Another issue I witnessed while standing there today is that husky gentleman(first table in view when you walk in) had his hands gripped forcefully around a tiny, white yorkie's neck. In fact, he readjusted the grip a bit tighter while trimming the facial hair. It was very concerning since dogs have been known to stress during follow-up visits. I have been a customer for 3+ years, but will be searching for a new groomer after those issues.

Due to her age, Kaylie has cataracts and has a hard time moving around if she's unaware of her surroundings. Alex and his wife and team treat Kaylie with so much love and care.
