I mostly saw fish and birds items and he also had some cute puppies. My four is not for the size of the store but for the service he gave me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pet hospital. I just arrived with my dog…read morebecause I am dealing with an emergency, and I was told they could not see him because they were closed for lunch. I honestly cannot understand how a facility that presents itself as a pet hospital can turn away an animal experiencing an emergency because it is lunchtime. What if I had arrived with my dog choking, unable to breathe, or in a life-threatening condition? Am I supposed to be told that he cannot receive care because they are on lunch break? When someone rushes their pet to a hospital during an emergency, every minute can matter. At the very least, there should be a system in place to assess an emergency and direct the pet owner immediately to appropriate care. This was an extremely upsetting and concerning experience, especially when you are already scared for your pet's life.

We are absolutely devastated by what happened and feel obligated to share our experience so other…read morefamilies can make an informed decision before purchasing a bird here. We previously purchased a Green Wing Macaw from this shop, so when they had a Blue and Gold Macaw available, we trusted them enough to buy another. We had been visiting this baby since hatch day. They kept her for approximately six months, beginning in February, and during that time we visited her well over 15 times. As the months went by, we became increasingly concerned about how long they were keeping her. It seemed unusually long, and during several visits she appeared frail. We trusted their experience and believed they would never send a sick bird home. About two weeks ago they finally called and said she was ready. We picked her up and brought her into a home that was fully prepared for her. She had her own room-sized cage, constant supervision, and all the love in the world. We are experienced macaw owners and watched her very closely every single day. Exactly one week later, on Tuesday morning, we found her lying on the floor of her cage, unresponsive. My husband sped to the nearest emergency veterinarian while I performed CPR on her the entire drive, praying there was still a chance to save her. There wasn't. The emergency avian veterinarian told us she had a pre-existing illness that had been progressing for quite some time. They explained that even if we had gotten her there immediately, her chance of survival was only about 0 to 2 percent because the disease had advanced too far. Hearing those words completely shattered us. The hardest part is knowing we only had this beautiful bird for seven days after the shop had cared for her for roughly six months. We cannot say what they knew, but based on what the emergency veterinarian told us, we are left with serious questions about how a bird suffering from such a significant illness was released as healthy. Since her passing, we have reached out to the shop looking for answers. Our texts have gone unanswered, and we have been completely avoided. That lack of communication has made an already heartbreaking situation even worse. We waited six months for this bird. We visited her constantly. We prepared everything for her arrival. Instead of decades together, we got seven days before having to perform CPR on a macaw we already considered part of our family. If you decide to purchase a bird from this shop, please protect yourself and the bird. Request complete veterinary records, ask about disease testing, and have the bird examined by an independent avian veterinarian immediately before or after bringing it home. Do not rely solely on verbal reassurance. We would never wish this experience on anyone. Losing a companion animal is heartbreaking enough. Losing one after only a week because of what an emergency veterinarian described as a long-standing illness is something we will never forget.

So we decided to check out Woof Gang, we booked an appt online, signed waivers and went to check it out. I'm so glad we did! The space is clean, and staff could not have been friendlier. Our babies are just that, we want them to always feel safe and loved wherever they go. We met the grooming staff and the dogs seemed at ease with them right away. Our boy can be a biter when he gets nervous so we warned them to pls keep that in mind when dealing with him. They told us it would be about two hours. They were ready in an hour and a half! As soon as we got the call we went and got them. Luis let us know they behaved really well. Prices were fair, and they truly are a bakery they have a bunch of baked doggie treats. We got them a few that they'll get a little later today. All in all, we could not be happier with the experience and will 100% be bringing them back to Woof Gang for their regular grooming services from now on. Thank you for taking care of our babies

Everything went smoothly with my male tabby cat however when it was the girl Persian cat's time for grooming is the part that made me have to write this because it is unacceptable. I specifically and I mean specifically asked for her hair to stay AT LEAST an inch long seeing as she has beautiful long blonde hair. The groomer asked me after I told him my specifications if I wanted to shave her. I said NO, I could not have been any more specific that I did NOT want her shaved!!!!! He hands me her wrapped in a towel and I did not have time to see her before paying him and he drove off. When I saw her, tears came to my eyes. Here are before and after pictures. Now my poor baby is COLD because she went from being completely covered and warm her whole life and now she is fucking bald. Will make it a point to warn other pet owners about this experience. 0/10

Unfortunately, the assistant is not able to grab the things we wanted to ring us up. We needed to wait for the owner, Frank. Frank was aware that we were waiting to be helped but was strung up on a side conversation with someone else. We waited well over 30min for him to finish, he grabbed a coral that we wanted and we were showing him the others we wanted to purchase but then got side tracked with the same customer. We gave them about 10 min to finish so we can pick what we want. Once we realized we would be there all day for him to pay us any attention, we left. Her fur grows so fast. She is very active and has lots of energy and healthy joints. The blog on RFM provides information on how to feed and includes information about using grains or veggies that would be similar to what is In the contents of prey animal gut. There is a belief that this may be important to prevent cardiomyopathy in a meat only diet, although people have different opinions on this. RFM gave me instructions on what products I could dehydrate myself to make more shelf stable (I live in a high fire risk area). Rosie is a picky eater and doesn't like rubbery food but it becomes her favoite when dehydrated at low temps. She goes crazy for the duck feet, beef eyeballs, beef lung especially. when Rosie was a puppy she was exposed to Cdif and got sick requiring several rounds of antibiotic. It was a horrible experience especially because I was hoping she would never need antibiotics which can destroy healthy gut flora. She wasn't the same after and required probiotics chronically. RFM has raw milk, raw kefir, and raw colostrum. Her gut completely healed after doing the raw colostrum daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before her breakfast. She has never needed a probiotic since. I messaged RFM on a Friday evening expecting a response the following Monday afternoon. To my surprise they responded 15 minutes later. I highly recommend using RFM for a raw food diet or to supplement you dog's current diet with treats. Their products are extremely high quality, they arrive fast and with lots of freezer packs (stayed frozen in front of my house all day while I was at work in August), you can safely defrost and then refreeze the products as needed, my dog is healthier thanks to them.
