing. If you care about animal welfare, please do your research. Seek out truly reputable, transparent breeders or consider adoption. No puppy deserves to suffer for the sake of profit, and no family deserves to bring home heartbreak instead of joy. https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/lawsuits-forever-love-puppies-accused-of-selling-sick-dogs-11711531/
