I researched a lot of trainers for months and kept going back to ORA Dog training . The board and training program was without a doubt the right choice for our family and I am so glad we did it . Bijan is very knowledgeable and mastered his craft , he is very gentle and affectionate with the dogs - and I am convinced he is some sort of dog whisperer . We have a high energy boxer puppy that is stubborn and very playful and it had been a challenge to install good behaviors . Bijan did an incredible job in training our Luna , was very patient and through explaining all the commands to our family and how to properly handle her in different scenarios , showing us how to effectively change behaviors and how to enforce all Luna learned during the trainning. Bijan and his team are absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We had our Oliver a miniature Australian Shepard for about two years. We expected a happy, active, confident dog. However, our Oliver was extremely anxious of everything. He would bolt, hide in bushes, shake uncontrollably on every "walk"...and "walk" meaning us trying to make it as fast as possible to the grass and back inside to not have any anxious meltdowns. He was scared of everything, people, sounds, signs, cars, wind (yes wind). It was exhausting and we tried everything. E-collar based training was not my first choice, truly because I was not educated enough on it. Bijan truly went out of his way to make sure we knew the in's and out's of confidence training and being the best fur parents. He kept Oliver longer than 21 days (no extra charge) to make sure Oliver returned to a place where we could continue his training with success. Since we got Oliver back ...close to 3 weeks ago we have been consistent in his training and he continues to progress! Most importantly we can walk him now! I truly didn't think this was possible, but Bijan did an outstanding job. Oliver has more structure in the home which translates to outside, I can tell that Oliver trust me and my husband more when we go on walks. I would 10000% Recommend this program. You will not regret it. Thank you SO much Bijan. Monica & Lester

    Our Ziggy

Ziggy was a bit scary for my wife ,who was initially scared of dogs ,but agreed to bring Ziggy home. The first week of adaptation was difficult for the both of them ,to the point where we almost made the decision to give the puppy away.Bijan assessed the situation , and understood that Ziggy and mummy needed to bond through training. What a difference it made after a couple of sessions!. My wife now loves Ziggy and calls him her baby. Bijan was professional, patient , and knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend his services and be warned ,you will absolutely love him. THANK YOU Bijan!.

Bijan was recommended to my partner and I because of his work with a friend's dog. He was very flexible, and allowed us to schedule our appointments on a different day/time each week because of our ever-changing work schedules (night shift and day shift). He gave clear and simple instructions for each session and gave good tips on how to handle different behavioral scenarios. Bijan was very available for advice during and even after our training sessions. Bijan's best advice to us about structure and generally keeping our dog calm has stayed true to this day. Our relationship with our dog has changed from allowing her to do anything and everything as a puppy, to having a calm, but still playful and happy, puppy.

I have three dogs at home, one is a pitbull causing major issues in household. God forbid anyone knocked on the door, my heart would drop in fear of another fight as they all run over. I tried three different training companies over the course of a 7 months period, paying tons of money for their in home training programs. NOTHING worked! In fact, I think some even made the issues worse. I had another issue occur and at this point running out of options. I was in the process of having to make a very difficult decision until I came across "We Speak K9." I explained my situation and I was told if I want to save my dog to bring her to their training class. I have to say I was very skeptical and did not believe anything would work given all my previous attempts. Even after the first session, I felt as thou I brought home a completely transformed dog. They were very professional and explained everything in detail, not only what is needed from my dog but also how I needed to treat/react towards my dog. My little girl picked up everything much faster then I did... lol. During our session today, I witnessed something I never thought would be possible. We were introducing her to a pack of about 20-25 dogs, all running around loose together. My level of fear was so high, I could not watch as they began the introductions. Once I saw her running around and playing with everyone, I was so proud and teared up a bit. She was 100% OK and probably had the best day of her life. None of this would have ever been possible with out "We Speak K9." I cannot express how thankful I am for meeting them when I did. They have completely transformed my dog and gave her another chance. We now go on multiple walks without turning around if we see another dog, restaurants and enjoy a stress free home. I highly recommend this company to anyone with major behavioral issues as well as for basic household training. You can take your training as far as you want to go with this company!

