We engaged Rocco's this year to walk our 8 year old, Coton de Tulear, Phoebe, 3 times a day, seven days a week and to sit with her in our home at times we were out for dinner or on other occasions. They also did some basic grooming and brushed her teeth daily. We couldn't be more pleased. G was always on time and Nicole who fills in are great with Phoebe who looks forward to her daily walks. My wife Susie and I are happy to recommend Rocco's to anyone who needs a responsible dog walking service. read more

Great experience w/ Lebby from Rocco's Pack. She knows her stuff and gave me good information. She definitely helped with tips for alleviating my dog's aggressiveness toward other dogs. As long as I keep using the information Lebby gave me, we're good! read more

Appa and I loved working with Leby! I tried training Appa on my own for the first year but then realized I needed help! Leby to the rescue! It was more me that needed to be trained so I could better work with my pup. Leby was so patient with me as I kept making the same mistakes over and over. She gave me such a focused plan to help with my areas of concern that I am able to easily keep it up on a daily basis. I can honestly say Appa has made positive strides! Now it is up to me to keep consistent with him. Highly recommend Leby! read more

My dog, Rosa, was rescued and came with her set of issues. We wanted to be able to take Rosa everywhere with us without being embarrassed by her reactivity to other dogs and occasionally people. Leby and her team have been helping us to modify her behavior and we are beyond happy so far. read more

I spoke with Leby over the phone about training for my new puppy. She was very nice and cordial and gave me all the information I needed. That being said, the price for training the dog was a lot for me. Like way more than I had expected. Because of all the other positive reviews though I chose that I still wanted to work with her. I took about a week to respond to her via email for scheduling the classes and private lessons because I needed to get the money together. I've since responded to that email thread multiple times with no response, called the phone number provided WITHIN their short hours of service and even gone as far as to show up to the location in person where they were closed multiple hours early on March 8th. I had initially asked if there is a payment plan available for the classes since the price is so high. Her response was "sure I could break it up into 2 payments." Which isn't much of a payment plan, it's just 2 large payments. I REALLY wanted to work with this trainer but after all the hoops I had to jump through just to get no response at all, I'll be going with someone different. I literally made the money available to pay for this training and can not get in touch in order to book/pay for it. REALLY Bad customer service :(((( read more

We had an excellent experience with Rocco's Pack! Our puppy was enrolled in an obedience class, and we've continued on with private lessons and day training. We've learned SO much, our pup's skills are improving, and we've enjoyed the process. Leby is an expert and our puppy loves her! read more

Rocco's Pack Dog Training did a great job with my dog. My dog was a rescue. Highly recommend.

Rocco's Pack Dog Training is unique as she uses intelligence not pain to train dogs. We had the fortunate experience of fostering a dog through Rocco's until we were able to find "Zoe" a home. Our experience was wonderful and the training she provides is unique and with proven results. I would highly recommend Rocco's Pack Dog Training! read more

5 Stars for Rocco Pack "Dexter was a new addition to our family a 3 month old Maltese. Thought I could potty train him , but soon found out how difficult it was, especially if you have a hectic schedule . Dexter was peeing & pooping all over the house, in corners, closets sometimes right in front of me, well, I contacted Rocco's Pack Dog training and left him with Ledy for 3 weeks, for the potty training. I missed him, but was the BEST thing I did! He came home and has not made a mistake, he uses his wee wee pads and knows how to sit, stay and come!!! I highly recommend Rocco's Pack for all your dog training needs. Thanks Ledy for all your hard work! Jill & Dexter read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC team of dog trainers! Their love for dogs comes shining thru and Leb is amazing as the "pack leader"!

Very helpful and I would highly recommend! Leby helped me train my rescue terrier mix, the improvements my dog made in several weeks was incredible!!! Thanks again! read more

I loved Rocco's Pack Dog Training. Leby is a great trainer. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and work with you and your pet. I did about 4-5 one-on-one private sessions with her and then did several day-training sessions - this is where you drop the dog off in the morning and she works on teaching them commands or works on whatever issues they have (aggression, anxiety, fear, etc) and they also spend some playtime at the dog park. When I would drive up to Rocco's, my dog would get so happy and excited - this is how I know that she was in good hands. Leby would send me a daily report on my dog's progress or if she had any setbacks that day. She would also suggest techniques that I could use at home to help my dog with her anxiety/aggression issues and how to teach her commands. You can tell that Leby truly loves animals and that she loves what she does. Your dog is in good hands with Leby. read more

We came with a rescue lab and signed up for the 3 week $2500 board & train course. We didn't receive regular updates and at the end of the course Leby reccomended that we leave the dog for another 3 weeks. Having owned Labs before I didn't necessarily agree with every aspect of Leby's approach - when I expressed that to her she as very dismissive of my comments. At the end of the day for 3 weeks and $2500 e were very dissatisfied with the results. The dog came back less toilet trained and still needing a ton more training. read more

