I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

Cuando me lo entregaron, tenía exactamente las mismas lagañas en los ojos y residuos de comida en los bigotes. Literalmente lo devolvieron con la misma suciedad en la carita. ¿Para eso es el servicio de grooming? Lo más grave no fue solo el mal trabajo, sino el trato. Cuando hice el reclamo con respeto, en vez de ofrecer una solución o al menos revisar al perro, me respondieron con actitud grosera y hasta me dijeron que me iban a llamar a la policía. Increíble. Además, una de las empleadas tuvo el descaro de decir que "las lagañas las mantiene el perro porque es viejo". Mi perro no es viejo, tiene 8 años. Y aunque lo fuera, eso no justifica entregar un perro sin limpiarle los ojos ni los bigotes después de un servicio pagado. Lo peor es que esto ya me había pasado hace dos años en el mismo lugar. En ese momento decidí no volver, pero con el tiempo se me olvidó por qué. Hoy lo recordé cuando me lo entregaron exactamente igual que aquella vez. Un grooming no es solo cortar pelo, es cuidado, detalle y trato amable. Aquí no encontré ninguno de los tres. No lo recomiendo

The dogs have a separate play area based on size and are watched by 2 - 3 employees. The employees are also very comfortable and caring with the other pets. We felt very comfortable when speaking with the owner Davis and employees. The facility is very clean and well maintained with ample space to run around and be a dog. We initially thought of just a grooming but then decided to have the grooming and play day / doggie daycare or as we called it... her doggie spa day! She had a great trimming of her nails and bath. Keep in mind my dog was super hyperactive and I noticed in 2 seconds, meaning I would've noticed if it was there before. When I confronted them and showed them proof of a picture taken just half an hour before dropping him off.. they still remained as if it wasn't their fault. The actual groomer was unaware of the cut and was trying to make sense of the injury while the guy in the front seemed careless and not at fault when all we wanted was an explanation.
