Desiree is absolutely amazing with our fur babies. We have been taking our fur babies to Desiree for over 16 years. I would never use anybody else to take care of my pups. Her mother runs the front desk of her business. Susan is wonderful as well. Take my word for it I'd never steer you wrong I actually rate my experience as 10+++
This is was second time here. I purposely did not post a review before because I had mixed feelings about the place. I stumbled on my way in. Guys watch out for that first step lol. It is a small place. The waiting area/ drop off is small. That was uncomfortable for me. The staff seemed to be pet loving people. I got to talk to the groomer before she worked on my dog and I liked her. She did a good job. He looked adorable as ever. The place is located in corner. It was so easy to find. There are more parking spaces in the back. The parking parking in the front is a little limited.
Teddy & Canela always come out clean, lookin good, and loving life. This is the family's go-to for our pet grooming needs, they are always so kind and do an amazing job every time!
We were on the hunt for a cage free groomer and found this spot. I called in the morning and they had a spot available right away. As a first time customer the store offered 10% right away, which was so nice. When we spoke on the phone, it was the first place that ever asked for our Bordetella and Rabies shots information. They wanted to be sure our dog was up to date on her shots so that the other dogs wouldn't get sick. And if we didn't have the info or was not up to date, we wouldn't be allowed to visit, which we so appreciate. Typically, I would say it takes four to five hours to get a dog groomed, but my dog was done in three. Dogs would be allowed to stay up to two hours after if needed though. I got a text when she was ready and couldn't be happier with the results. If you want to save a bit to avoid 3% credit card fee, pay in cash. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We've been going here for years ! They are like family to my scruffy doggies. We absolutely love Susan and her daughter who are the owners. Anytime my Rizzo who is a 95lb lab mix sees them he gets so happy. Recently we got a Cavapoo and she comes home looking beautiful with a smile :)
Scruffy to Fluffy is our trusted, family-owned, and family-operated local dog groomer. Every visit feels like coming home, with our dogs receiving the same love and care as family. We're grateful for their exceptional service and proud to support a business that strengthens our community.

I've been a customer for probably almost 3 years now. I found Scruffy to Fluffy here on yelp with exceptional reviews and I drive from Boca passing at least 10 other groomers on my route. We've grown comfortable here and my animals are no longer nervous like they are when trying something new. It's very convenient for me that they offer walk in hours, M-F from I think 10-2, which works great for me since I can squeeze in nail trims when I have time rather than book ahead and have to change. My pups enjoy the tummy rubs and a treat for being so good and they always leave looking cute. Everyone is very nice and caring. Susan is a pleasure to talk with while I am waiting and they accept most forms of payment. Credit cards have a 3% fee so bring cash if you've got it and you prefer savings over points. My animals are short hair but I've seen some fluffy dogs coming out with fabulous hair cuts. This place is worth coming to even if it's a bit out of your way. I do. read more

They have always taken care of my year and a half old Teddy Bear, Turner. My fault the grooming was delayed and Turner was a mess. Badly matted and knotted everywhere. It took 4 hours, but he was meticulously groomed and it took a while to get every knot out and needed to be shaved. Being a first time dog owner, I was a nervous wreck which is not me. Sweet Susan was so compassionate to me and talked me through this arduous process. Turner came home without the fluff and is acting like a happy puppy again. No problems whatsoever. All the groomers are great and I thank Lucy for her great work. Now going forward, we will groom Turner more often as his hair grows bag. Thanks everyone! read more