Adam Rojas has been a miracle worker with our rescue, Prescott. Our sweet little twelve pound…read moredoxy/chihuaha has a tendency to snap and bite if he feels triggered, particularly if I get near his neck with leash or harness. This has made attempting to walk him a recurrent moment of panic for me, which has only emboldened Prescott to continue this behavior. He has even bitten me on several occasions, as well as my wife (though less frequently) albeit often enough to make us feel unsafe in our own home. We've been through several trainers, behaviorists, doctors and specialists; we've explored treatments for his spinal pain (pain meds, crating) to quell his agitation, and also began giving him Prozac to ease any anxiety or trauma he may suffer from. Ultimately, all of these measures did not adequately resolve the problem. Needless to say, after this saga of several years, we were at our wits end. Enter Adam Rojas: a true dog whisperer, he approached Prescott masterfully, equal parts dominant and compassionate, essentially mesmerizing my wife and I at his ability to make our little Napolean so submissive. It was a wonder to see, like sitting front row at a Las Vegas show in our own living room! Adam has been patient and instructive, always giving us specific action steps, techniques and clear explanations, all the while training my wife and I to provide Prescott with the pack leadership he so craves. Adam has been available by text and phone, continuing to reassure and answer any questions. He's taught us to correct Prescott's behavior in a timely and appropriate manner with commands and use of the leash; we've even learned to use the electric collar, of which Adam took great pains to teach us how to use effectively. The net result of these sessions has been a profoundly better adjusted doggie, and a much calmer and happier mommy and daddy! We didn't know where else to turn, and this instruction has made a world of difference! We heartily recommend Adam & K9 for their outstanding professionalism and excellent results.

Do not use! They use clients' dogs as bait dogs to test the success of their aggressive dog…read moretraining! After reading the positive reviews, my boyfriend entrusted GI K9 to work with his rescue pup on her aggressive/defensive tendencies, inclusive of a 3 week boarding and training program in October 2022. Shawn, the owner, told him with confidence that he thought she'd significantly improve with a 2 week training (a hefty price tag at $140/night). GI K9 then weaseled another $1,000 out of my boyfriend for a promising additional week of training, providing false hope that it would make an even bigger difference. On the evening of 11/16/2022, my boyfriend took his dog to group training at GI K9, which he gained access to on an unlimited basis after completing the 3 week training. Fabian (trainer) wanted to try an exercise - harnessing and tying up my boyfriend's 65 lb dog while walking another group training attendee's dog in front of her as bait. My boyfriend questioned the safety of this exercise but was assured by Fabian that it would be okay. My boyfriend's dog easily got loose and attacked the other dog, requiring 2 grown men to pull the dogs apart. This should have never happened. There was a severe lack of judgment on Fabian's decision to execute this training exercise. GI K9 should have evaluated the risks associated with this exercise, which my non-expert boyfriend quickly acknowledged was questionable at best. GI K9 will not refund my boyfriend, despite the clear lack of success in their training plan, and have basically blown smoke up his and the other family's behinds that they can't refund either party due to the time they spent training (which again, obviously wasn't successful). How has GI K9 attempted to resolve this issue? Shawn's solution is additional training... how insulting. Do you trust them to act in your pet's best interest after hearing this? Shawn claims they'll be creating a new group training structure moving forward to separate aggressive and non-aggressive dogs; where was that common sense prior to this incident? He also claims he'll be addressing Fabian's lack of judgment on the matter; how does that change the crushed hope we had that this ongoing training would help? It took Shawn until the next day to even contact my boyfriend acknowledging the incident, despite the fact that he was made aware of it by Fabian the evening it occurred. My boyfriend is absolutely devastated and the other family is traumatized, and understandably so. Please, for the sake of your furry loved ones, reconsider using GI K9. This has caused us great heartbreak after getting our hopes up for a successful training and draining the bank account. GI K9's lack of reconciliation on the matter has only added salt to the wound. The only respectable action on GI K9's part in this entire situation was Fabian's acknowledgement of full responsibility for the lapse in judgment that led to the attack.
