Within 72 hours -- on the morning of May 28, 2026 -- the puppy became lethargic and barely responsive. I transported him on an emergency basis to Coral Springs Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited 24/7 emergency veterinary facility. A board-certified attending veterinarian issued a signed written opinion concluding the puppy was medically unfit for sale at the time of purchase -- meaning this puppy should not have been sold in the condition he was in. After my divorce my ex husband left me with the kids and he took our monkey with him. In November 2024 our little family decided to add another monkey to our small family. This time we were interested in an owl monkey since they are a little bigger and they have such a happy face, they are always smiling. I contacted Poggi's again (of course you had once a wonderful experience with a breeder, you don't go anywhere else). Michael has now a wonderful wife, her name is Janet and two lovely little boys. When we first came visit them to see the available owl monkey, the whole family welcomed us so warmly in to their home. My smallest son which is only 2.5 years old was allowed to play in the living room with their boys while we got introduced to Avocado, now Coco. Janet really took her time to explain and go all our questions which we have or could have in the future. She helped us to apply for a state license and she was so nice and patient. We felt like we were a part of her family. When we finally received our license from the state and were able to pick up our little Coco, I was impressed how generous their starter package was. It included a cage, an UV light, a large verity of healthy and premium food, blankets, towels, toys, leash and belt, really everything we would need to bring our baby home the first time. Coco is a blessing to our family. He is so sweet and loving. We couldn't be happier!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming service I recently received for my…read morepuppy. First, I was initially informed that the service would cost $115, which is already quite expensive. However, I was later charged additional fees, including gas charges, which were never clearly explained beforehand. My previous grooming service did not include such fees and was much more reasonable, the reason I wanted to use your service is because the ideal of the webcam. Secondly, the camera setup was unnecessarily complicated, making it difficult to monitor the service. I ended up using FaceTime instead, which worked without issue. During the appointment, the groomer (Paula/Paola) spent less than 45 minutes in total, and I personally observed that the actual cleaning of my puppy's teeth took less than a minute. While on FaceTime, she appeared uncomfortable and complained about the smell of the toothpaste, which was concerning. Additionally, I requested nail trimming, but this was not properly completed, as my puppy later scratched me with overly long nails. The entire service lasted approximately 27 minutes, which does not justify the price charged. Most concerning was the safety issue at pickup. My puppy was not properly secured and jumped off the grooming table, exiting the van. This could have resulted in a serious accident, such as being hit by a car. When I brought this to the groomer's attention, her response was that "they know to go back to their house," which I find extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and unsafe. I regret using your service and would like an explanation regarding the charges, as well as how you plan to address these concerns moving forward.

I needed a refill so went inside instead of buying it online. Now its $12.85 which is a few bucks too much. The little store is packed with so many items for horses like saddles, feed and horse bits.
