This review is long overdue! I took my baby there around Christmas time last year as she was in desperate need of a cut. They were super busy but they still managed to squeeze my Frosty in. I was so nervous because it was her first grooming experience but they assured me that she would be okay. There were very time efficient, just enough time to browse the mall (less than 10 minutes away lol). When I picked her up, it was like I got a new dog! My baby smelled SO good!! Fast forward, I take my Frosty here every couple of months. The staff is always so friendly and their prices are affordable. My dog isn't crazy about getting groomed but I can tell she really likes them. Every time I pick her up she is always so tired, which is good for me because she takes a nap in the car lol. She really does everything she can to try and fit us in with our busy EMS schedule my boyfriend and I have. Not only that but she works with Bear seeing how hes so old and gets really bad anxiety being around other dogs so we try and fit him in early and she usually always does whatever she can. She also understands my pups situation and try's not to judge to much that his nails are always long because he cant walk as much as he used to so they don't get worn down like they did when he wasn't such an old man. They were able to take my dog in under short notice. I usually take him to PetSmart but honestly they have butchered my dog's fur before so I was NOT said when they told me they could not take him. Fabulous pets did such an AMAZING JOB! The owner seemed extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she has a personal passion for pets. The cut she did was near perfect and exactly what I wanted! PetSmart has chopped all of my poor dog's hair off and left him look like a chihuahua when he is a Morkie! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them seriously. When you walk in it smells very clean and fresh and it's not messy. Other places in north Miami I have taken my dog seemed very sketchy and smelled horrible. The luck I had when the lady at fabulous pets went on vacation and I took Romeo to le bone pet salon and he ended up having an infection on the tip of his ears. Ever since reading some of the horrible things happening at pet groomers around south Florida I decided to start grooming my pet at home. I bought a cheap home grooming kit from Amazon and would attempt to groom Buddy, my Wheaton Terrier mix. After a few go-arounds I knew that I had to find a real groomer because the amount of time it took to groom him was more than I could handle. My parents and my aunt both take their pooches to Fabulous Pets and they raved about Lucy's kind, gentle, attentiveness to her clients. Being in the area for the weekend I decided it was time to take my dog to Fabulous Pets. I made several specific requests to Lucy being that my doggie is quite sensitive to razor burns, and shampoos with perfumes. Lucy assured me that Buddy would be in good hands. When I arrived to pick up Buddy he looked amazing. Sometimes groomers take the shortcut and just decide to completely shave dogs with long hair because it's easiest. Lucy gave Buddy a terrific haircut but did not shave him bald so he remained adorable. She further used an oatmeal shampoo to ensure that Buddy's sensitive skin would not be irritated. Every request was adhered to and Buddy looked amazing. The price was pretty reasonable costing $60 for a medium sized dog. Lucy was super sweet and you can tell that her and the staff at Fabulous Pets take pride in their work. They are pretty quick with the turnaround time too! If you're looking for a trustworthy groomer, I highly recommend Fabulous Pets. read more

This is the day after my baby's visit and I'm still so happy with the work that was done. Bandit is 16 years old and is a Maine Coon mix. Since he's older, it been harder and harder for him to groom himself. He had matts on his underbelly and his man parts. Angelina took her time with him. She was gentle and didn't nickk or cut him once. She said he was licking her and very quiet during the grooming. I had them do a lion cut on him and he looks adorable!! From the moment I called to the moment I took him home, there was nothing but kindness and love down towards all of the babies there. Ultimate professionals. I also love that the work is done in the front of the shop. I always worry when they take my baby behind a wall. I wonder what they're doing. Not here. They do the work right out in the open. I've had some really bad experiences with groomers before in terms of my dogs being upset while having to go or finding bruises/marks on them when they come home which is unacceptable. I love this place! They were able to get me an appointment quickly and when I brought my two shih tzus they were very calm and excited. The two owners were super nice and sweet when handling my dogs and asked a lot of questions to make sure they were grooming them correctly. I love that they don't hide their facilities behind a wall, you can see everything going on. When I returned both dogs were fine and calm and looked so adorable. I am so happy with how they handled and treated my senior dogs and will definitely continue using them! read more

the staff was amazing, made my little dog feel comfy and right at home. Normally he is a nervous wreck and shaking as soon as we pull into the parking lots for the groomer, but here he was calm,as a cucumber. Even though I didn't have an appointment they were able to take him (which is unheard of in a Saturday at most places!) and he came back sparkling clean, beautiful blow drying job, and most important he was calm. Don't take your pets here. Took both mine. My tea cup Yorkie Chloe, for full grooming and my Maltese Shih tzu Molly for only bath and nails. They did the opposite and I always trim Molly with a square face. They thinned her face down to nothing!!!! Horrible service! And still charged me...... Horrible. read more
