I explained to Frank that Darla is a rescue dog .. He was very attentive to her needs (mine as well) regarding her grooming style as well as her temperament, Her likes/dislikes as well. We filled out a brief questionnaire, Im assuming, since it was her first visit to this salon. I felt the questions showed another step of concern for my pet Darla was done within what I consider a very reasonable amount of time. Today we asked last minute if her newly adopted brother- Charlie -5 year old Brittany Spaniel could get his nails cut too! They took him right in without hesitation and didn't for even less than the chain stores were willing to do it! I have an Adult Son with a disability and they are always so kind to him there and accommodate his needs when he makes appointment for my dogs.
