Happened to stop in while waiting for our food to be ready. We have never been here before and so we decided to look around. The owner greeted us well and asked us if we needed any help or recommendations. Our German Shepard has had skin allergies for a while and we kept buying Rachel Ray' what we thought was suppose to be, healthy food. Come to find out it is due to his diet. The owner gave us a recommendation on what to look for and to try. He also advised that if it didn't work out he would switch out the food or give us other recommendations. Upon my friend's referral, I stopped by PetnMind , after the dog park to try out the pet washing machine. We were greeted warmly by the owner, Adrian, who guided us through the washing station. It was so user friendly and " back" friendly as the machine is near waist height, and my 50 lb Goldendoodle was comfortable and safe in the space. Adrian then took an extensive time to blow dry Percy thoroughly and educated me on the organic food and other products in the store. We left with some dog food samples, new , hopefully indestructible toys, shampoo and bully sticks and a SQUEAKY CLEAN AND HAPPY PUPPY. Thank you Adrian. What a great shop! What brought me in was the self wash, I just had to find out how that worked. It was the coolest thing I've seen for a long time. I will be bringing my dogs to use that as soon as they need a bath. Adrian is very friendly and took time to explain how it worked and then answered the many questions I had regarding calming supplements for my skittish rescue dog I just adopted a week and a half ago.