Based on my initial phone call, Rocco's gave me the impression they do not care for the dogs, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. There is a flyer offering a special with Miami Dade Animal Services: Adopt a dog over 35 lbs. or over 4 months old, get two free professional dog training sessions, the flyer also informs, adopter must call and complete classes within 30 days of adoption. Needless to say, you need to call within 24 hrs. of adopting your dog. This information (is not given to you when you adopt your dog). The services offered are not straight forward...Why call to complete classes within 30 days if after 24 hrs the classes are not available. I've only had my dog for 16 days. A volunteer informed me of the services and sent me the flyer, it goes without saying the information was given to me after 24 hrs. I thought I had 30 days to complete classes. Okay...I called, Rocco's gave me the cold shoulder, they were not going to honor the lessons. 24 hrs were up! Ohhh... but, by the way, Leby did offer if i wanted to pay $150 to come back after the new year. Great..... this is why so many dogs, sadly to say, get returned to the shelter. When an established training facility that states "(the most rewarding part of my job is rooted in my sense of social responsibility and my compassion and love for animals)" .......turns away an adopter from MDAS or even attempts to offer help unless they open up their wallets. These dogs especially American Bully types need all the help they can get and when a company like Rocco's turns you away because of some technicalities on dates and hours. Come on.... how petty and money hungry can they be? Tis the season to be greedy Rocco's! read more

We moved here from Los Angeles a year and a half ago where two of our rescue dogs went through tons of training and socialization with some of the best trainers in the country. Rocco's pack is far superior to any other training we have experienced. We are so grateful to have found Rocco's Pack as they have truly changed our dogs lives and our relationship with our dogs for the better. Our dogs have completed months of day training with Leby and also a board and train package. Both dogs were traumatized when we adopted them and had very different issues to address. Both dogs are remarkably more confident, happy and outgoing after working with Leby and her staff. Something we really struggled with was very strong leash pulling on walks despite hundreds of hours of training with other trainers. Leby worked with our girls for a short period of time and their leash manners are now nearly perfect. They enjoy our walks because the corrections are fun for them instead of negative. Other favorite things that our dogs have learned include a relaxation protocol to help them better deal with stress and confidence building "agility". Leby gets these girls to do things that I could never have imagined because they trust her so much. I think most telling is when the dogs see Leby and her staff they absolutely light up, wagging their tails and so excited to work with her! We also recently adopted a puppy and have started Leby's puppy class on Sundays. We can't speak highly enough of it. We have also had private sessions in our home to help our adult dogs learn that the puppy is okay. Leby sends detailed notes after each day training session and often shares photos and videos. Most importantly she takes the time to train you, the human, what to do! Can't recommend Rocco's Pack highly enough! read more

We are very happy to have found Leby. She reads our hysterically fearful dog like a book and teaches him - and us - with quiet patience during private sessions. We just started working with her and are seeing amazing progress already. It's wonderful and we are looking forward to a more relaxed and happier dog. read more

"I'm so happy I found Leby!! My rescue came to me with several fear issues. I had reached out to other trainers for help and none of them ever responded. As soon as I contacted Leby she responded to me the same day. That was our lucky day!! She has given me the tools (and hope) that I needed to start to recondition and desensitize my sweet girl. I can't thank her enough!!" read more

I undertook a leash training class with my dog who was very nervous and wouldn't walk on a leash at all. We started with the basics and practiced between classes and by the end of the class, my dog was a lot more confident, walking well on the leash and graduated from the class. Lebyb helped me with several other issues I was having with my dog who was a rescue such as barking at strangers and our cat. She is very knowledgeable with dog training and I would recommend her highly read more

What an awesome experience! Aside from the talented, pup loving, down to earth trainer, to the detail and technique used in the method of training, Rocco's Pack did not disappoint. I didn't know much about dog training before, but I imagined a stern, scary method to train my little puppy dog. Instead I was pleased to learn how a calm, positive training method is more effective! My little Nugget came home knowing FIVE commands at 3 months old and not having any potty accidents! I was very happy to have chosen RP! Highly recommend it! read more

Leby is very involved, very professional and very caring. My dog really enjoyed the training sessions. I would recommend this approach and Rocco's pack to any basic/obedience training in a heartbeat. It works and everyone is happy. For more serious behavioral issues that need modification, however, be prepared to invest many many months and dollars. read more

Rocco's Pack is the place to go for patience and results. My rescue has had so many issues that went well beyond the usual 'obedience' training and Leby has been patient and (pardon the pun) well, dogged in trying to unravel the complex series of sensitivities and fears to affect real change and growth. She thinks outside the box and involves other specialists, vets and all manner of tools to find what works best for the particular situation and dog. I can't recommend her and Rocco's Pack more highly for training and board and train. read more

Rocco's pack is amazing! My partner and I recently moved back to Miami and were in need of a positive reinforcement trainer for our two rescue pups. From the moment we met our trainer Leby we knew we had found the perfect match. Leby exudes kindness and patience. I have never once questioned her abilities or techniques. In addition to being a wonderful trainer, she is also always willing to answer questions via email and provide information for us to read so that we can expand our knowledge and become more informed and enthusiastic pet parents. Our dogs have made so much progress and we couldn't be more grateful to Leby and her team at Rocco's pack! read more

Rocco's dog training rocks. Leby is awesome. She came to our house for private lessons and was punctual, kind and ohh so "dog whisperer!". She helped us sort out why our commands were not working and set us on the right track for basic commands. With her sound advice, patient manner and true love of dogs, we are reinvigorated puppy owners. Highly recommend as did our vet. read more
