They were out of control during our walks, and I was not enjoying walking with them. I was continuously frustrated and aggravated with them. Very quickly she was able to help me learn to communicate effectively with them. Once I learned to communicate with them their "behavior" has improved dramatically. I am grateful for the education, and now I am very happy with my relationship with the Maltese.

He also isn't incessantly nipping at our fingers or toes! He is so much more pleasant. Still not eating much but, I'll check in with the vet on that maybe if he keeps it up. Thanks again, Fabian! You truly have a gift. " I think that says it all. Fabian is an amazing trainer and a stand up guy. If you want your pup trained with patience and compassion and results, look no further.

Awesome, awesome experience for me and my dog Big Daddy…read more my big, 2.5 yr old boy was going crazy when new people came around. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

It got the the point that we started hitting her (sad I know). That's when we knew we needed help...and thank God we found Lisa & Larry. We left her with them for 5 weeks, yes, expensive but worth every penny. We never imagined the new puppy we found at pick up. My 5 & 7 year old boys can now walk and pet their dog without fear. Jessie is 120lb Cane Corso (only 1year old) and she went from being a sweet puppy that was hard to manage due to her excitement and size, to an extremely well behaved large dog that's still super sweet. The program works and it was fascinating to see how the different steps build on each other to create order and consistency in the training. I'm really proud of my Jessie and myself for investing in training, and have plans to do off-leash. Thank you Jackie and Sam Ivy for helping us! - Mira & Jessie

George is the absolute BEST. Our dog Goose was never poorly trained, but we did have some concerns…read more We live in an apartment building and sometimes, out of excitement, Goose would run out of the door when we got home. We also have a dog that barks at other dogs to play, which can scare other families and dogs of course. George helped us learn techniques that involved treats, coin bottles (can't spoil all of his tricks), and just LOVE. Goose now responds to "wait", "back", "sit", "NO bark" and knows where home is and will lead us there when we say "let's go home". We only had four lessons with George but George is so great, he told us we could do tune-ups as well (shorter lessons just to make sure everything is in order). Why is george is the best?! He's a nice person, who cares about dogs like NO other. He even took our dog on a walk with us to show us tips and tricks to have Goose walk side by side instead of pulling on the leash as prior. It does require practice with your dog, that's not to say it doesn't, but it's very simple and honestly, we never expected Goose to be so trained so quickly! I highly highly recommend George!!!

I purchased an imported German Shepherd, Bono, through Shultz K9 and have a significant amount…read moreinvested in him. I absolutely love Bono--this review is about my experience with his documentation and the follow-up afterward. At the time, I was inexperienced with imported dogs and trusted that a reputable, experienced dog broker would provide me with the appropriate pedigree, registration, and import/export documentation. Unfortunately, I did not receive everything I should have asked for, and I feel my naïveté was taken advantage of rather than guided. When I later tried to obtain the missing records, Fritz told me in writing that he had been giving people "marching orders to ignore" me. I subsequently removed previous negative reviews in good faith because I believed he was going to help me obtain the paperwork, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I ultimately had to contact SÚCHNO in Slovakia myself to recover Bono's pedigree information and learn the documented working bloodlines behind a dog I had already purchased. I love Bono and have absolutely no regrets about him. My disappointment is with how the transaction and my subsequent requests for documentation were handled. After spending this amount of money with a professional dog broker, I expected considerably more transparency, assistance, and professionalism. If you're purchasing an imported dog, get every promised document in your hands before completing the purchase.
