This place is the best! I have been so happy with my decision to have Phoebe stay here when I am out of town. She is always so excited to go here, which makes such a big difference for me. My dog used to put brakes on when I would try to drop her off at my prior kennel, which made me feel so bad. She gets so excited when she sees FreeDOGm though. I am updating from a prior review, as Freedogm has now reopened - and Maya and I couldn't be happier that it is back! She had been at the old location, and had a wonderful experience there. However, she went to another daycare facility while Freedogm moved to its new location. As soon as Freedogm reopened, we were happy to come back! Moreover, it was the observations of my dog at the prior daycare, and then returning to Freedogm, that allowed me to see the wonderful difference Freedogm makes in our lives. Freedogm has a large outdoor area, that has ample amount of shade, that allows the dogs to wander and be "dogs." The pool provides the pups that like swimming a chance to cool off during the day, and there are dog beds positioned around the park for the pups to relax. Freedogm also has a large interior space for inclement weather, and it allows the dogs to still intermingle and socialize even during these times. Every day I get a video; and every day I see Maya relaxed, happy, curious, and having fun! She is in her proper environment, with other dogs, where she can behave as she should. Most importantly, during daycare, Freedogm does not ever bring the dogs inside to crate them for periods of time! The dogs continue to pace themselves, roam, and be dogs for the entirety of the day! It is here that I notice the biggest difference between Freedogm and other facilities. My pup comes home tired! She doesn't need another walk and she doesn't need to continue to play. She has been happily stimulated, socialized, and exercised throughout the day at her own pace. I tell everyone that yes, Freedogm is wonderful for the dogs - but the peace of mind that it provides for me is invaluable. When the time comes for my pup to need a hotel stay, she will go to Freedogm. The employees are caring, professional, and always communicating if I have a question or concern. I can go to work, or on a vacation, and know that my pup is happy and safe! As with the prior location - I cannot recommend this facility enough! My dog is *obsessed* with Freedogm. She knows when we have turned onto the street and stands up excitedly in the car. She also loves the staff there. On days when the weather isn't great, she pauses before getting out of the car but as soon as a staff member sticks their head out the door and says her name she immediately runs to them and rolls over for belly rubs. I wish I could convey just how much we love FreeDOGm and appreciate the kindness of the people who work there. We started sending our puppy Ruka there back in March. We had just adopted her a few weeks before and she was very clearly an anxious pup. Leaving her at home with the occasional check-in while my wife and I were at work wasn't working well, so we decided to do a trial run at FreeDOGm. We are so glad we did. Ruka loves going there every day. For a dog who wants nothing more than to be outside, FreeDOGm is perfect. She gets fresh air and outdoor play time and is content and tired when she gets home. Pool days twice a week are a blast for her. She is better socialized, happier, and blossoming because of the care and attention she gets at FreeDOGm. For us, getting videos everyday and seeing how happy she is means the world. There is just no substitute for leaving your pup in the hands of people who you trust and know care for her as if she was their own. Great dog daycare. We always take our dog there when visiting in Miami. This place is very clean and the staff all love dogs. Our dog loves it, gets so excited when we are going. She comes home happy and tired. The staff is great, they do extra game playing with the dogs. They have a pool, my dog loves to swim. I've read some good reviews and a couple bad. I'm not here to debunk everyone but to give a review from a super recent customer. I took my dog "Blue" here for a doggy day care test run. He loved it. He made lots of new doggy friends and freedogm stayed in excellent communication with me with texts and videos without being promoted typically between 11am and 2pm. He was very well taken care of and the staff seemed attentive, not only to him, but to every other dog and cat. There was a ton of room for the dogs to run and play. It actually looks bigger than 15000 sq ft of outdoor space. After doggy day care I then took him there for a 10 day stay. Same as doggy day care - pics and videos each day. They had pool days and I even saw him using some agility equipment. From the front to the back the facility was clean and well maintained and the staff was polite, professional, and fun. I have looked around and their pricing is great. Sure its higher than a few others but I highly recommend you ask the other places about how much time they spend in their crates. Most will say all day except to be walked. This isnt the case with freedogm. They even bathed him for me. One last thing to note is that everyone else I've talked to while dropping off their pets have been super friendly. I give them 5 stars across the board. read more

