I met Donna a couple of years ago when i was getting my haircut next door to her shop. She has been taking care of my Black Golden Doodle ever since. My dog loves going to see Donna and always comes out looking beautiful and smelling amazing. Donna was also recommended by my Vet and she recommended him also so she is very well known and respected in the community. I highly recommend her. Thank You Donna!!! read more

Donna does such a fantastic job on our 3 dogs at an incredibly reasonable price. One of our dogs (all 3 are rescues, 2 from Broward Animal Care & Adoption) is quite a barker, he's a 45 lb. Silky Terrier mix, & we have to give him calming meds before his appt., we do not feed him before we take him or he makes a mess, as he's very high anxiety, but we've worked it out so he can be handled first thing in the morning, and we just take the other 2 separately. Problem solved! Our mini poodle and poodle mix come home with beautiful cuts, & we're all happy! We very highly recommend this incredibly patient groomer! So glad we found her! read more

My doodles LOVE going to see Donna! She's so sweet with them, and they always come home smelling great, and looking beautiful!!! Yesterday, she really made me smile with her extra attention. She sent them home in beautiful bandanas of sunflower fabric, and yellow bows. Such a touching way to show Ukraine that we support them. I recommend Donna to anyone with a dog in the PPines area! My dogs never liked going to our previous groomer, but they always run to Donna! That makes me happy, too!!!! read more

I have an almost 18 year old Pekingese mix and have been using the same groomer throughout my dogs entire life. She has retired and I found myself having to find another groomer that I trust with my senior dog. I stumbled across Donna at the recommendation of my veterinarian and I am so glad I did. She did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her and will be a repeat customer from now on. read more

My first visit. I was recommended from another dog owner who was very please. I was very impressed with the staff and service. Donna asked me what I wanted done and recommended services appropriate for my puppy. I am an extremely happy customer and so is Taffy. Thanks Donna! read more

Donna's Classy Clippers - My Zia. After her grooming. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

After our horrifying experience we had with Petsmart, it was time to search for a dog groomer who was inexpensive and can do a decent job. I ran a search on yellowpages.com and found Classy Clippers. It was close to our home and they had an online coupon for $5 off the first visit. I called and set up an appointment for Rocky, our mini-schnauzer. While setting up the appointment and confirming we were new customers, they advised me to get the online coupon, which I told them I already had. I thought it was very sweet that they told me about it, not knowing I was already aware of it. We took Rocky in on a Saturday morning. They had him for the majority of the day and called us right when he was ready to be picked up. I was not there to see how the place was when Rocky was dropped off, but I was there to pick him up. It is a smaller place in a strip mall and there were dogs in kennels and a few dogs walking around the shop. Guess they were the shop pets. It is difficult to find a place that gives proper mini-schnauzer cuts, but we were happy to have found one. They did an excellent job with his cut. We had him for over 2 years and he has never had a better cut before. Thanks Lynn! We have been back since then and will continue to bring him back from now on. read more

Took my dog here (crossing my fingers) due to the proximity of the salon to my house. Entered the salon and I was warmly greeted by Lynn and her staff. I presented my online coupon and was told my dog would be ready around 12. The salon is clean and they have a few small dogs and a cat roaming around the kennel area. At 8am on a Saturday the kennels were pretty full and I'd estimate there were about 7-8 dogs there. Dropped off my dog after filling out a small form and was told I'd be called later. At around 12:15 I was notified my dog was ready, I was running some errands so I couldn't get there until a couple hours later. The staff was ok with it and when I picked him up I was pleasantly surprised at his great haircut. The kennels are located behind a small door but once my dog saw me he started whimpering for me. I was in line to pay for him but Lynn saw him crying and let him out of the kennel to stand with me while I paid. The staff was really attentive and my dog was very clean and trim. Definitely bringing him back as this is the best haircut he's had. read more

Dropped my Pom-poo-yorkie off here for the first time and all seemed well! That is, until I picked him up.. First off, they didn't even attempt to trim around his face, but cut the rest of his body pretty short. They also left his tail extremely fluffy, so he now looks like a miniature lion or something.. Worst of all they cut his ear (perhaps why they didn't finish the rest of the face) and then told me that it was already cut and bleeding when I dropped him off! Which is 100 percent false because I'm pretty much obsessed with my dog and I would've noticed. I know accidents happen, they just had to apologize and explain to me what happened, not tell me a flat out lie, and then charge me full price when they didn't even finish the haircut! My little man is only 5 pounds so $40 is already pushing it for me, let alone having bad customer service. read more

