    This is the worst grooming experience we've had. My dog and I did not sleep at all, he was crying all night and I had to take him to the emergency for pain relieving medications. I asked for a simple wash, brush , and sanitary trim. I have a small Pomeranian. The woman Vanessa Dale scraped the skin on my dogs penis and anus, poor puppy cannot even sit still for a minute! Then she cut his nails up to the freaking roots! I asked NOT to touch his nails specifically ! After this incident Vanessa said she did not do any of the above!

    For a pet store I can't give 5 stars when they sell animals. Adopt don't shop. Also after my friend had to go buy her cat back at pet smart after it escaped, was brought to a cat shelter and they donated it to pet smart for her then to only be able to buy it to get it back even she had pictures, will never have me give 5 stars here. Anyway I drove my friend here to come buy dog food. We had a good laugh at the toy department and he actually ended up buying to worst one for $2. I don't have pets so I won't be back.

    This store is in a good location that is also next to many animal friendly places. That's nice, so I can continue to take my fur baby shopping. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I'd never been here and didn't have any expectations, but that's a good start. I then plopped my cat carrier in a buggy and explored. I think the place is quite organized in its animal categories. I did notice a lot of random carts and retail items that obstructed some of the aisles. I wouldn't say it was the most neat and tidy, but it was pretty well stocked. Some things are a bit pricey here, too. Overall it was a nice experience, and my animal felt safe. I can't speak on behalf of any pet services l, though.

    The service was excellent. I think David is a wonderful part of the petsmart staff, very friendly and helpful. Other than that, David impressed me, how calm, kind and caring he was with a client who was very rude and disrespectful to him. He was very courteous and apologized without having done anything wrong to the client, and excused himself before calling his manager for help. Hopefully we can meet more customer service personnel with the high standards that David shows in his duty. Keep it up, David. Respectfully, A. Serrano, RN

    The wynwood petsmart has been one of my favorite places to go and take my furry daughter because the clerks have always been pleasant to her and her stylist Yuly did a great job. However, when I went to schedule her spaw appointment at the end of February I was told tha Yuly is no longer with the company. I originally had no qualms about trying a new groomer, again, everyone had been sweet with her. However, when I picked up Luna this last Friday she was a little more than her usual post-grooming nervousness. When we got home, I noticed she was scratching her right ear a lot. Upon looking at it, I noticed it was red and with skin exposed. We put antibiotic cream, and called the store Saturday morning. To their credit, they told us to come back and had the Banfield veterinarian look at Luna. The vet said it was a minor irritation and it should go away within a week with both Neosporin and a cone they gave us. I understand accidents happen and yorkies tend to be one of the more active breeds at the groomer. My gripes are two: we never had this happen with her first groomer and I would have appreciated them mentioning something when I went to pick her up. There was nothing written on the report they gave me either. Perhaps if they let me check her before paying for the service I would have been able to QC the problem earlier. Needless to say, it's left me hesitant about coming back to this store.

    Petsmart is a store that sells nearly anything you might need for any kind of pet, including some more exotic species. You can buy animals and pets here, and purchase everything necessary to care for them from food to medications to leashes, cages and pens to litter, toys, litter boxes, beds and everything in between. They also offer services such as grooming and training. The last time I was in the store, they had a local animal shelter or animal rescue set up in the back with 3 or 4 cats that were available for adoption, and they were handing out literature about their facility. Since this location is near the Shops at Midtown, parking is plentiful. One cool thing about Petsmart stores is that they welcome pets to come to their stores and bring their humans with them to shop, and they offer a fairly liberal return policy so if you buy a toy for your dog, for instance, and he/she doesn't pay any attention to it, you can return it rather than be stuck with something you'll never use.

    Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful. They shaved my dog like a rat and then cussed me out. Would not recommend.

    Please be aware this place preys on your desperation with the final objective of ripping you off…read more Yes, I am definitely mad an angry for how we an our pet were treated at this place, and now, after a week of the incident, calmed and with my dog fully recovered, I wanted to share our experience and provide evidence supporting my claims. Of course, before writing this review, I made a formal complaint through DBPR who is supposed to investigate and provide licenses for these establishments. Hope they look into this. Anyway, we came to this establishment (VEG ER for Pets) to bring our dog that just had a small leg injury. Without even checking the pet, the dog was needled for IV and was applied different pain medicines without any consultation. Several procedures took place thereafter including X rays and so (again, without consultation). At this stage, no veterinary had yet even look at the dog's leg. A veterinary came to us after a while with a long list of procedures the dog was being subjected to, and that we had to approve and pay in advance in order to continue. Different doctors and nurses at the establishment explained to us many absurd things that could be happening to our dog from a massive internal bleeding, to spinal cord fracture just to name a few. They have not even examined the leg yet, and actually never did. Since we were reluctant to sign the approval for the procedures they wanted to carry out, they left us alone clearly knowing that we were nervous and worried about all the unfounded diagnosis they have shared with us (clearly meant to generate fear). We decided to take our dog and leave, not before after they made us pay them $600 without any clarity under what basis were they charging this. I can certainly probe that all the procedures this establishment wanted to carry out were unnecessary and were meant just to increase the bill. That same night we left VEG ER for Pets with our pet and went to another veterinary where our dog was cured and treated completely differently for the same injury. The list of procedures at this establishment is completely different. The doctor quickly cleaned and look at the wound upon arrival, no IV was necessary though they did administer some medicine and did a X Ray to ensure everything was OK. In contrast, the list of procedures from VEG includes so many items that were total unnecessary and unfounded. Below, just a few of the things that appeared in VEG's list: Laceration Repair E-collar Peripheral Catheter Penrose Drain Lactated Ringers And there were so many more blood tests and medicines that the list is 3 pages long, while in the other establishment is just bandage, some medicines, x rays and that is it. I have shared the two establishment's lists of procedures with DBPR's officers for the investigation.

    My dog recently had a grooming appointment, and for the first time we scheduled it with Dokie's pet…read moregrooming! I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.
