I went in to buy a few items for my dogs and upon entering there were Frenchie dogs (2) jumping all over me. Instead of the person working there- grabbing the dogs and maybe picking them up they allowed them to jump all over me . I could feel the dogs long thick nails scratching my legs they my sweatpants . I'm sure I have marks on my upper thigh. It smells disgusting inside of this store and I had to leave immediately- i couldn't even take the time to look at their clothes and stroller and beds( which I went to buy) thinking it was convenient as I live in Aventura .I love dogs but would never allow my dogs to jump all over potential clients. Will never return. Disappointed-5 stars for me !!! Good luck Tiny Paws read more

We love our dog, beyond words, and Karen was very helpful through the purchasing process....however sadly one year later our pup is not what we were promised. We paid $8,500 for what was supposed to be a teacup teddy bear Pomeranian and he is no where near a teacup. I feed him exactly what I was told too by the store and he is almost 10lbs now at 1 year old. I was told he would be no more than approx. 4lbs, which is why we decided to pay such a high premium for him. I wouldn't say they have bad dogs, but I would caution anyone looking for a dog to do some more research and not pay so much for a dog that will definitely NOT be a teacup. read more

I bought my toy schnauzer there, and after a few months, I discovered she came with a Patellar Luxation as congenital condition. And 2 yrs later, she was diagnosed with pancreatitis also as a condition for life. Not just advice for the ones who are willing to buy dogs there, but also to the owners of the business to take a look at what's going on. On the other hand, I loved the size of my little one. She's 3 and only 7 pounds, really tiny and active. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They support puppy mills. Almost all the dogs there have serious health issues. Multiple dogs have died from this place from having parvo. I had to spend almost $7000 to fix one of my dogs legs after purchasing from here because they had a pre existing condition obviously from them mistreating them or the way they were taking care of them as puppies. Everything they tell you is bullshit. The owner never gets back to you. I have stopped payments on everything and I refuse to give them another dime of my money. This place needs to be shut down immediately. read more

We paid $8,500 for our Pomeranian. When I tried to negotiate price I was told her dogs are top of the top and no price negotiation. We believed her. Our Pomeranian is 6lbs (was supposed to be 3-3.5lbs). All her deciduous teeth never fell out so need to have surgically removed. One leg is an inch shorter than the other so she can't stand with two feet on ground. She had a skin infection at time of purchase (we didn't know because at shop we didn't move our fingers so low because she was so small and not ours). She has a patella issue. We love our baby but we paid 8.5k for a normal size Pomeranian with numerous health issues. Obviously her dogs are not top of the top like she told me and when I brought this up to her they did nothing. Said they would pass on to Breeder and then silence. Moral to the story is this - it's not all her fault and you never know but don't pay them 8k for a marketing ploy. Because if you get duped they keep your money. Go straight to a Breeder. These shops scam you and take no responsibility because they don't have to. read more

I wanted to buy from this store but after all these reviews it all makes sense, all the puppies listed say they're around 7 months old "fully grown" stated, which I thought was pretty weird because usually dogs are sold very young. Anyways, did the research and apparently everyone who's bought from here ends up getting a dog that grew from the original "teacup" size they say they sell. I will not be buying from here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a bigger dog but if I specially need a teacup for X reason, they should not be telling fake information. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a puppy last year and just found out he has a congenital liver problem. I called the shop to let them know not to get puppies from this breeder. The breeder absolutely knows they are using a dog that has a liver condition to make puppies. I was thanked for calling and they said the owner will call you about this. Sadly that did not happen. I guess once you purchase a puppy they don't want to hear any more about your pet read more