I used to take my dog here on a regular basis since she was a puppy. She got bitten twice in this place. The 1st time, I left her for 2 nights in the hotel and when I picked her up; they told me about the bite on the nose. She is a German shepherd and I know they play rough. It wasn't a big a deal and I let it go. The 2nd time - I took her for half day - picked her up at the end of the day - all good (I thought) by bed time I was petting her and discovered a big hole on her torso. My immediate reaction was to write to them to ask WTH!! Their response, is that they didn't realize it happened. Their rangers didn't report an incident. No one saw what happened. End of story. I sent them the Vet bill and couple of emails and simply they are not responsible nor even care; when it's pure negligence that they didn't even notice that my dog was injured. The fact is not that she got injured is that they didn't realized it happened while there. I would've expected a little more sympathy on their behalf because they failed to take care of my dog and failed to let me know that she got hurt. What kind of service is that? The owner called me once left a message and never again I heard from them. Why would you leave your dog in a place where the dogs are not being fully watched? Beware!!! read more

Such a fun place and great boarding for dogs. I was hesitant to leave my (at the time) 5 month old puppy for the first time with anyone to watch while I was away on a trip. He has so much energy and I didn't know if I would be able to find someone to adequately take care of him. I was recommended Freedogm by three people in my building, and decided to give it a shot. I've dropped Shiloh off there multiple times for boarding and daycare and he always comes back happy, wagging tail, and tired from playing and running so much! My favorite thing is that they have open areas indoors and outdoors for dogs to play, and they send daily videos of Shiloh playing with all of the other dogs. Needless to say, it always eases my anxiety knowing that he is in good hands and is having fun. My 3 dogs go often and have the best time! They come home tired and happy as can be! All the eployees know them and i get constant videos of the amazing time they are having! I have a young golden, a medium gentle mutt and an old shephard. Each of my dogs go in a different playgroup depending on their play style. The old lady just lays around with other calm old folks, the medium mutt hangs out with the small chilled group and my golden runs and chases with her large doggie friends all day! They get to jump in a pool and all love their time at FreeDOGm! I would recommend to anyone who is up for their dog having anawesome time. I have been taking my dog Camila to FreeDogm for almost one year and I cannot stress the care, love and professionalism from them towards the doggies. This is the ony place that I know that dogs can actually be that, dogs, where they are able to run, play and socialize. There is no better proof than our furry babies. She can actually know when she is going to FreeDogm and you can tell how happy she gets. also there has been not one single time that I haven't struggled in taking her back to my car after picking her up. I would much rather have them playing all around than having them enclosed (and in cages) to prevent a minor injury from normal playing. This is what makes Camila happy and I love that. read more

I parked in front and my dog was with me to check the place and the dogs inside started to bark and my dog stayed calm since he is trained. When I went inside I told that. Every morning for more than a year, I drop my 3 dogs, Max, Louise and John to freDOGm for the day and they are each time SO happy and excited to get there! It is their space of freedom. So I read a mix of reviews for this daycare and decided to give it a try, I now fully regret it. I bought a Groupon and got a very good price for 5 sessions of full day daycare - I will not returning for my last two sessions. My dog has returned to me - somewhat bathed, yes - but injured on three occasions. The first, he had minor scratches and he is a very hardy dog so I thought, that's fine. The second, his paw pad was sliced open and he was limping for three days. I was going to finish using up the rest of my sessions but after the third time, I am officially never going back and will not recommend this place to anyone. The third time he is returned to me with severe gashes on his side, "playing rough" is no explanation for these injuries. I've worked doggy daycares before and "playing rough" is not ok. All of the bad reviews tend to seem like a pattern, please consider them before taking your baby to this disorganized and unprofessional establishment. read more

I literally can not say enough amazing things about FreeDOGm. This 5 star review goes FAR beyond the fact they have a huge fenced outdoor area that the dog roam around alllllll day. They treat our dog like he is their own and send daily pictures/ videos while we are away. The dogs are only in their rooms when it's bed time which I love! This place was recommended to me by a lady that previously took care of my Siberian husky. I went to preview the facility on Monday Jan 9, 2017. At that time the facility appeared really nice and I decided to continue and bring my dog for a trial run. On Thursday Jan. 12th, I brought my dog for the day so they can assess his behavior. I clearly explained to the owner that I didn't want my dog with big dogs due to him not being neutered and possibly being an Alpha dog. Her answer was "don't worry all dogs think they are Alpha and we have dogs that are not neutered that come everyday and they behave good with the others. We will put him to play with small and mediums dogs. We have the ranger and the trainer with them at all time taking care of them in the play area." I left him around 8:45 am on that day. I spoke with the trainer before I left and he asked me a couple of question about my dog. It seemed everything was good. They told me they will send me videos during the day so I can see everything was ok with him. I left happy and thinking he was in good hands. Around 11 :25 am I called to ask how he was doing because they hadn't send me any videos of him so I was worried. The girl that answer the phone told me he was doing very good and he was very friendly and lovely and she was about to go to the backyard to make some videos. At the time i was happy with the fact he was doing well, but I didn't like the fact that I had to call them to ask her about the videos, especially since this was the first time i was using them. At 11:44 am she send me the only video I got during the time he was there ..it seems he was having fun they had a pool for them . I ask the girl if he was getting inside the pool and her answer was a plain no and that was it ..At 2:30 I got a call that my dog was bitten my another BIG dog . Now my dog was not a friendly and lovely dog anymore. She told me that he was ok but I have to pick him up and take him to the vet. You can imagine I went crazy. I was working at the time and my boyfriend was aT work too . I had to cancel all my afternoon appointments and run from pinecrest to wynwood. In 1/2 hr when I got there the owner told that my dog was ok but he didn't know how to behave with other dogs and that he was a Alpha dog That likes to control .I told her that I knew he was a Alpha and I specifically told her that I didn't want my dog with big dogs. She told me he was not with other big dogs. I asked her which dog had bit him and she refuse to tell me anything about the other dog and told me over and over he was not with big dogs, but that it was good that this happened to him so that he can learn how to behave with other dogs. She recommended me to have him neutered so that way he will be less aggressive. I was in shock that the Owner of this business would treat people that way. She knew beforehand that my dog was not neutered and she agreed to take him anyway. I feel that she lied to me and misrepresented her ability to take care of my dog during his stay. After my dogs injury, she never followed up with me to check on his well being. My vet bill for this incident was almost $400. I would stay away from this boarding facility if you want your dog to stay safe. read more

