Service here is crazy, as soon as you walk in they greet you, they ask you if you need help, and even carry your bags to the counter. Yes... I'm not lying, super service here. They will even help with concerns and recommendations for you dog or feline. So here is the real reason for my review.... I was out on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday week and my Senior was at my aunts house who was taking care of her. She called me Saturday afternoon to let me know she was going to run outta food before we get back home. Here I go, panic mode. I called and spoke to one of the young ladies and she told me that as long as I placed my order on line before noon, the delivery would be made the same day. Long story short, I was a few minutes late, original call was at 11:57am. They made my delivery and even pulled my dogs file to verify what I was needing. Customer Service at its best!! Bravo

The owner was sitting in the far back reading something and gave a peek at who entered then said hello. Happy no sales pitch here which was a break from some other overly aggressive retail employees. Prices were a bit high, but its the Aventura Mall so not really gonna find deals in this type of independently owned shop, but Amazon rules the earth.