Absolutely have no words for how happy and thankful we are for Ashley and Nicole at Tiny Paws. I could not be more happy with my precious little Teacup Yorkie. When I went in the first thing I noticed was how pristine and immaculate the store is capped. There is no odor or smell of any animal at all it is white and clean and shiny. The staff keep the clear individual display pens so clean that was so impressive. They were very careful to not let and very many people at a time the front door is locked. The two ladies who helped me were so knowledgeable and confident in the quality of the animals they had waiting for adoption. They took great pride in what they did had so much information and confidence. At first I definitely was taken aback by the cost of my little baby but I fell in love with at first sight, But They strongly encouraged me to go visit other teacup pet stores nearby and even told me where they were. My friend and I drove around and went to three separate stores they were absolutely disgusting they smelled terrible the pets were terribly neglected filthy it was just awful besides that the quality of breeding in the animals was no comparison to Tiny Paws- There was no question after returning back to the store that this was going to be the only way I would ever buy a tea cup and I'm so thankful that I did. My little guy was fully potty trained the moment I bought him so well behaved and easy to take care of. We have enjoyed him now for a full month already at home and he is still fully potty trained extremely well behaved and extremely well trained and I have to give all the gratitude to the staff at Tiny Paws- for this. I don't know who the owner is of the store but I do know that they have a huge treasure in the staff that they have there. They would be nothing without the amazing incredible people they have. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I live in New York And would do this many times over knowing the precious beautiful baby that I have now. Thank you very much! read more

Well, the puppy we obtained here is cute and a sweetheart. That is unfortunately the best thing I can say about this shop. When first entering, we quickly found this store is by far the most expensive place in the area, sometimes by more than double. We discussed the price, and we confronted the employee about paying so much for a non-AKC puppy (which had the same price as all of the puppies in the facility). The employee told us that AKC doesn't certify mixed-breed, which is incorrect. When we mentioned that we already had a dog of the same mixed breed with a certificate (and almost all other puppies in the store were mixed breed and had AKC certification), the worker quickly back-tracked and stated maybe the breeder just didn't have her certified. As we stated we would not pay above a certain price, the employee called the manager and received immediate approval for our offer so they will negotiate, and this is the only other even slightly positive comment I can make. We were allowed to hold the new puppy, but we could not interact, play, or place the puppy on the floor or anywhere else. After a few days of leaving, we have discovered that our new puppy has a gastro-intestinal parasite, a yeast infection in the ears, and ear mites, was severely underweight, and has kennel cough. So much for the website stating that all the puppies are checked and vaccinated thoroughly. In addition to our new vet bills, several of these afflictions are highly contagious, and we have had some transfer to our other dogs as well, and you can bet if our puppy had most of these illnesses that most of the available animals are in the same predicament. With the prices they charge, the shop could easily have a full-time vet on staff to examine arrivals and administer vaccinations. Luckily for the shop, my spouse considers our puppy a "rescue" and would not subject her back to this store environment. We will not return, and I recommend dog-lovers avoid this store. read more

Sadly I didn't read all the reviews from Tiny Paws before purchasing my Pomeranian. I see the majority of the reviews are pointing out the same situation even though some gave 5 stars, the problem seems to be the same..... Tiny Paws always say that puppies wont be more that 4 or 5 pounds/teacup and later on puppies end up being bigger. We purchased a Pomeranian that was supposed to be super small and weight 4 pounds (max 5 pounds) with no Pedigree for $7800 plus fees. Our lovely Pom is 7 months now and before spaying her she was already 7.5 pounds. I was explained by them that spaying a female dog may get her also a little bigger so I would probably end up with a 9 pounds Pomeranian. As per the Vet which is the one they recommended the size of the pet is really related to the parents size and she will not grow more for being spayed, she may get weight but not grow more. Anyways, I cant really have the proper information about the parents because she doesn't have a pedigree and whatever was explained verbally obviously did not guarantee anything. The people in the store are super nice, always following up properly to check how the puppy is adapting in the new home. In our case my puppy had Parvo a couple of days after buying her and the way they treated my puppy made a huge difference in saving her.... it was truly hard for few days but she made it and now my Pom is safe and healthy. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it is NOT RIGHT to say the puppy will be small to do the sale and later on stating you cant really control the size. If you cant guarantee that the puppy will be small then it is better not to say anything rather than assume something to make a sale. Ive been trying to get in touch with the owner (Karen) but her replies are always delaying to have the conversation even though her staff in the store sent her pictures and confirmed she was bigger than what they told me she would be. There are so many other places that would have sold the same Pomeranian for half the price with Pedigree. I sent the owner a website were one of my best friends purchased her Pom for less than half of what I payed and the Puppy came with pedigree. This information was sent to the owner for her corroborate the information. read more

