Amazing employees and sweetest puppies I have ever seen. Best place in South Fl. Lots of information given about each puppy and the store is extremely clean and well kept

Kim and the customer service is superb! The atmosphere is CLEAN and inviting. The puppies are adorable and you can tell they are well taken care of! Cleanliness of the pens and watching the staff picking up any waste immediately. I was impressed and happy to see how loved these puppies are until they find their home. I got my first puppy from Kim six years ago and I we come to get groomed and check on the fur babies! Could not recommend a better place to come whether its for grooming, puppies or accessories for your baby! Thank you for taking care of my baby!!

I've never seen such happy puppies!! The staff was super nice too! Definitely would buy a dog from here in the future!!

Puppies look happy and healthy! Workers are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Waggs to Riches is the cutest and best run puppy store I've been to in Boca! I can't recommend them enough. They are always so helpful and they have the cutest dog items! You can really tell that they care about their puppies!

My name is Bonni Gross, on the afternoon 1/17/20 I purchased a puppy from Wags to Riches, located at 3200 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, Fl. During the process of purchasing the puppy the cashier (Sophie) suggested that I not take the puppy home because the puppy was not eating properly; But when the owner the store (Kim) got there, she said that she would feed the puppy and if the puppy ate, then it would be fine to leave the store. Apparently, the puppy must have eaten a little food and she allowed me to take the puppy home. My caregiver and I took the puppy home and by Sunday afternoon the puppy stopped eating. On 1/20/20 Monday morning we took the puppy to the vet and while we were there, we spoke with Kim and she instructed us to take the puppy to her vet (West Ave Animal Hospital) and she would meet us there, which she never did. After about an hour, the vet at the West Ave Animal Hospital came out speak to us in regards to the condition of the puppy, he said that he fed the puppy and the puppy was doing fine; he also said that he spoke with Kim, the owner of Wags To Riches where we bought the puppy and she suggested that she keeps the puppy until she felt the puppy was healthy enough for us to take the puppy home. We then left the puppy there and returned home. We called her Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday, but got no response, even after leaving several messages, so we decided on Wednesday afternoon to go to the store, when Kim saw us walking into the store, she ran to the back of the store, we waited about fifteen minutes before she came back out to meet with us. Then proceeded to say how sorry she was for not calling us back, but she never mentioned that the dog was dead until we asked how the dog was doing. She again apologized and asked us if the vet didn't tell us about what happened to the dog, as if she didn't know. I was appalled and in shock that my puppy was dead and no one call me. I'm a cancer survivor and four months ago I broke my ankle in two places, I'm still in recovery trying to learn how to walk again. On top of all that, I suffer from depression, I bought this puppy to be used as therapy and now my Sandy was gone. I'm back to square one and I'm feeling even worse. My puppy is dead and i'm out $5193.24. At that point, I'm very disappointed about the outcome and the way I was treated; I no longer wish to do business Wags To Riches. I've returned everything that I purchased and I have asked for a refund which Kim refused to give to me.

I purchased my Malti- Pom from wags to riches. 7- months later, he is still tiny at 4 lbs, healthy, smart, and SWEET as can be. My bill was nearly 8000 K, when I asked for a receipt she said the sale was not in the system. VERY pushy sale, and SHADY w not being able to give or find a purchase of sale.... However, I love my baby....

Tokyo is our first baby. We bought her in the Delray location over four years ago. I can't imagine life without my blueberry muffin face.

Paisley was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and our vet discouraged us from taking her to get groomed to avoid stress, but our baby desperately needed a groom, so when we found Ellen it was like an answered prayer! She was great with communication through the booking process as well as with letting us know when she was on her way so we knew exactly when to expect her arrival! She brought everything she needed for a full groom like Paisley would have at her previous groomer, and it made it so easy! She did a GREAT job fixing Paisley's disastrous haircut (her hair was so unevenly shaved from vet visits and our attempt at home clipping!) And most importantly, Paisley clearly REALLY liked Ellen!! We are so thrilled to have found her and already have our next grooming appointment booked! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer for their fur babies!!

She was groomed beautifully in my home/yard in a little over 2 hours. Ellen took care of my 65lb pup gently and with much care, allowing her to sit and lay down as needed and support in her back legs when necessary. Ellen brought everything from tub to vacuum. My dog looks beautiful, is unstressed and my home is as clean as it was before. The price was very fair too.

We visited this location based upon a free puppy package offered by local rescue center for our new puppy. The package was far MORE than expected and so very appreciated. --- please buy something also, just don't leave with free item, let's keep small businesses like this open ! They offer several different brands, treats, and other items for puppies and cats. Pricing was not ridiculously high and some unique offerings were greatly appreciated. We would consider them for grooming and nail clippings and pricing seemed quite fair. I would only offer that plaza (once a Kmart) needs a new anchor store to draw visitors. Young lady working was very polite and answered most questions quickly. We stumped her on one food related question ..... but overall very accommodating. She also suggested their system Keeps track of purchases, and grooming for future needs. (Value added approach)

I am absolutely horrified and heartbroken by what happened to our dog at this grooming facility…read more Our dog was severely injured during her grooming appointment when her eyelid was cut open. The injury was serious enough that she had to be put under anesthesia to have her eyelid stitched and was referred to a veterinary ophthalmologist for further treatment. We are STILL dealing with follow-up appointments and ongoing veterinary care because of this injury. As devastating as the injury itself was, the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. No one called us immediately to tell us our dog had been injured. My daughter and I arrived to pick her up without knowing what had happened with our dog having been in pain for a minimum of 2 hours!!!!! Then, they actually CHARGED US FOR THE GROOMING SERVICE--and only afterward showed us that our dog's eyelid had been cut open. I cannot put into words how upsetting it was to walk in expecting to pick up our freshly groomed dog and instead discover that she had suffered an injury serious enough to require anesthesia, stitches, and a veterinary eye specialist. The owner ultimately agreed to pay the emergency veterinary bill, which I believe was absolutely appropriate given what happened. However, we were also told that the groomer was an independent contractor/1099 worker and the owner did not even know whether he carried any insurance. BUSINESS OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS!!!! We were also told that their waiver protected them from liability. I did not sign a waiver for this appointment, and regardless, pointing to a waiver after a customer's dog suffers this kind of injury was incredibly upsetting. What bothers me most is that we trusted this business with a member of our family. She could not tell us what happened to her or advocate for herself. We trusted the people caring for her to keep her safe and, if something went wrong, to immediately contact us and handle the situation appropriately. Instead, we left with an injured dog who needed emergency medical treatment and whose care is still ongoing. Seeing your dog in pain because of something that happened while she was supposed to be safely in someone else's care is absolutely sickening. I would never want another pet owner to experience what our family has gone through.
