This was the only new thing they consumed. I contacted Natural Balance and they said the batch was "approved" but that does NOT rule out improper storage or handling at the store level. I went to the store with photos of the bag, the batch number, barcode, and my receipt. The manager, Ángel, was completely unacceptable. He refused to even look at the evidence, showed zero concern that two dogs got sick the same day, and spoke to me in a rude and hostile way as if I was trying to scam a refund. He processed the refund with a visible attitude and anger. I have this entire interaction documented! The most concerning part is that no one showed any interest in investigating a potentially unsafe product that could affect other pets. This is not about the money, this is about the health and safety of animals. Pet Supermarket and Natural Balance should take this seriously. Two dogs got sick the same day from the same product with the same symptoms. I expect both companies to look into this and contact me because if this is how safety concerns are handled, there is a serious problem!

This location has always been my go to for all things pet related from food and supplies to grooming and adoption. They've also partnered for years with The Cat Network, which I think is amazing. In fact, I actually adopted one of my cat, Coco that's been with us for almost fifteen years right here so many years ago. Even though I've never written a review for this place before, I had to come back on Yelp and Google and write about the great experience I had this past Friday. I called ahead with a question, and James (aka "Jamestown," as his coworkers call him) picked up the phone. He was super friendly, informative, and clearly knew his stuff. When I got to the store, he helped us find exactly what we needed and recommended the best products for our pets and great service from start to finish. At checkout, Valentina helped us complete our purchase and even signed us up for the PetSmart Treats Rewards Program. Both she and James went above and beyond to make the visit easy and pleasant. The bird had bubbles in the eyes and was biting it's feet and kept sneezing. Clearly the bird needed more care and medicine and they just put it back into the cage with other birds spreading the disease even further instead of separating it and healing it.
