I drove my dog Coco to Pet point for bath , cut nails and other services. Andrea was busy in that moment and she placed Coco in a dirty big Channel. I didn't like it. The big problem was when I picked up Coco, she was bleeding from some toes, in one leg, the other nails were very long, Andrea couldn't cut the other nails. So she called me and said that she couldn't cut the nails because Coco didn't cooperate. But 1 minute later she called me again saying I could cut all the nails.it was before I picked Coco Up. She charged the cut nails but Coco had most of her nails very long. I dont recommend Pet Point. read more

IMPORTANT *The worst experience ever. Horrible! I rarely give bad reviews but in this case I need to warn others. I have two 10 lbs approx toy poodles so I came here for first time because I saw them when I was driving by. I asked for a "poodle cut" and the girl at the register said ok and made the appointment, so I walked away confident and sent my husband to drop them off next day. I wanted to cry when they called me after 4 hours to see they cut totally uneven the long hair on the ears that took me a decade to grow, clearly to avoid detangling. In some areas very close to the ears, like done by a child. The hair around the eyes and nose is all there, all uneven, the dark stains around the eyes sill there, did not bother shaving the paws. The top knot that also took me forever to grow and Pom Poms all gone, the tiny tails shaved. One dog shaking in his sleep. If someone doesn't know how to groom a dog they should be honest and say, I am not sure how to do it but if you stay with me and give me a chance, I can try. That's better than saying ok to a poodle cut and let me walk away confident. So she has now ruined the cut I've given them for years and I have to go pay somewhere else to at least clean the faces and try to make it as even as possible, but she still charged my credit card by force threatening me with calling the police and kept screaming at me for showing her how she ruined my dogs. After I had even pointed to a picture of a poodle they had on the wall when I first made the appointment. I'm not even upset that she didn't do the poodle cut, but chopping the hair off to avoid detangling and leaving a dirty hairy face is unacceptable, plus forcing me to pay for something I could've done myself knowing I now have to pay someone else, is very dishonest. Terrible! I used to take my dog back when it was JUDYS, I took my dog recently to give them a try. He came back with a bleeding nail and my sisters dog was still a little wet from her bath. I would not recommend you to take your pup here! Hope this place shuts down soon UPDATE: I just received a call from this place, the owner to be exact. She kept tell me how it's a family run place and I had a very malicious intent on my review. She said how they had fired the old groomer due to the reviews they kept getting and I had a free grooming to take my Max back. I told her how I'd already made an appointment to check somewhere else and if anything I'd be back. Then she kept going on about how mean it was for me to say I hope this place shuts down soon on social media especially because it's a family run business. I decided to hang up the phone... The place is redesigned - more modern which is nice and there are new owners. I requested my Shih Tzu get a cut, nails trimmed and filed to prevent sharp edges. The cut was diff than I was expecting, not very much attention to detail as I'm accustomed to and when I got home I let him relieve himself, my dog was bleeding profusely from his paw. I brought him right back and they placed stypic but I know that the bleeding didn't just start. I felt the groomer was inexperienced and instead of advising me of what happened (I prefer honesty) I'm certain he was bleeding right after his nail was cut, they let me go home thinking everything was ok. Prices were good but due to the lack of expertise I won't be going back again. Update: I appreciate your response and offer for a free grooming service, this would have gone over better if this was offered when I brought him back. The thought makes me sick to my stomach. Despite the negative reviews here, I recommend this place based on my experience! I have been taking my 2 doggies here for grooming for a few months (new owners, I used to have Judy's grooming them before too) and cannot be happier. The place is neat and clean, the owners are really kind and the services provided are great. Amazing Grooming service! My Pomeranian had a lot of poop in his back area and I thought it would be nearly impossible to get rid of all of that. Well I was wrong they made it all happen in about an hour and a half my dog was a new dog and he was literally falling asleep from how clean he felt. If I could give this 0 stars I would. She's absolutely the worst groomer and scammer as well as a liar. I asked for a grooming with a flea bath and when I come back, I see my dog shaking. So she told me that I should give him a pill for fleas and showed me what it was. I already bought the same exact box and brand and told her I gave it to him prior coming to the grooming. Without asking me, she went to my dog, opened his mouth by force and gave him another pill, then she came back and added $10 more to my price. That was the first red flag. When I brought my dog to my car, I picked him up and realized my hands are bloody. I come to realize that he was bleeding from his stomach by a nasty wound. So I went back inside and asked her why my dog was bleeding. She swore it was never there before and pretended not to understand me since she had a heavy Spanish accent. I also noticed his tail was covered with strange yellow sandy thing. Second flag. So I asked her what she bathed him with and she actually allowed me, a complete stranger, to come to the back. When I saw was back there, I couldn't believe it. It was atrocious and dust and dirt were every where. She showed me the soap she used and I kid you not, it looked like yellow piss. Third flag. After I came home, I realized that she also cut both his ears too deep till it bled as well as his back and tail. She's absolutely horrendous and I hope Inspection shuts her shop down because she's no professional. Her price isn't even far from any other average groomer. But these new owners and the people that work there is horrible this is my second time going, the first time was ok but this time my poodle was wet when passed to me and still had stains on him. his nail was horribly cut and blood was on both of his paws. First time taking my 5 month old large puppy Jasmine to the groomer. May not look like much on the outside, but very cute and clean on the inside. I was a walk in and they had no issue with my not having an appointment. Dropped her off at roughly 10:30am and was told she would be ready at 2pm. We love pet point grooming! Our dog is a Havanese and his fur tends get matted no matter how often we brush him. Other groomers always insist on shaving him but he absolutely hates being shaved and is miserable for at least a week after his grooming. PetPoint grooming spends extra time combing through and cutting out his knots so he can keep his beautiful for and doesn't have to be shaved and miserable. You can tell the owners really love dogs and they really love what they do which gives you peace of mind when leaving your pet with them. This was the first and last time I will be bringing my dog to this place. My dog is terrified of the groomers and based on the reviews I thought this could be a good fit for her. I was very wrong. When I got her back, my dog was trembling and she remained that way the whole drive home. I thought I was going to someone who knew how to actually cut hair, but when I saw my dog I thought it was a joke. She looked horrible! The cut was choppy and totally amateur. She was also very irritated around the genital area and she's been licking it non stop. On top of that, before leaving, the groomer wanted to take a picture of her behind this backdrop she had, but being that my dog just wanted to leave she was very uncooperative.
