Our puppies were never examined by a veterinarian, yet we were assured by a staff assistant that they were "perfect" without any tests or physical examination. Side note on this fraud of a clinic: When I walked out of the examination room, there was a dead dog on the bench next to a lady in the waiting room. Such a level of unprofessionalism or disrespect is unbelievable. The attendant called someone to "come get the body". Didn't offer a room for the lady to grieve and choose the urn made her pay and choose in front of everyone with her dead dog on the bench behind her. Days later, our Chihuahua puppy ended up in the emergency room severely dehydrated with signs of Ataxia, a neurological symptom. The result? Over $1,200 in emergency veterinary bills and weeks of emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided with proper care and honest medical screening. We were told that a simple fecal test would have immediately detected Giardia. That basic test was never performed, even though the paperwork states otherwise. We took our boys to our private veterinarian, and both were diagnosed with Giardia. Even more disturbing is the breeder listed on our paperwork. A quick search reveals serious public concerns tied to this breeder. When we looked up the address ourselves using publicly available satellite imagery, the location appears to be a barn-like structure with no visible evidence of adequate shelter or proper housing facilities. At the time, temperatures were around 32 degrees. The thought of vulnerable puppies being housed and possibly transported in those conditions is horrifying. The fact that this store continues to source from breeders surrounded by red flags demonstrates either a shocking lack of due diligence or a complete disregard for animal welfare and consumer protection. This place is a public health hazard. They fool you with the cute puppies but the place is unsanitary with bird feces and dog feces everywhere. When we were there to buy a puppy two weeks ago, we had a hard time finding a place to interact with the puppy as all of their areas were full of feces. The employee said birds had flown into the store and they hadn't been able to capture them. She said she usually came early to clean it since she was the only one who did it, but apparently she hadn't that day because it was everywhere. We purchased a puppy and they coerced us into doing a Google review right there. Now we know why. They want to inflate their ratings deceptively because once you get home and find out the truth, the reviews would be awful. This is why they have so many complaints in the BBB. Puppies which cost upward of $2000 are being sold sick and with parasites. It will cost thousands of dollars to cure and a lot of work. Others are sold with other health issues. We tried to demand they cover the high vet bills from the puppy leaving the place with parasites from the unsanitary conditions and the problems starting practically upon a arrival at home and all they did was threaten to call the police. They don't have a phone number to call because the number online actually takes you to call center in Asia. They have fake numbers they text through to make it look like they're following up but do not respond when you try to communicate. And the salesperson told us there is no phone number to reach anyone. Basically she gave us a sheet of paper with an email to a warranty dept and asked us to leave. No one has responded. And after some research, this appears to be the norm. It's a scam place selling sick puppies from questionable puppy mills in an unsanitary establishment. Atrocious. Stay away because it is a scam. I purchased a Mini Goldendoodle from Forever Love Puppies in Pembroke Pines on December 23rd for over $3200. At that time I was informed that the puppy was AKC registered. Being totally caught up with the adorable puppy, I did not check the paperwork for the AKC papers (shame on me). Since I live a great distance, I informed them in lieu of taking her to their vet, I would take her to my vet when I arrived home. The puppy had loose bloody bowel movements and my vet did testing and found that she has coccidia. She is still on medication! I called FL and was informed that I had to contact customer service by email. I did that three times and to date, I have had no response from them. I receive a call from FL almost every day from a different person to check on the puppy and when I reiterate my concern about the paperwork, they inform me that I have to write to C/S. Of course, I am most concerned about my puppy's health but I informed them that I was also concerned about the other puppies who might have been exposed as mine was. You puppy may not be the breed or come from the breeder as posted in shop Purchased what was supposed to be a non-allergenic shipoo puppy on 120/2022. The store had a Certificate of Origin posted on the wall above the puppy cage which gave the breed and breeders name and contact info. I contacted the breeder who indicated that she did not supply this puppy to Forever Love Puppies and in fact does not breed Shipoos and has had no business with this store in many years. The contract has no phone number for Forever Love Puppies. I called the aventura store from the number on the website and requested the correct breeder contact info. After a day or so i was informed that I had to contact the store via email at their customer service email, which is rather annoying. After contacting via email, I have been unable to get the correct breeder info amd have received these 2 responses "I've reached out to the breeder.Please see below parent's information.Dam Shitz shuWeight 10 pdsSire PoodleWeight 13pds" Not what i requested, since I don't believe that the puppy is a Shipoo. Requested again and received this response "Good morning, All of our breeders are located in different states." When I took a closer look since my baby has been scooting her butt everywhere I noticed there were worms squirming around in her shart.
