When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.

I opted for in person and enjoyed meeting Michelle in person before entrusting her with my cats' care. Michelle updated the app with photos and a report for each visit. Unfortunately, I wasn't checking email so I didn't see the notifications that she was updating the app. However, when I got home, I did see photos of my cats looking good with a little report on what happened during the visit. Waggy Tails is not cheap! The stated price is for 2 animals; there is an additional charge for each extra pet. The price is also double if you want 2x per day visits. However, the care was comprehensive - Michelle had no problem pilling my one cat that needs a daily medication and also handled all of the different food requests and feline pickiness with no problem. I would definitely use Waggy Tail again! They definitely remove a piece of travel stress by taking excellent care of your pets!

Within hours, he developed severe diarrhea (with blood initially), extreme lethargy, and other concerning symptoms that required an emergency veterinary visit the same day. I contacted Fit & Go Pets to inform them of the situation and to discuss possible solutions or accountability. While they apologized, they did not take responsibility or offer any meaningful follow-up, which was disappointing given the circumstances. What concerns me most is the environment. There appears to be an excessive number of dogs housed at the same time, which raises serious questions about sanitation, stress levels, and disease prevention. When so many dogs are kept together, it is difficult to believe proper cleanliness, supervision, and infection control can be consistently maintained. I understand that stress can happen with boarding, but ending up in an emergency vet visit immediately after pick-up is not something I would consider acceptable. For this reason, I would not feel comfortable using this facility again and encourage others to carefully consider their options.
