I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming service I recently received for my…read morepuppy. First, I was initially informed that the service would cost $115, which is already quite expensive. However, I was later charged additional fees, including gas charges, which were never clearly explained beforehand. My previous grooming service did not include such fees and was much more reasonable, the reason I wanted to use your service is because the ideal of the webcam. Secondly, the camera setup was unnecessarily complicated, making it difficult to monitor the service. I ended up using FaceTime instead, which worked without issue. During the appointment, the groomer (Paula/Paola) spent less than 45 minutes in total, and I personally observed that the actual cleaning of my puppy's teeth took less than a minute. While on FaceTime, she appeared uncomfortable and complained about the smell of the toothpaste, which was concerning. Additionally, I requested nail trimming, but this was not properly completed, as my puppy later scratched me with overly long nails. The entire service lasted approximately 27 minutes, which does not justify the price charged. Most concerning was the safety issue at pickup. My puppy was not properly secured and jumped off the grooming table, exiting the van. This could have resulted in a serious accident, such as being hit by a car. When I brought this to the groomer's attention, her response was that "they know to go back to their house," which I find extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and unsafe. I regret using your service and would like an explanation regarding the charges, as well as how you plan to address these concerns moving forward.

1/5 I am EXTREMELY…read moredisappointed with the mobile grooming service my dog received. This was absolutely NOT what I asked for, and I honestly cannot believe she was brought back to me looking like this. I was very clear about how I wanted her groomed, yet her haircut came out completely different. Her hair was cut WAY shorter than what I requested, the cut itself is not done correctly, and she now has a BALD SPOT on her nose that was not there before. To make matters worse, I found KNOTS still left in her hair after she had supposedly just been professionally groomed. How does a dog come out of a grooming van with knots still in her coat? Her sanitary area was also not groomed correctly, which is one of the most basic things I expect to be properly taken care of when paying for a full grooming service. Between the excessively short haircut, the bald spot on her nose, the knots left behind, and the poorly done sanitary trim, I genuinely do not understand what I paid for. The whole reason I chose a mobile grooming service was for the convenience AND the expectation of professional, attentive, one-on-one care. Instead, my dog was literally right outside my home being groomed and was still returned to me with multiple obvious issues. What makes me even more upset is that I cannot simply have someone else fix this. Her hair has already been cut way too short, and now I have to wait for it to grow back. I trusted this company with my dog and gave specific instructions about what I wanted. Those instructions clearly were not followed. When someone takes your pet into a grooming van, you are trusting them completely because you cannot see what is happening inside. That makes it even MORE important that the groomer listens carefully to the owner and provides the service that was requested. For a professional MOBILE grooming service, this experience was completely unacceptable. I expected my dog to come back clean, properly groomed, and looking beautiful. Instead, I immediately noticed several things that were either unfinished or done incorrectly. I would absolutely NOT recommend this mobile grooming service based on my experience, and I definitely will not be using them again. Extremely disappointing.

I've been bringing my dog to this salon for about 5 years, and unfortunately the experience has…read moregone downhill since the ownership/management changed in 2025. What used to be a reliable and professional place now feels completely careless and unprofessional. Over the past 6 months I've dealt with mixed-up appointments, an unfriendly attitude from the girl at the front desk, and multiple times getting my dog back with wet hair, knots still in his coat, and even small cuts around his ear. It's been disappointing to see the decline, but today's experience was the final straw. This morning I dropped my dog off at 8:20am for a BATH ONLY. I was told it would take about 3 hours, so I expected him to be ready around 11:20am. At 1pm I called to check in and was told they had fallen behind but he was on the table and they were "blow drying him now" and he'd be ready in about an hour (around 2pm). By 3pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I decided to just go there because there's no reason a blow dry should take two hours. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk had a bad attitude and immediately asked why I was there since no one had called me. She went to "check on him," but from where I was standing I could clearly see my dog sitting in a cage with his hair still half wet and no one working on him at all. Not only was I lied to earlier when they said they were working on him, but my dog had been sitting in a cage with wet hair for hours. Anyone who cares about dogs knows that leaving them like that can lead to ear infections and other issues. The best explanation I was given was that the person blow-drying him was "new," which does not excuse the lack of honesty, the poor communication, or the way my dog was handled. It's honestly sad because I supported this business for 5 years, but the service and professionalism have clearly deteriorated. I won't be bringing my dog back, and unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone. If you value honesty, communication, and proper care for your pet, this is no longer the place it used to be.

