I have been using Aquarium Butler for the past 4 years and can say that neither my fishes nor I…read morecould be any happier! I started with a Beta doing it myself, then transferred to a salt water nano tank with a Nemo and a Larry the Lobster with some corals. I didn't know, the hobby entailed a little more knowledge than I thought I had or read. So that's when I called for help. I didn't think it was worth him coming to see my tank for service since it was just a little 5 gallon tank. But, not only did he come to service and maintain it, but he is a very knowledgeable, creative & accommodating person. He knows fish and their habits so well, he may have been a fish before this lifetime! He knows which ones are compatible and how to artistically set up aquariums. I got so into the hobby with his knowledge and experience that I then upgraded from my 5 gallon to a beautiful 34 gallon which is a big step and Rafael & his team helped me all the way! He even moved my tank when we moved and I was super stressed thinking something would happen to them, but their move was easier and less stressful than mine. If you are in need of maintenance, service or looking to add an aquarium and you've always thought, "don't know if I can", or "can I find someone that could help me in the planning and taking care of maintenance", Aquarium Butler is the one to call!

After visiting several local fish stores, I can confidently say this one has earned my business…read more I originally purchased my 15 gallon reef aquarium from them, and even though my 53 gallon system wasn't bought there, Luis, Allen, and Anthony have gone above and beyond helping me get it properly cycled and set up for long term success. That says everything about the kind of business they run. In the reefing hobby, healthy livestock, honest advice, and experience are worth far more than flashy displays, and this store delivers on all three. Their fish and coral selection is outstanding, the livestock is healthy and well cared for, and they never push unnecessary products just to make a sale. If something isn't ready, they'll tell you. If they think there's a better way to do something, they'll explain why. That level of integrity is becoming rare. As someone who is still learning the reefing side of the hobby, I've asked more questions than I can count, and they've always taken the time to educate me instead of rushing me out the door. They have helped me avoid costly mistakes and made what can be an overwhelming hobby enjoyable. A special thank you to Luis, Allen, and Anthony. Your knowledge, patience, and customer service set the standard for what a local fish store should be. If you're serious about building a successful reef aquarium or you're just getting started, this is the shop you want in your corner. I recommend them without hesitation.