I purchased a teacup poodle from here. It's been a year and he's strong, healthy and completely beautiful. Whenever we go outside we're stopped and asked about him. His coat is shiny and his teeth are absolutely perfect. My only issue is that we were told he wouldn't grow larger than 5 pounds. He now weighs a hefty 15lbs. We paid $8000 for what was supposed to be a teacup poodle. While I love my beautiful fur baby, I feel scammed. If you don't mind paying maximum price for what will turn out to be a toy/miniature breed then it's a good place to go seeing as though the puppies are super healthy. But if it's a teacup you want, absolutely avoid. read more

the puppies can be very expensive at this store but i would recommend. I have the cutest teacup puppy poodle and she could not be happier and healthier. I am very happy with the purchase that I made of her and would recommend this place to anybody else. before purchasing her i made extensive research on which place to go to and I'm very glad that I chose this one. I got to see pictures of the puppy's parents when I asked and i got all information that I needed. read more

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I purchased my dog, Meiko in October 2017, Karen (the owner) sold him to me for $2,800 as an "Imperial Shih Tzu" that would weigh no more than 8 lbs. First, let me begin by saying not only is my dog NOT miniature, he's not even a pure shih tzu! She sold him to me when he was only 5-6 weeks to make it appear as if he was a miniature. As he grew older, people would ask what is he "mixed" with because it was clear that he's not pure. So, last June (2018), I finally took him to the vet for a blood test. Not only is he mixed, he's mixed with THREE breeds!!! Pekingese, shih tzu, and miniature poodle. He is now 12 lbs and cute as ever, but not what I paid for. She gave me fake papers from the start and everything has been an uphill battle with this person. I filed a civil suit and she retained an attorney instead of settling and giving me at least a portion of my money back. She has ZERO integrity and she is only concerned about the money, not the dogs! She's fake and full of IT! You are better off going directly to a breeder like she does! People like her will receive their due karma! I went through some medical issues, but I am definitely not letting this civil suit go...I'm back on it! read more

My family purchased a little boy Yorkie on June 30th from Tiny Paws. He was 1.5 pounds and barely 8 weeks old. We named him "Chip", and he was with my family for less than 48 hours before he became sick. We took him to the emergency vet where he was diagnosed with parvovirus and was admitted to the hospital. I called Tiny Paws and the owner, Keren, told me she sees and treats parvo often. She wanted me to bring Chip back to the store so they could treat him in the back room with their own vet. This sounded terribly shady, and I refused to take him out of the hospital. This happened on Friday, July 1st. We spent hours with Chip at the hospital and shed many tears praying he would get better and survive. By Monday, he passed away. He was too tiny, and the virus was too much for him. We are still devastated. I called Keren a few days later and told her that Chip did not make it. She was quick to tell me that her vet could have saved him had I listened to her. I asked if she was going to refund the $6,800 I paid her for Chip. She said "no, that would not be fair to her." I could pursue this in court - I should, and still may. However, I am more interested in other families avoiding this heartbreaking situation. Buying a puppy should not be an impulse purchase. In our case, it was - shame on us. Find a reputable breeder or a rescue shelter - not a puppy store. Parvo is terribly contagious, and the virus lives on surfaces for months. It kills puppies. There is parvo at Tiny Paws - read some of the other reviews. Why do you think you have to wear a mask and can't touch the puppies? Covid? No. What about all the other dogs that were exposed to Chip? Do your homework and read all the reviews (BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.). Consult with a veterinarian. A puppy is not a commodity, it is a family member. Don't buy from a puppy broker. I hope this review helps someone. read more

