The cleanliness was just wonderful. We were taught how to gently handle the kittens so that we and the kittens would be at ease and safe. We learned so much about different breeds. The girls fell in love with the gentleness and playfulness of the kittens. This was an experience they will never forget. They are telling everyone and are already planning their next visit, this time with their cousins. I'm so thankful for the memories and the interactive education. WE LOVED IT!!!!

I have purchased two cats from happy paws. My first experience was great. I had a healthy cat…read more(bengal) and I loved that all the cats were able to socialize and hang out. The second time I went to purchase a cat, I noticed they were all in their own cages, and I asked if they are are always like that and they said they only let one out at a time for about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago, I bought my second bengal from here. They said she had a bad reaction to her vaccine so I couldn't pick her up because they needed to monitor her. That was on March 1st, I ended up picking her up 11 days later and she was still throwing up and having diarrhea so I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with FIP coronavirus and Giardia. I told them that she is still sick and I have Another cat at home. I took her to the vet because she was extremely sick and they told me that it was my fault and it could possibly be a toxic plant. I had at home even though I have a healthy cat at home And they admitted to me that she was not feeling well after her vaccines. It turns out it was not for reaction to her vaccines. It was Giardia FIP and coronavirus. I have been spending $3000 on a cat. I immediately got hit with a $1200 vet bill and a sick kitten that I had to nerve back to life. She was on medicine three times a day and she was extremely underweight. It was extremely stressful. I also found out that they put the kittens in cargo and shipped them from Ukraine, which I think is extremely unethical. Most animal foundations do not let their animals go into cargo cause it is extremely unsafe for them. I wish they would've just given me her from the beginning and I would've helped her get better soon sooner rather than letting her sit in a cage sick for weeks. They won't help with the vet bill. They're putting the blame on me. Even though I could tell something was up with seeing how all of the cats were separated all of a sudden And they admitted that she was not feeling well. They said she has a housemate at the time and I'm really hoping they took her to the vet. When I went to go meet her the first time they didn't let me pick her up because she was feeling unwell and they've had to wash diarrhea off of her. She's five months old and 4 pounds. The vet that "cleared" her didn't document her weight on her health certificate and did not mark her as underweight even though I called them and she was only 1.9 pounds. I'm not sure how they even were able to get her neutered When the requirement for neutering a kitten is 2 pounds. This place is extremely unethical and they will gaslight you saying that the sick kitten is your problem because they don't wanna pay for it and they need to be shut down immediately.

After months of veterinary visits, extensive testing, and approximately $1,500 spent on diagnostics, our avian specialist diagnosed him with Avian Bornavirus (PDD). We are now facing the heartbreaking decision of euthanasia because his condition has become irreversible. According to our avian veterinarian, this virus is transmitted from bird to bird and has a long incubation period, meaning infected birds can appear healthy for months before showing symptoms. What has been even more disappointing is the store's response. Despite providing veterinary records and attempting to resolve this matter directly, the store has refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. Our family, especially our three children, is devastated. We hope our experience encourages prospective buyers to ask detailed questions about health screening and testing before purchasing a bird. We cannot recommend this store based on our experience.

However, when I came back to pick her up, the total was $20 higher. The explanation was that she had "really bad knots," but if that were the case, it should have been mentioned before the grooming started -- not after the fact. The grooming itself was fine, but the surprise charge and lack of upfront communication felt unprofessional. I expect transparency when it comes to pricing, especially when they've already seen the dog before quoting a price. I won't be returning.

She called me after the visit and was so happy with the results. It's such a great place. my other review posted in May 2016: this place is great! you don't find service or family-run businesses like this too often anymore... their techs LOVE the animals and stick around for years. I know one of their techs went on to veterinary school after working there for at least 10 years that I know of. The vets are so kind and experienced. They don't look for extra stuff to do and are honest about how much they themselves can help. i can't say enough good things about this clinic.
