Service here is crazy, as soon as you walk in they greet you, they ask you if you need help, and even carry your bags to the counter. Yes... I'm not lying, super service here. They will even help with concerns and recommendations for you dog or feline. So here is the real reason for my review.... I was out on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday week and my Senior was at my aunts house who was taking care of her. She called me Saturday afternoon to let me know she was going to run outta food before we get back home. Here I go, panic mode. I called and spoke to one of the young ladies and she told me that as long as I placed my order on line before noon, the delivery would be made the same day. Long story short, I was a few minutes late, original call was at 11:57am. They made my delivery and even pulled my dogs file to verify what I was needing. Customer Service at its best!! Bravo

***I WORK HERE PLEASE LISTEN***…read more This place is all about money they seriously aren't trained for diets or really know what they're doing they just go for the most sales they can. trust me I work here an I wanna keep this anonymous but the only priority "lips" and "brain griffon" want is money they suck they are the worst kinda people to there employees including Brian bro is like really dumb I swear an I know the others agree with me but there to afraid of losing there job because it pays good but that's what's it all about "paying" an asking if you notice we sometimes have items in the wrong spots so we look like we have more but we actually badly stock up on what we need an I swear these people are laundering money or something because brain is definitely not the brains of the operation. Also we talk bad about are customers after they walk out u don't gatta believe me but "Frankie can't pronounce esophagus" always made comments about how he hates certain people and always about girls body's an always comes off flirty with Silvana it's weird man brains just lets it happen because he's just as weird he talks bad on customers an us but thinks we don't notice that he's off. Whatever do ur pet a favor and go to petco or petsmart an chat gbt the diets because these people should not be allowed to tell u what to do it's literally just to get the sales in an they honestly sound confident when they tell u stuff an that's what's sucks they make us do that in our training to LITERALLY JUST GET THE SALES we recommend u medicine an stuff just to get our sales don't let this happen to ur pet if u truly care just look it up or ask a PROFESSIONAL VET who studied not us who just do it for 17 per hour

The owner Michele is an absolute unprofessional woman who only cares about making money for selling puppies for cash to avoid paying taxes. It was an absolute nightmare for us. We had to take a puppy to a vet 2 days after we bought it (as vets on weekends are closed) and it got hospitalised immediately for the whole week. After a week in the vet we had to treat the puppy with antibiotics at home and had to spend a lot of money showing the puppy to different vets after, also. The puppy had various viruses per the report from different vets. I would never recommend this store and we are currently working with the lawyer on submitting the complaint as they never addressed our issue or responded to compensation demands.
