I consider myself a freshwater fish connoisseur, but after upgrading my tank, I was having problems…read morecycling my water. I then made a cardinal mistake and bought fish before the tank was fully cycled. So I went to this place for help. The last thing I needed was an extensive lecture from a cocky fish expert about my egregious error and the dangers now exposed to my fish. Rather, the young woman who assisted me (can't remember her name...) calmly tested my water, patiently answered all my questions and helped me devise a solution. She then gave me this special carbon bag (I almost wanna call it magic herbs) and told me it would fix the issue. Dying and dead chicks left to rot in incubators, actual sheep in very cramped pens. It's living hell for the animals. I was horrified and will never go back. They should be investigated for animal cruelty.
