Says it's a pet…read morestore, but it's actually primarily a livestock store literally crammed to the ceiling with poultry in small cages, standing room only. Dying and dead chicks left to rot in incubators, actual sheep in very cramped pens. It's living hell for the animals. I was horrified and will never go back. They should be investigated for animal cruelty.

Parking…read moreconsists of five spots give or take up front and that's all, so may the odds be ever in your favor. Going in you have a division. One side is cat central, while the other might as well be dog central. The cat vs. dog debate clearly lives on. Seeing as we went because of a cat, we stayed in that section. Eventually we ventured to the middle where they sell guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, and even rabbits. I honestly considered getting a rabbit, but eh, with what time? Going into this store opens up your heart to life's creatures. We didn't spend much and ended up with toys and useful products for the cat. I mean, come now, they have cat toothpaste and shampoo. Definitely go to get something for your pet, but don't expect a lot of variety. If you want a lot of stuff, you're better off going to the bigger location in Hialeah Gardens (or at least I think it's there).

Then i learned what a puppy mill is and does. most of those puppies were sick, had tumors, would develop illnesses, neurological defects and more from birth. And their parents!? Emaciated, full of fleas, ticks, mange, diseases, bloody, in pain, in cages, covered in feces, urine, matts, blindness, tumors, injured, along with hundreds of others. ONLY USED TO BREED AGAIN. AND AGAIN. AND AGAIN. AND AGAIN. One of the huskys i took care of sponanteously had a hard time breathing, my manager told me to put him in the back of the room and give him antibiotics. This puppy was dying from birth defects from a puppy mill. A pomeranian started to deficate blood and a small yellow worm. This was a dying puppy. Theses dogs are sold sick at $1200+ from these "lovable, caring" owners and employees. ADOPT. ADOPT ADOPT. there are great happy healthy dogs being put to sleep because no one comes to their rescue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONT GIVE THEM A REASON TO CONTINUE THIS SICK BUSINESS.

My fiancé and I had ZERO idea of how to even begin the aquarium hobby, but with the help of Roly and Eileen we are at least amateur hobbyists. The amount that they both have taught us along this journey is nothing less than impressive and we are extremely grateful!! I recommend this store to absolutely everyone! And if you are in the Hialeah/Miami Lakes area this should be your one and only go to place! They have everything from salt and fresh water to fill/refill your tanks, live sand, beautiful live rock, anemones, corals, and of course the must beautiful and exotic fish for fresh water and saltwater tanks! If you have very large tanks they can even provide maintenance services to help take that off your plate! To sum it up, they have, and do IT ALL!