ZERO STARS -- PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I had the…read moreworst experience ever with this grooming salon, especially concerning my 6-year-old Goldendoodle. The day after her bath, she began limping and crying from her back paw. I checked her and found a cut on her skin, and within hours her paw became swollen and infected. I rushed her to the vet, and to date I've spent over $1,000 on treatment. Her nails were trimmed extremely short and dangerously narrow--so much so that the vet immediately asked, "Who did this??" He said whoever groomed her clearly did not know what they were doing. She ended up with a severe fungal infection, most likely from unsterilized tools used to trim or file her nails. Her paw became terribly swollen. She had to get an injection, antibiotics, antifungal shampoo, creams--you name it. She has been in pain for days, barely active, and it's taken a full week just to see slight improvement. Watching her suffer has been heartbreaking. What made the situation even worse is the lack of responsibility. I called the salon to explain everything, and was told the owner "wasn't available" but would call me back. That call never came. Not then, and not even after the severity of what I reported. For a business owner, that is unacceptable. And it's not just this visit. I brought both of my dogs--my Goldendoodle and my Labradoodle--and neither had their ears cleaned, their teeth brushed, or their anal glands done, even though these services were included. A month ago at a previous grooming appointment, my dogs' ears were also not cleaned and one of them didn't even have her nails buffed, which I mentioned to them at the time. To top off the chaos, when I arrived to pick up my dog, they almost handed me someone else's dog first. That alone tells you how disorganized they are. The staff told me they take in "around 50 dogs a day" (which is shocking) and tried to excuse the situation by saying the dog before mine "could have been sick." Completely unprofessional responses from start to finish. And once again--the owner NEVER called me back. For the price they charge, you expect safety, cleanliness, and trained professionals. Instead, my dog suffered a painful infection that could have been prevented with basic hygiene and proper grooming skills. If the owner truly cared, they would refund the bath and take responsibility for the vet bills caused by their negligence. Pet owners deserve better--and so do our pets. I will be sharing this experience on every platform I can because situations like this must stop. Our pets can't speak, but their pain speaks for them. BE CAREFUL

The owner showed ZERO compassion and empathy towards what was done to my baby. She even tried to blame me and the "Miami heat" for the what they did. They cut the padding on 2 paws on my dog's front and back paw (see pics) and the inside the toe beans was all red and inflamed, then the bows placed on her ears where so tight it caused redness and matting (see pics) which then I had chop off a lot of hair to safely remove the bows off her ears even then she doesn't let me touch her ears at all! then checking her ears on the inside she had a scratch on the of my ear. I took her to the vet immediately and contacted the groomers via IG with pics since it was they were closed on Sundays, The vet told me to put paw wax and buy some shoes so her paws don't get an infection due to this groomers negligence. No reply from the groomers I called the groomers Monday morning and the owner was like let go look at the pics u sent and I'll cal u back... she never called me back... Her daughter DM me on IG (see reply) but no phone call as promised . So called again on Tuesday and the owner was like I'll give u a full refund but I can't compensate for anything else since she said it was the "Miami heat" that caused the paw problem. You probably wondering why complain you got refunded because NEED TO KNOW NOT TO BRING UR PETS HERE EVER... the owner and her daughter 1 was Like it was the "Miami heat" that caused her paws to get cut ( my dog is an indoor dog rarely goes outside) then the daughter sent me a dm (see pic) that says she left my dog in a cage and that my dog was pawing to get out mind you i dropped her off at 750am on 12/16 and they texted me at 1220pm to pick her up? When does grooming take this long?! I should have known red flag number one Then red flag number 2 The hair cut was horrible! I specifically told the owner at drop off don't cut her hair ears or the top because i want to let it grown out (see pics) its All uneven on the ears all over her body u can see where they shaved her hair very low. I brush my dog on the regular and she didn't have any matting all over her body! I told her she had a small matting in her tail and if she could brush it out to just leave it be because I'm letting her hair grow out. They didn't listen to me they did what they wanted. Even today 12/23 when I got the refund the owner showed zero empathy to what was done by her daughter. Never asked me if my dog was ok nothing even not even I'm sorry this happened. So this is just a warning don't go to this groomer in Miami
