At one point, she even told me it "wasn't smart" of me to bring my dog in the first time after giving her anxiety medication, which felt both inappropriate and unprofessional in how it was delivered. As a pet owner, I expect honest communication--but also professionalism, empathy, and respect. There is absolutely a way to discuss a dog's behavior in a calm and supportive manner without making a customer feel judged or unwelcome. Unfortunately, K-Dee's approach did the opposite and created an uncomfortable experience from the start. I was also told she could no longer see my dog, but I had already decided this would be our last visit due to how I was treated. Customer service and delivery matter just as much as the service itself, and that was clearly lacking here. He had multiple surgical procedures and daily bandage changes, as well as numerous prescriptions. He had little to no appetite which was coupled with a persistent fever. I'm happy to say that after some real touch-and-go periods, Leo seems to have turned the corner and is on his was to recovery.
