I went for the first time this past weekend, to give one of my dogs a bath and I had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they were so welcoming they even offered me coffee. My dog was clearly comfortable and not stressed the whole time we were there. If you're looking for a place to give your dogs a bath, this place is great, the tubs are walk in tubs which is great for larger dogs and they also have a higher platform for smaller. They also sell food and treats and even offer same day delivery on the food if for some reason you're not able to go to the store. Very convenient and informative staff, Ron is awesome. We stopped in to use the self wash station for two dogs and everything was provided. After I washed my golden the tub was covered in hair and as I started to clean he insisted I stop as that it was not necessary and part of there service. Also our other pup is almost 19 years old and we were having some issues and he had a number he called that gave us free access to a tele-visit with a vet. Amazing place! read more