I paid $3.3k for a teacup Maltipoo. I just had his DNA tested and it turns out he is neither Maltese nor Poodle. He is a ShihTzu-Pekingese. They totally lied. Never would have bought a Pekingese with children in the house because of their vicious tendencies. They also told be he would be 4-6lbs. He is now double that. I called the owner and she was rude, raging, and combative. I am stuck with a giant, vicious Pekingese, not a teacup Maltipoo. I was downright lied to by criminals. Never ever buy from here! read more

We lost out 18 year old Chihuahua in June 2020 and obviously we were devastated. Our original plan was to wait and rescue but it was the middle of the pandemic and we decided we wanted a puppy the next day. I saw a little teacup chihuahua at Tiny Paws and called but she wasn't available anymore. I went to another store in Miami and saw a chihuahua and it felt exactly how I didn't want it to feel... like a typical Miami puppy store. I then got a text from the owner Karen from Tiny Paws with another teacup male chihuahua and he was just the cutest little thing. We were nervous to get a teacup puppy, but agreed to go look at him. When I walked into Tiny Paws I immediately got a good feeling. I liked how the puppy pens were set up. She brings them all home every night and has individual little pens for them. When my husband and I left to go in the car and discuss if we wanted a teacup, we already missed the puppy, so we went right back in to get him. Karen told us everything we needed to know and gave us her phone number in case anything went wrong. Teacups need a lot of things when they are young, so that was very helpful. I even still take him to the same vet she recommend in DelRay Beach because the doctor is very good with the tiny ones. She cares about the puppies and wants you to understand when they need. Our little Preston is a very happy and healthy dog who is now a year old and we are so glad that we purchased him from here. Remember, if you are thinking of going to a breeder to get a puppy, breeders are NOT regulated by the state, but stores are. read more

WARNING: Think again before buying a puppy here. Do your research, because you should NEVER pay more than $800 for a purebred with no akc registration. Also, it's a bait and switch scam. They say they don't have the puppy on the site but something similar. On the website she sells cute little teacup and toy puppies that say they come with papers and registration. They don't. What you will get is a copy of their parents registration which has the number, owner, and breeder white'd-out. You can do absolutely nothing with that. I asked if the puppy I WAS BUYING was registered and the employee stated she was. That's what I thought I was spending $3k dollars on. With a quick flash of the papers then folded into the envelope they make you sign a contract and what they will tell you (while they rush you) is "this is just stating that the puppy is healthy and the amount you paid." They also try to be slick with putting in the contract that no promises made are they held to. My lawyer laughed at that. You cannot falsely advertise anything. That's unethical business practice. My puppy has scar tissue on her paw, she will weigh about 8lbs when the shop promised no bigger than 5, and they didn't give me her papers as promised. The owner has been defensive, combative, and downright rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PET SHOP. Get your puppy from a breeder that you trust. The owner keeps trying to tell me that her employee never told me that my dog was akc registered, yet she wasn't there, and I'm not sure why I would make that up when it's exactly what I set out to buy. Smh She then accused me of wanting a discount, when all I asked for were the papers that I supposedly paid for and if she can't provide them to compensate me. This has caused me more aggravation than I ever anticipated and I am trying to deal with my dying relative. I'm letting the court deal with this foolery since she hasn't been the least bit apologetic for the misunderstanding her employee gave me and the lying about her weight. read more

Sold me a puppy with congenital eye problem. Said the puppy just had a little conjunctivitis, gave me expired cream that would supposedly clear it up in a day or two. I recommend adopting. Tiny Paws charge way too much for these puppies. If you try to lease or fund a dog DO NOT DO IT. they have all these hidden fees that they do not tell you about. its horrible. I called them and they did not care at all. I went in to talk to the owner with the dog I was leasing and the owner kept calling the dog by the name they gave her before I bought her and changed her name. It was very disrespectful as if to say that they might get the dog back. Thankfully, a family friend ended up paying for the dog in full for me and the puppy is MINE. I will never go back to this business. If you do decided to get a dog here, do your own research on teacup puppies first and if you have the money to pay for the dog and take care of it then do it , otherwise DO NOT. all they really care about is money and NOT their customers. I will definitely adopt if I decide to get my lil yorkie a friend. read more
