Then she told me she only carries high end dog food and not cheap food. I thanked her and walked out. Royal Canin isn't cheap nor is it found in regular supermarkets. Mary's demeanor was pretty rude. I showed them photos of how Peachy is usually groomed -- the difference is heartbreaking.

After they took her to the back for examination, X-rays, and urinalysis, she was returned to me in a completely different condition -- she was screaming, vomiting, twitching, and severely distressed. She had not been in this state when we arrived. They listed a urinalysis and Onsior tablets on the estimate but provided no results and did not give me the medication. They sent us to the ER with almost no explanation of what they found. When I asked what caused the rupture in an indoor cat, the doctor had no clear answer. The dramatic decline in her condition while she was in their care was very concerning. Communication was extremely poor throughout.