I have had an incredible experience at Freedogm. I brought my dog Maya after she outgrew another daycare that I was using. The other daycare had been fine, but it was smaller and entirely indoor. Freedogm is large, has wonderful outdoor and indoor room for my dog to roam and be a dog! Freedogm has different "parks" (for lack of a better term) that they seem to rotate the dogs (they are separated by size, mine is in the medium park) through. Some of the parks have agility equipment, some have what looks like "doggie playground equipment," on Tuesdays and Thursdays they bring out wading pools of water for an hour for the puppers to cool down! Maya loves splashing around with the other dogs! Every day I get a video; and every day I see Maya relaxed, happy, curious, and having fun! She is in her proper environment, with other dogs, where she can behave as she should. What I love about Freedogm is there are handlers around who are knowledgeable and patient with the animals, have their best interests in mind, and have the owners' best interests in mind as well. They have set Maya and I up with a wonderful trainer to help us through some of the more advanced training and Maya is progressing nicely. They are responsive, always friendly, and I couldn't ask for better peace of mind for daycare! I drop off Maya every day, and she literally cries with excitement as we get close, bounds out of the car and runs right into the facility. She waits at the door because she cannot wait to be there to play for the day! It is the best feeling as a pet mom to know she's in such good hands. I have family close who loves to watch her when I travel, but if I didn't, after knowing the staff and speaking with everyone there and knowing how much they care for the animals, I would feel very comfortable having Maya say in one of their doggie suites as well. Dogs seem happy. That's good. However, when I made my reservation, I input 11am drop off and 4 pm pick up. The price I was quoted was $272.40. There was no indication of an "Early Drop off Fee". Similarly when I dropped off my dogs at 11:30am, I was not advised of any additional fee. to my surprise and without authorization, a $40 "Early Drop off Fee was charged to my CC without my knowledge....very concerning. Five stars all the way! My dog Romeo has been coming here everyday for daycare since we moved to Miami and we couldn't be happier with the space! The area is great (and huge!) and perfect for dogs to spend their day in. They are able to run around with dogs their size all day, and on occasion also have pool days which Romeo definitely loves! They send videos every day showing how our dogs are doing and what they are up to. Their boarding services are also great! Romeo did not come back stressed or upset, and all his toys which I sent over with him during his stay, came back in perfect conditions. I love this place - obviously I can't secretly spend all day there to see what is going on or have an in-depth discussion with my dog about what she did at day care. All I know is that every morning when I drop her off - she prance/races to the door with a waggy tail. The staff greats her with gusto and her tail wags even more. My dog has been attending Freedogm for over 2 years now, since he was around 16 weeks old. I buy the 15x per month package which is a great price compared to other places. He started in the small dog park and then when he got bigger and more mature (he's a golden retriever) they moved him over to the big park. Everything about my experience with this company has been positive. Their employees go above and beyond and are always nice and friendly. The space is amazing and the dogs get to run around all day. Every Tuesday and Thursday (weather permitting) they have a pool day which is so fun and special for the doggies. Not only that but they are transparent with any incidents. When working with a lot of dogs things can happen but they are honest and work to fix the problem so it doesn't happen again. When your dogs are playing they have 2 "park rangers" constantly monitoring the park and making sure the dogs behave and are at their happiest. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone looking to board their dog or just looking for a way to expel energy during the day! read more
