The grooming took about 3 hours for my dog, which is the longest grooming she's ever had. Her hair wasn't long or matted, a groom usually takes about an hour and a half. She's a 35 lb goldendoodle. After I picked her up, I found there were many uneven spots and visible lines of clippers. The grooming was fine because she did make my dogs hair shorte. I found the prices to be more expensive than other places and was surprised when Ruby told me my dog would be considered large because she's a doodle, although she charged me as a medium. I've never been told my dog is a large by a groomer. Location is convenient but probably wouldn't return.
