Owner is great with animals. He was great with my cat who does not generally like new people. He was also quick and did a good job with the nails and grooming and is afforable. Definitely recommend. If you get to the door and it is locked, just ring the door bell and wait a moment and he will be out. read more

Do not take your dog here they did a terrible job on my puppy. There are uneven cuts all over him.

Perhaps the best grooming I have ever witnessed. I have been a client since they opened and can't say enough good things. Charles and Shirley are amazing. My fur babies love them and so do I. My dogs go to the salon before I do- lol. Don't take my word for it- go there and see- you will be pleased. They do amazing work. My mother in law took our PBGV to get groomed. The dog that was returned to me was unrecognizable. This breed has a long shaggy coat and the groomer shaved him down completely. You can even see his skin on certain parts of his body. Apparently he had too many knots and there was no other choice but to shave him down. I've taken him to Petsmart with knots and the wonderful ladies there have taken the time to comb out his knots and not ruin his beautiful coat. They also cut his nails. And of course, did a terrible job with that too. They left some nails longer than others and it affected my dog's usual strut. He was almost limping. And on top of everything, they charged $70!! That is an incredibly steep price for not even taking the time to comb out his knots. If you're looking for a groomer who enjoys his job and does not take the easy way out when dealing with a long haired breed, do not take your best friend to these people. read more

Very expensive place to bring your puppy to get groom there. They charge $65 dollars for puppy cut. Which usually other store charge $50 the most. If you puppy has knot, they charge $10 dollars more for it. I am not sure why do they do that, because most of the time dogie does has knot on their hair. They always find all kind of excuse to charge you more on your puppy hair cut. read more

They came close to murdering my dog Brutus this past Friday. I picked him up and his tongue and gums were blue. He was suffering from heat stroke which brought on a tracheal collapse. His temperature was 105.9 and he was given a 10% chance to live. By the grace of God he survived. My husband and I approached this groomer and they refused to pay the vet bill. We now have to take things further. The Brutus Army will prevail. read more

Made an appointment on a Saturday to bring my puppy for grooming. I had to arrange my schedule to be available when the owner was supposed to finish. Arrived at The Pet Club and there was a sign on the door they were closed. No phone call to cancel my appointment. Left a message...I was upset. Two weeks later I get a call apologizing and asking if I wanted to bring my puppy back. I did and her cut was perfect. Three weeks ago, I had another appointment on a Saturday and was on my way when I received a call the other groomer was not coming in and I rescheduled for this past Saturday for my two puppies at $75 each. I arrived on time and again the door was closed and no call to cancel my appointment. Honestly, how can this man be so inconsiderate? He tells you to bring your dog in to be groomed between 8 am and 10 am and you arrive and doors are closed. It's sad because I think he is talented, but I will never make another appointment. read more

Never take your babies to this place. The owner killed my 3 dogs 2 weeks ago. He "forgot" them inside his car for hours and they end up dead. If you love your pet, never go there. read more

Love this place! I take my husky mix here to get the works done and she comes out perfect every time. Her nails look great, coat is short and smooth (not left greasy like it has been with some groomers in the past), and her teeth/breath are always fresh. What really made me follow through with our first appointment though was how the owner walked me back and showed me everything that is done, the rooms, other pups getting groomed... He even introduced me to his Great Dane, whose nails were freshly painted pink by the owner himself! Definitely a nice touch with the tour.. made me feel relaxed because I only want the best for my furry family. I don't go anywhere else. Dakota loves it! read more

I take my Chihauhua in to have her nails clipped. The owner always does it for her and he sweet talks her the whole time. She is not a fan of getting her nails clipped but he does his best to put her at ease. They never clip them too short and hurt her which is always a concern of mine. I also bought a doggie stroller from there. The price was about the same as the pet store and online. I have been happy with the stroller. No problems with it. The place is nice and they have a very tranquil pet boarding area. Yes it is a little pricer that some places but this is a boutique and you get boutique services, unique merchandise and personalized attention. read more

We've taken out two dogs their twice to be groomed. They've done a great job and are very friendly. The VIP section is very cute. Their pricing is a little high but is fairly comparable to any major pet store (and I'd rather support the little guy). They also have a decent selection of pet accessories and its right next to a vet. You get what you pay for here. PS - their website is terrible but at least that's their biggest problem! read more

If there is zero stars I would have used it. I got my pet back after 3 days stay with them as stinky as hell, starving and peeing everywhere (was perfectly potty trained). So sad that i sent him there. read more

They deserve 0 stars after my grooming visit last year for my 2 mini schnauzers. One baby bled into her eye after an"incident" when she almost hung herself from the table and the other baby had a 1 inch piece of her ear missing. None of this was told to me when I picked them up. When I got home, I realized what had happened and called them and was told about the so called "incident"! Both required veterinary care and no apologies from the owner. Still waiting for an apology or concern for my babies especially since I had gone to them for over 10 yrs!! read more

I took my 2 dogs there to get their nails clipped. One is a greyhound and the other is a pug. For the pug they charged $10 and did a good job with her nails. I didn't need an appointment and it took less than 15 minutes. The price was right and the result was great. 5/5 stars. The greyhound was another story. The groomer looked shocked when he saw the greyhound and asked if she would bite him. He charged $15 for the greyhound and barely cut her nails. You could still hear her nails clicking on the floor in the store as she walked. I tried to complain but the groomer insisted that he couldn't cut any more because of the vein. I could clearly see space between the nail end and the vein. If the employees are so scared of my dog that they can't do their job then they should have said so up front rather than waste my time and money. 0/5 stars. Overall I give them 2.5/5 stars. I would definitely take my pug back there to get her nails clipped but will be looking else where for my poor greyhound. Their fees for clipping are average, no bargain here. Good for little dogs, terrible for larger ones. read more

We had two of our dogs groomed here while on Christmas vacation. The one dog was done relatively well, although with very little further modification, but the other came out very bad. After arguing with us about how wrong we were, the owner wrote us a refund check for the second dog. I tried depositing the check on the following month, it wouldn't deposit, and wasn't even signed. Lesson learned: The customer is wrong, refunds are fake, and watch what they hand back to you. Do not do business here. read more
