Did exactly what I wanted. My dog looks great. Jean is terrific!! The price is reasonable. Rey professional and on time

Awesome company. Put a request in this morning within 5 min got a response. I set the appointment for this afternoon. I have 2 large older dogs. I was given a time and they were their on time. The groomers name was Gene. He was fantastic. I've gone to many groomers and many groomers have come to me. Gene was the best, the cuts were great. I never recommend any one or any business but this company and Gene I highly recommend I will be using them always. read more

Lucky is hands down the best groomer. My dog loves her. I've been taking him 3 years to this establishment. The only glitch is the price of a nail file varies from 20 to 26 dollars. I feel thats high. I dont mind paying 20 and tipping 10 but 36 dollars total is steep. It takes 5 minutes. read more

Great place, my dog was a puppy and was not used to the salon& haircut experience, the other place I went to changed me more because they said " your puppy is difficult to cut, she doesn't stay still & scared" . This place is great, no extra charge and they don't lock your dog in a cage. Thats the only place I take my dog to read more

Pawfections was perfection! They are so talented. My Titan always looks amazingly handsome!

Highly recommended!! I've been with Pawfections for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. My shitzu poodle is older, her hair gets matted every where and she has very sensitive skin but Alicia took her time and made her look like a puppy again. Alicia and Pawfection's is amazing and I will continue to trust them with our fur baby!! read more

We have used Pawfections as our pets groomer for several years. The convince of having the Moble Groomer right in our driveway is such a game changer to loading our dog in the car, driving her to a groomer where she waits in a cage for her turn around other dogs barking in fear, then having to go back to pick her up is all worth a small amount more to not have to do any of the above. I highly recommend Pawfections Moble Groomer read more

I had a busy day and decided to drop off the dog for a bath during my lunch break. They accommodated me the same day. I brought my pup, I asked for a bath only service. No grooming. Instead I got a groomed dog with a ridiculous haircut, poorly cut nails, a shaved belly, and $125 bill. Wtf!! read more

Sandra always does an amazing job! My dog looks great and comes home so happy every time.

Judy did a thorough and thoughtful cleaning and grooming of our newly adopted Schnauzer. The price, during this inflationary time, was reasonable. Pawfections is highly recommended! read more

I brought my dog here for the first and last time, it's like they've never groomed a long hair dog before. Never have I ever received a cut on my 6 year old golden retriever like this before. His coat is uneven, his legs are barely trimmed and you can see how uneven the buzzer was used all over his body. Definitely a dog groomer for small dogs. read more

AWFUL!! in an emergency I booked Oscar from Pawfection's based on his reviews. I have a one year-old doodle, who was recently fixed and became matted because I could not bathe her. My normal groomer was sick with the flu so, rather than have her suffer with the matting I booked Oscar. He came to my home and could not speak English when I tried to explain to him what I needed. He just kept telling me that he had to cut her short. That's all he would say he had a complete attitude took my dog outside into the van and closed the door two hours later he brought her back in and she ran into my house with her tail between her legs, it took four months for her hair to grow long enough on her face and tail to be groomed. I took her back to my regular groomer who she normally loved to see, and she was terrified. Refused to go inside. I finally got her to go in and she was shaking. I left her with the groomer that I trust, and after she was groomed, the groomer contacted me and told me she didn't know what happened to her, but she definitely was traumatized by this groomer. She was terrified now to be groomed and that is a hard thing to fix never ever ever again will I have my dog groomed by this or any Mobile groomer number one they use cold water number two they use recycled water, which is disgusting number three they should not be taking an animal into the van and closing the door. If you can, use a groomer who has a brick and mortar building or use a groomer who you can watch, but definitely do not use Oscar from this groomer. My dog will never be the same. It is so sad. read more

I'm visiting Florida for a few weeks with my shih tuz dogs and called Pawfections to bath them. The groomer was very kind very caring to my dogs and they came out very soft and very clean. I would definitely use them again on my next visit!! read more

These guys are great! They do a really nice job and treat my dog well. They're very convenient

1-star unfortunately tried to bring my dog in today and the ladies said "oh we can't take her anymore because we have to many dogs it's a 5 hr wait". My appointment was at 2:00 . This company doesn't have any store hours posted on door, so I believe they turned down business so they can leave early. This is upsetting on a Saturday.... I will not let my dog sit in a dirty kennel for 4 hrs to wait. Unacceptable read more

excelente!! service, my dog always comes out more handsome .. The staff are so loving and " get you" straight away

I absolutely love this company and in particular John the groomer! He does a great job with our SharPei who hates water! He is kind, patient and very through when it comes to keeping our dog clean! The company has me on a set schedule and the communication is amazing! I definitely suggest them! read more

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! I will NEVER take my little girl (Maltese) back to this place again!!! . The second time I brought her back in, we had THE WORST experience. The lady up front, scheduled our appointment with a different lady, because the First Lady was not available. I don't know what the heck this other woman did, but she nipped or cut one of my girl's nipples. I am very infuriated!! Here I am trusting, supposedly a "professional" To take care my little girl and pay good money for them to do so, including good tips. NO ONE mentioned anything to me, when I came to pick up my girl. Mind you .... this is NOT exactly a big place, so everyone knew what was going on and there was, "hush.. hush...", among these people. Yeahhh.... "Just don't say anything to her dog's mom, she wouldn't know anything!". Seriously?!? How ignorant, can you all be ?!? When you have a mom like me, I do investigate and make sure my little girl is okay. I'm still thinking of the time when my girl, actually got injured and how much pain she was in?!? This makes me more infuriated than anything VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! *** Well .. it's been almost 30 days and yet, STILL haven't received an apology or ANY kind of response from this business. Such a shady business!! . I am still infuriated!! read more

My previous interactions with this company were positive. In fact I wrote a review about it not too long ago. Yesterday, however, I determined was the last time I would use Pawfections. My appointment was scheduled for 430pm. Since I was coming from Miami I told the groomer that I'd be there right at 430 since sometimes they show early without notice. When I arrived at 430 I texted to let them know. I was told they were finishing an appt before mine and she'd be there shortly. 520pm and nothing. I texted Paola, the owner, and asked about an ETA. I then asked about a discount since I was going to be late for an event. Paola incorrectly stated "I am very sorry for the inconvenience but your appointment was scheduled between 4:30 - 5:00 pm, our groomer only arrived a few minutes later due to traffic at the time and we have always been in contact with you". The groomer did not arrive "only a few minutes later" - this was the first lie. I shared the time stamp of my ring camera of her groomer arriving at 525pm - almost 30 minutes after the 430-5pm window. After I corrected her, Paola offered a lousy 5% discount then proceeds to explain that the next visit would have an hour window. After I explained that this was bad business, I was told that her company does not engage in "discourteous behavior". Way to take accountability by being defensive...and wrong. My reply to Paola, the owner: "Before you decline a discount for an inconvenience caused by your company, I suggest you collect facts first. So yes it's discourteous in my opinion. The window you gave was 430-5pm. Her arrival was way after that. In addition, I reached out because of the delay. Unprofessional. No one was in contact with me. Furthermore, I am late for an event." After the groomer was done, I handed her my credit card but not before she reminded me about the lousy $5 discount then proceeds to ask "no tip?" Umm, NO. Absolutely not. Their price was previously worth the convenience of having mobile services but lack of communication, unprofessionalism and lack of accountability isn't. Happily taking my money elsewhere. read more
