I always do business with pet supermarket because I find good value and people that works is really nice however this is the third time I have problems with this store and this is the last time I come over here because of diferent issues.. Staffed with employees with bad attitude. Manager shows very little interest in helping. Most of their fish are sick. Their website lists wrong information. If you dare to complain, the manager hangs up on you. Avoid this place. The entire chain has completely deteriorated throughout the years. read more

I was charged twice for a box of canned dog food. The cashier swiped my card twice, unsure if this was intentional or a distraction. There is a charge for $68 dollars in canned food that I received $34 worth. I had to file a claim with my credit card. I'm not paying it and I have my receipt. If I wasn't the careful customer / consumer I am, I may overlook this when paying off my card. Anyways, just be careful purchasing products in this location. read more

Very caring staff member. You can really tell that he cares about pets, another staff member there had been really great as well. The kind representative there told me about the Vetrinarian that routinely goes to the store to provide services. He took the time to make sure I understood the services and goods they supply at the store. read more

I hate this place not only do they over price the dog food but the employees suck, I can never get the help I need with out having to look for someone all these girls do is gossip with each other in the back super dirty btw I wouldn't recommend this place at all cashiers are always rude for no reason read more

I'm not one to complain, but I honestly couldn't resist to do so. I'm into the aquarium and fish hobby and the way the fish are treated in not only this pet supermarket but the majority of them, is absurd. I just go to this one because it's my local one. Dead fish in every single tank, other fish munching on dead fish, and I don't even want to talk specifically into how the Betta fish are held. I'm pretty sure most staff are unfamiliar with the biological system in aquariums. I'm hoping upper management is. Overall every other part of the store is good. This store is somewhat organized. The customer service however is not the best. The girl at the register had some sort of attitude and was definitely not in the mood for working. I would say as long as you know what you need you should be ok going here. If you are looking for someone to help you out into deciding what is best to get, this location might not be your best option. read more

Wow! While standing in line waiting to pay, I had to actually stand there and listen to the customer in front of me have a personal conversation with the cashier regarding if she had already filed her tax return, etc., etc. I could not believe these two girls standing there talking with customers waiting in line. read more

This pet location is conveniently located for me for my after work, pet shopping pickups. But that's not the only reason I decide to shop here. What gets me to come back are the coupon deals I receive via their VIP rewards and their customer service. For almost every purchase I do for my 2 cats, whether it's food or litter, I always receive great deals. And not only are you allowed to just use the store coupons, you are allowed to add to the mix manufacturer's coupons-- better savings! And, on top of the savings are the customer service, either when calling in or in person, there's always someone there to help answer any pet question. My most recent service help was from Stephanie. I was interested in switching my cat's food to a different brand and wanted to know how to do so and if there was any return policy in case I needed to switch foods if the animal didn't like it. She went out of her way to explain the return policy and also recommended me which brand to choose from the decisions I had a confusion with-- explaining to the details of what the difference was for grain free items and if regular vs wilderness items. Very helpful employees, I have to say. One of the girls, she was extremely helpful by walking me around the store and talking me through blue Buffalo, Taste of the Wild, and Nutro dog food items. She indicated which ones had higher protein content. She was very knowledgeable, and frankly, an asset to this particular store.:-) read more

This Pet Supermarket has some pretty irresponsible workers. Each fish tank has at least one dead fish, there were two dead birds in the cage by the rabbits. Additionally, we stood at the front register for a solid 5 minutes before being helped out. When a squad of boys finally came to check out my things, they were much more distracted by the employee who was making a Taco Bell run on the clock. While scanning our things, each dude was taking a turn saying what they wanted from Taco Bell. I understand what it's like to work with friends in a customer service job, but businesses who hire friends will have less fortune than a business who hires somebody with decent customer service etiquette. read more

This is a hit or miss when it comes to finding what you want. Available one day, gone the next. The staff seems miserable. The place has a stuffy feel to it. It's a shame a Petsmart is not closer in the area. read more

This location ALWAYS has issues with their credit card machines! When their machines are down you can only pay cash which is very inconvenient. Unfortunately, this is the closest Pet store to me. They should really invest in fixing this issue for their customers' sake. If I had another closer option, I would not come back again. read more
