From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the owner who demonstrated their passion for their work and genuine love for animals. Also, I noticed their facility smelled nice and not like a place filled with dogs. They treated all three of my pups as a valued member of their extended family. One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to handle our 100-pund German Shepherd with ease and expertise. We have attempted other groomers and was a fail, but here they displayed remarkable skills. Each of our pups looked and smelled so clean and had cute bandanas. There prices were reasonable given the service and care they provided. I highly recommend this pet groomers to all dog parents of all breeds.

After the owner appeared at the front desk, she did not offer an explanation for the poor facial cut. instead, she stated I forgot again. During drop-off, details are shared & noted in their system. Well, it's there on DEAF EARS, since they have no intentions of reviewing the request. Another issue I witnessed while standing there today is that husky gentleman(first table in view when you walk in) had his hands gripped forcefully around a tiny, white yorkie's neck. In fact, he readjusted the grip a bit tighter while trimming the facial hair. It was very concerning since dogs have been known to stress during follow-up visits. I have been a customer for 3+ years, but will be searching for a new groomer after those issues.