I just moved from Tampa, and I'm happy with Classy Clippers' service! My mom suggested PetSmart, so I took my 1 yr old Cavachon to PetSmart in April, for a bath and sanitary cut; and to say the least I was not impressed. The face cut was unsatisfactory, and thus I began my hunt for a better groomer. I am pleased with the services at Classy Clippers. The staff was attentive and warm. They took time to discuss with me the best tools for grooming my little one, and when I explained I was having difficulty keeping her hair tied, to my surprise my lil' Panda came back with her hair in beautiful bows, eyes shining, and an absolutely adorable cut! Pricing was reasonable too! They'll be gaining a returning customer, and I'll be advising my mom to make the switch! read more

I took my Tibetan Terrier, Winston here and Lyn butchered his ears, he looks like a five yr old got a hold of him and chopped away at him. I also don't see where they did his nails, face or trimmed between his pads which a Tibetan needs. They blamed my 15 month old Tibetan for their problems yet he has been cut numerous times without problems before. A real waste of 55,00. Oh and hair on one ear is shorter than the other...Really Folks was that your best. If you didn't know how to cut a Tibetan you could of told me from the beginning, they also don't resemble a poodle. I had to take him to another groomer to get a complete grooming and as much rescue work as they could do on his ears. Well it's the end of Oct and poor Winston's hair has still not recovered from damage done at Classy Clippers. if they were really classy they would of returned my money. The picture in the middle is what he looked like before classy got a hold of him. 2018 this is how he should look: read more

I had taken my two dogs there fir years but then moved to plantatiib. Unfirtunately the Plantation groomers, Lauras Classy Canines, are highly abusive, keep the dogs in horrible cages in top of frayed wires so can easily be electrocuted. Anyway, i decided to return the o Classy Clippers and took 4 of my many Bolognese dogs there. Tiffany did an amazing job on them in spite of the fact they were badly matted. I love Classy Clippers, and as a long time rescuer and breeder, they are the best anywhere! My dogs say so and i agree! read more

Donna is an absolute gem! I took my dog Case here for the first time today to get his nails clipped and I will definitely be back! I have taken him to the grooming salon in Petsmart as well as Banfield and everyone is always scared to clip his nails because he is feisty when it comes to getting his nails clipped. Donna was gentle with him and very quick. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you, Donna! read more

I took my pups in to get their nails clipped and filed and they did a great job. The service was great and speedy. I will be returning.

I was a customer there for a while. At one point I had three dogs. At first they did an OK job but because it was behind my house it was convenient to walk. Then they started getting care less. They cut my puppies face, And gave me a whole story how she was squirming around.I still went back again Cause they were nice. As time went on they started to not be nice their customer service sucked, they were rude, the haircuts got all lopsided And pretty much said if I wasn't happy to go elsewhere. So I did. And I am very happy now. read more

Highly recommended !! The service for my pets excellent !! Would not trust any other place !!

I absolutely love them. We had some horrible experiences, including additional charges that were not mentioned until pick up time (Crazy Tails). These people are very caring. They love the dogs and take amazing care of them. The haircuts are great and inexpensive. Highly recommend them! read more

Love, love , love this family owned groomer. Owner and daughter have been cutting my dog for about 7 months. Great experience every time. This place Is gods gift to earth!!! Just before I came into this small lovely place I previously took my 15 week old schnoodle to All Pets Emporium. I paid $30 to give her a "spa" puppy trim. They were suppose to give her an oatmeal shampoo/ conditioner, trim her nails, clean her ears, teeth and trim her face, feet, belly, and genitals. When I got her she looked worse than when I dropped her off. She had outstanding dandruff from head to toe, her hair was course and wiry. It felt as if they sprayed her with hairspray. She was not even brushed so her hair was all tangled and nappy. My poor girl was terrified! While she was at All Pets I came across this page for Classy Clippers and was instantly mad I didn't come here. So I brought her straight in to Classy Clippers from All Pets. I had no intentions in receiving any services from them. In stead I wanted to hear their opinion on what they thought of her appearance. I also wanted to find out their prices for future reference. But to my surprise the 4 amazing ladies took her right away and insisted they cleaned her up for NO CHARGE! They went through all the errors they found on my puppy that All Pets had done. They explained the proper care that should have been done and took amazing care of her. What made me feel even more reassured is they insisted I come to the back and monitor whats done and the methods they use. They trimmed her up, clipped her nails, bathed her the right way, and left her looking happy and beautiful in a cute little Bandana! These people truly care about the dogs that come in and out of there little store. They aren't after you for your money, they just want to see happy animals and owners! This is the kind of place you feel comfortable when you leave your precious treasure behind. Without a doubt they will be seeing me in the future. I will no longer go anywhere else but here! read more

