According to our avian veterinarian, this virus is transmitted from bird to bird and has a long incubation period, meaning infected birds can appear healthy for months before showing symptoms. What has been even more disappointing is the store's response. Despite providing veterinary records and attempting to resolve this matter directly, the store has refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. Our family, especially our three children, is devastated. We hope our experience encourages prospective buyers to ask detailed questions about health screening and testing before purchasing a bird. We previously purchased a Green Wing Macaw from this shop, so when they had a Blue and Gold Macaw available, we trusted them enough to buy another. We had been visiting this baby since hatch day. They kept her for approximately six months, beginning in February, and during that time we visited her well over 15 times. As the months went by, we became increasingly concerned about how long they were keeping her. It seemed unusually long, and during several visits she appeared frail. We trusted their experience and believed they would never send a sick bird home. About two weeks ago they finally called and said she was ready. We picked her up and brought her into a home that was fully prepared for her. She had her own room-sized cage, constant supervision, and all the love in the world. We are experienced macaw owners and watched her very closely every single day. Exactly one week later, on Tuesday morning, we found her lying on the floor of her cage, unresponsive. My husband sped to the nearest emergency veterinarian while I performed CPR on her the entire drive, praying there was still a chance to save her. There wasn't. The emergency avian veterinarian told us she had a pre-existing illness that had been progressing for quite some time. They explained that even if we had gotten her there immediately, her chance of survival was only about 0 to 2 percent because the disease had advanced too far. Hearing those words completely shattered us. The hardest part is knowing we only had this beautiful bird for seven days after the shop had cared for her for roughly six months. We cannot say what they knew, but based on what the emergency veterinarian told us, we are left with serious questions about how a bird suffering from such a significant illness was released as healthy. Since her passing, we have reached out to the shop looking for answers. Our texts have gone unanswered, and we have been completely avoided. That lack of communication has made an already heartbreaking situation even worse. We waited six months for this bird. We visited her constantly. We prepared everything for her arrival. Instead of decades together, we got seven days before having to perform CPR on a macaw we already considered part of our family. If you decide to purchase a bird from this shop, please protect yourself and the bird. Request complete veterinary records, ask about disease testing, and have the bird examined by an independent avian veterinarian immediately before or after bringing it home. Do not rely solely on verbal reassurance. We would never wish this experience on anyone. Losing a companion animal is heartbreaking enough. Losing one after only a week because of what an emergency veterinarian described as a long-standing illness is something we will never forget.

I found the dog washing station and for 9.98. I was really pleased at what they offer they have commercial bathing stations. They provide the shampoo three different types . They provide clean white towels. They even have commercial dryers. I'm definitely going to bring my dogs here instead of bathing them at home..

The second time I went to purchase a cat, I noticed they were all in their own cages, and I asked if they are are always like that and they said they only let one out at a time for about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago, I bought my second bengal from here. They said she had a bad reaction to her vaccine so I couldn't pick her up because they needed to monitor her. That was on March 1st, I ended up picking her up 11 days later and she was still throwing up and having diarrhea so I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with FIP coronavirus and Giardia. I told them that she is still sick and I have Another cat at home. I took her to the vet because she was extremely sick and they told me that it was my fault and it could possibly be a toxic plant. I had at home even though I have a healthy cat at home And they admitted to me that she was not feeling well after her vaccines. It turns out it was not for reaction to her vaccines. It was Giardia FIP and coronavirus. I have been spending $3000 on a cat. I immediately got hit with a $1200 vet bill and a sick kitten that I had to nerve back to life. She was on medicine three times a day and she was extremely underweight. It was extremely stressful. I also found out that they put the kittens in cargo and shipped them from Ukraine, which I think is extremely unethical. Most animal foundations do not let their animals go into cargo cause it is extremely unsafe for them. I wish they would've just given me her from the beginning and I would've helped her get better soon sooner rather than letting her sit in a cage sick for weeks. They won't help with the vet bill. They're putting the blame on me. Even though I could tell something was up with seeing how all of the cats were separated all of a sudden And they admitted that she was not feeling well. They said she has a housemate at the time and I'm really hoping they took her to the vet. When I went to go meet her the first time they didn't let me pick her up because she was feeling unwell and they've had to wash diarrhea off of her. She's five months old and 4 pounds. The vet that "cleared" her didn't document her weight on her health certificate and did not mark her as underweight even though I called them and she was only 1.9 pounds. I'm not sure how they even were able to get her neutered When the requirement for neutering a kitten is 2 pounds. This place is extremely unethical and they will gaslight you saying that the sick kitten is your problem because they don't wanna pay for it and they need to be shut down immediately.

The cleanliness was just wonderful. We were taught how to gently handle the kittens so that we and the kittens would be at ease and safe. We learned so much about different breeds. The girls fell in love with the gentleness and playfulness of the kittens. This was an experience they will never forget. They are telling everyone and are already planning their next visit, this time with their cousins. I'm so thankful for the memories and the interactive education. WE LOVED IT!!!!
