There isn't much to say about regular pet stores where you come in , buy and leave. This place, however has a very convenient self wash service available that offers literally everything you may need to wash your dog. A convenient tub that can hold up to a 300lb dog, shampoos, towels, an air blower. What else would you need to wash your pooch if you don't want to bother doing it at home ? Well.. maybe a hot heat drier would be useful. It's a do-it-yourself service so other than rating myself on what an awesome job I did at washing my dog I must say the store provided all the tools I needed. Even an apron! Oh and they also sell both Orijen and Taste of the Wild that I didn't find anyone else selling about Ft Lauderdale yet. This will most likely be my pet to go to store. read more

Awesome place! Great concept! Amazing owners. My pooches are the friendliest duo, but luckily I always get the back room I bring my own little gate and it's perfection. It's always very clean with plenty supplies for you to use to get your pouches looking like they just stepped out of the groomers. I also usually let my pups pick out a treat. Side not my pooches are boxer mixes. Over 55lbs and my boy pushes 75lbs the tubs are perfectly sized to accommodate them as well as bigger dogs too. I was searching for a self bathing service and I found this place. I have past by this place several times before but didn't know what it was. I was very pleased with the service I received here. I came right before closing because the bathing station closes an hour before the actual store does. I called to make sure if I can come and the owner was very nice and had my station ready when I arrived. He showed me how to operate everything and explain what everything was when I arrived there. This place was so clean and organized I loved it there. It was so much fun bathing my pup and he enjoyed it. This place offered everything I needed from shampoos, conditioners, brushes, freshening spray, ear wipe and eye wipes and professional dryers. I read online that the shampoos that are offered are organic and is high quality animal shampoo. My dog was snow white when he was finished and smelled so good. I had my private stations with aprons to protect your clothing. Ruff House also is a store that sell everything from food to oral care for your dogs. On Wednesday their is a bath special of $12 but any other day its $18. I had used the yelp coupon for a savings for first time clients. The prices it a little expensive but I think its worth it for the products and service received. read more

Kind of upset at myself that I didn't check in to unlock the $8 dog wash offer! We've passed One Lucky Mutt a few times and finally decided to stop in today to try out their washing station. Very nice store with very nice owners! The dog wash is clean and well stocked with everything you can need. They have a few single stations and one big one which was great for our dogs to get in there together. The store has great products, including our favorite brand of collars (which we can't find anywhere since moving down here!) This review is for self-service dog wash. The store and area to wash our dogs were very clean. The owner, I assume, was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I had was the shampoo dispenser. It was difficult to get the shampoo out from the dispenser. When the shampoo came out, the shampoo was watery. Accordingly I want to buy the very best food, free of ingredients that are potentially harmful. Ruff House is where I go! It has a wide selection of products that I know are always found to be the best. I know, because I've done a lot of research. In addition to pet products, the facility itself is amazing. They rent grooming stations for a nominal cost, with an even lower cost on Wednesday. Each station has its own waist high tub and special wash hose, and a special station for very large dogs with a walk up ramp (no additional cost). The grooming stations are fully equipped with everything; a selection of shampoo's including special skin product, conditioners, large towels, hand towels, blow dryer, and other stuff. And when I'm finished, I walk out with my freshly quaffed buddy. No home clean up! Last but certainly not least, the people who run this store are very, very nice people. The kind of people I want to become successful, very successful. Wow! Love this place. The review will be broken down into two sections: the self serve dog wash and the retail store. Dog wash: This is the first dog wash that I've been to with the highest quality products and widest selection of shampoo, conditioners, deodorizing sprays, ear wipes, eye wipes, brushes, and even towels! The sinks were easy to use and the aprons (a necessity!) was cute and clean. I love that they don't limit you with your supplies - making dog bathing a much simpler task. Everything was within arms reach so we could easily bath and dry our 2 pups in no time and with less stress to the pups. Retail: Quite a decent selection of organic products and a very competitive price. I was surprised as most boutique stores tend to have a decent mark up but this place was very fair in its pricing. I came here because they sell the dog food I get my dog which you can't get at any pet store. The owners are very Sweet and friendly. The store is small but very clean. The prices are reasonable too. They have a punchin perk where they send you Notifications about deals they have going on. They also have a wash station you can take your dog for a bath and they provide everything you need and clean up after you are done too. On Wednesdays I believe you can bathe your dog was $10. First off, I would like to say this is a great store and concept BUT I think they need to reconsider some of their negative signage and their no bathing one hour prior to closing policy. This establishment advertises itself as a self-serve dog bathing facility yet they close their baths one hour before the store part actually closes so they can sanitize the tubs. I think this is just a bad business practice and most likely an "I want to go home right at 5 when I lock the doors" policy, rather than a money making, customer service, best business practice. This store is only open until 5 pm, they could do their cleaning and sanitation after the store closes and not lose end of day business. This practice is a major turn-off for for people who came to bath their dog an hour before closing, just to see a sign on the door saying the baths were closed. I hesitate to say we won't be back but policies like these really make me understand why people prefer big box stores. read more

My two Cresteds are on Orijen food (freeze-dried & kibble + treats) and u was having the most challenging time trying to understand what I should be feeding them (3 months old and 6 years old), Ruff House literally explained the line snd how it is portioned & meant to be served --- certainly reassured me and I followed her suggestions of 3x per day with great success. This place is great! They have a nice selection for cats as well as dogs. They have canned, frozen and dry food and of course lots of top quality treats for our little furbabies. There is a wide range of pet accessories as well, from collars and leashes to pet carriers and furniture. The shop owners are always helpful and will try and get you just about any pet food or accessory that you want. They have a loyalty program and prices are quite reasonable.