It was difficult finding a place that would take our American Stafford for boarding. Until we found Classy Clippers! They we're more than happy to take her in. Both my Staffi and the employees were very happy, they even let her run around the shop to greet and socialize with everyone. We were especially very happy to know she was well taken care off~ Thank you to Classy Clippers! read more

Absolutely amazing place! My puppy (not really a puppy anymore at 5o lbs) is alot to handle. She's a catahoula, so her energy & spunk exceeds her size ten fold. But, the lovely ladies at classy clippers handled her with remarkable patience and professionalism. She was in and out under an hour, and that was as a walk-in. She looks absolutely gorgeous! And, you can't beat the prices. Definitely will be a returning customer. read more

Took my little fur -balls to their favorite spa, Classy Clippers, and was very pleased as always as to how beautifully they were groomed. Donna and Tiffaney are SUPERIOR in grooming my dogs, which these little fur-balls can be a handful, and I'm so thankful to have found groomers that treat all "Our Babies"like they're family!!!!! The staff also have to be commended for how professional and compassionate they also are!!!!! In all honesty, I would recommend Classy Clippers to Everyone, and I do!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'm fairly new to the area and I'm a former pet groomer myself. I found Classy Clippers while shopping and decided to look them up on Yelp. I was happy with the reviews so I called to make an appointment for my cat. The ladies were very nice and I was able to make an appointment the very next day! It's a nice and clean shop. I was impressed by their knowledge and work. I would definatly recommend Classy Clippers and will be bringing my furbabies here from now on! read more

We have been taking or poodle to Classy Clippers for 12 years, we are loyal customers and we're happy with their services. Well, that all changed.! We made an appt to drop her off on a Saturday as usual, drove all the way out there and we're basically turned away! No phone call saying they were short handed..! I was stunned! Not going back.. called and left a message stating we were upset, no call back, no apology... what ever happened to customer service and treating loyal customers with respect..??! Oh well, their loss. read more

I took my past Shih Tzu to Classy Clippers for 13 years. He always was cut perfect when I picked him up and most important very happy. I recently purchased another Shih Tzu. When I first bought her she was very tiny and a few friends recommended another shop in Cooper City. When I picked up my dog her eyes were bloodshot and she was not happy. Luckily I had enough sense to bring my new dog back to Classy Clippers. They did a fabulous hair cut on my little sweetie and she was happy when I picked her up. Not sure how they do it because I have trouble brushing my dog's hair, but they were able to cut and groom my dog. Would definitely recommend Classy Clippers. It is always clean and very reasonable. read more

Recently i took my dog to this store to try it out since it's near by my place. They did a bad job on his face, the left side of his face is longer then the right side. Some part of his body look patchy where some area is shorter then other. I have to put a shirt on him to hide the spot. Seem like they just want to get this over with - rush job. The worst of all, they suppose to cut his nail. Not sure if they know how to cut his nail, they sharpen his nail instead of shorten it and now all my doors are scratch up deeply. At least before when he scratch the doors, it just little mark where i could clean it with Mr. Clean eraser but now, his nail is so sharp that, even my glass door have mark. I had my dog over four years and never had this happen until I bring him to this store. The price is the same as any where else. Not worth the money to go here and having all this issue. read more

The first time was a much better experience than the second time. The phone conversation on the second visit wasn't very pleasant nor was dropping him off or picking him up. The lady in charge just didn't seem to be in a good mood. Im not sure if it was because I dropped him off 30 mins before they closed but his previous sitter will take him 2 mins before they closed. They've even waited for me 10 mins after they closed because I'm so loyal. I'm dropping my puppy for you to care for so I need smiles even over the phone, that's how you build trust. The past two days had me concerned about how she would treat him. I needed to board him Tuesday through Thursday. I dropped him off at 4:30 Tuesday but had to pick him up by 12pm Thursday but was charged two full days. Why?! I should have been able to pick him up at 4:30! Iwon't be back. read more
