Now what?? We had no idea what to do! I did some research and bumped into Sitter4Paws on Yelp. We signed up for their boarding services. There is a preliminary meet and greet from one of the sitters, who meets your pet (ours is Lola) and take notes of everything (food, toys, treats, you name it). It made my life super easy, as I didn't have to really write any instructions out. I was super nervous the first day when we were abroad. I was checking my phone at every chance I could get. We later got an update within the timeframe we arranged and was super excited to see photos of Lola, his fresh food, and having fun with their dog (they are dog owners too)! It instantly made our nerves vanish. It was great reading about Lola's stay while we were having fun. I got every daily update as agreed, up until we picked her up. Thanks for helping our vacations go smooth!! I highly recommend Sitter4Paws!

I'll be boarding them there for 2 weeks & it was between and their drs office. I chose here because I believe they'll have more fun and be a little more relaxed while I'm away. The fact that a hospital is in the premises too also makes this whole situation much easier for me. This will be the first time we're apart for an extended period of time (both my mom and I). The staff seems friendly enough and the facilities clean. I just don't know what happened with this last time, I'm probably going to look into Rover or a similar service.

They have a very large yard for the dogs, along with a wading pool. If you have an active dog, you might want to consider getting the "play all day" option, which allows your dog supervised play time all day. Otherwise, they get two half-hour playtimes during the day. Lastly, a great way to save money if you're traveling out of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International - ask for the free parking pass at the Park and Fly - Pet Paradise supplies you with it, which is more than I can say about some of the other pet boarding places in the area. Well worth the cost, your pet will love you for it!
