I have been using Walmart Pet Rx for almost a year and even recommended you to my Vet., that all change changed as of yesterday February 8. On February 3rd I placed a refill order for my 15-year-old Golden retriever who has Gait issues, the drug was for Galaprant and she is highly dependent on it for joint pain. I still had enough pills for a few days and was refilling the RX in a timely manner for my veterinarian to be contacted and for the mailing of the product. Yesterday afternoon five days after putting in the request for the refill I went ahead to the Walmart pet RX website to see when I would receive my the medication. According to your website the medication was not mailed out yet because it was waiting pharmacy approval. I then went ahead and contacted my veterinarian and told them that the refill request was sent to them five days ago from Walmart P. and  my dog is going to need the drug soon. An hour later my vet called back to tell me they never received a request for refill, immediately after speaking to them I contacted your customer service center. I spoke to a gentleman who was very polite and listened to my situation, it was then your customer service agent apologized and told me that the product was "actually out of stock". When I told him that according to Walmart P. order history it was not sold out and they were waiting approval. I then questioned why wouldn't Walmart tell me that the product was simply out of stock? When they have certainly never had a problem with the verbiage Out-of-Stock before? ( for example Denamarin refills) I discussed with him how disappointed I was at Walmart pet RX basically lying to me  which resulted in me having to question my veterinarian's follow though . I then told the customer service agent to immediately remove any future Auto Ship  orders and then I will be closing my account with Walmart pet RX immediately, and this decision was not based on a simple mistake but the customer being misled and lied to. I will be sharing my experience to let others know what happened so they do not go through the situation with their pets. I've always sung the praises of Walmart and think that you do provide excellent customer service and it's for that reason that I am shocked and immensely disappointed that Walmart Pet RX unnecessarily misled a customer about a prescription awaiting approval rather than be upfront and honest about it being out of stock. I've already joined another pet RX company that requires a membership fee, and perhaps there's the lesson,  you get what you pay for. read more

RUN from them they are a HORRID company they harass the vets office, and you as a consumer EVEN after the vets office sent script . Horrible CS ...if you want your vet harassed , and tons of emails ..... only to find out we are out of stock ...... RUN !!! They do not care about pets They should have a Negative 10 stars --- time wasted was hours !!!! read more

It say distinctly we'll try Faxing your Doctor and if that don't work we'll call them - Nothing Happened So I called them and Explained my Doctor doesn't do Faxes but has a Email and Phone Number call during Office Hours - THEY NEVER DID IT - NEVER EVEN TRIED and Now I don't have Pet Meds read more

I order flea & tick oral medication. The site says 2 day shipping. Ordered on May 24th vet approved on May 24th didn't even ship until May 31st. Tracking # still pending on June 1st. Some how I don't see 2 day shipping anywhere in there. Won't be using them again. read more

Avoid this place sent twice prescriptions both was Lost Also they lie I was told that they called my doctor and he didn't approve so I called him right the way and he told me that nobody called him Also they charge my CC Now I'll plan to contact corporate office to make official complaint I'm not going to let go without consequences one way or another read more

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! Been waiting 9+days for pet's meds. They advertise 2 day delivery so it is all bogus! I ordered the medication on January 10, 2023 and mailed the original Vet Rx on January 11th. Today, the order status on my account for this order is "Waiting for RX"! I contacted them and "Pablo" stated that "it takes 5-7 days"! Well, it's been 9 days so far! I will NEVER, EVER use or recommend Walmartpetrx.com again! read more

Ordered and paid for pet medicine and after two weeks I followed up and was told it's unavailable. I'm waiting and the dog needs it and it's now unavailable. Why couldn't they have told me this when I initially ordered it? Poor customer service. read more

Avoid this company. I used them because they offered 2 day shipping. That 2 days turned into 6 days. Checking other review sites, and they've been giving the same "Website" mistake response for over 8 months. So this is literally just a scam to get orders and then ship the cheapest/slowest route possible to make more profit. Avoid this company at all costs read more

Walmart PetRx - The 2 day shipping.... isn't actually 2 say shipping. They are scamming people - Pet Stores Near Me - Miami Lakes, Florida

I placed an order for and item from WalmartPetRx. After 5 days I called as the item did not yet show shipped when I used their tracking system. They indicated they had received approval from my vet and she said she would get it going. Something about telling the pharmacy to release it. 3 days later there was still no change in the status so I called again. The drug is out of stock!! This medicine is a matter of life or death for my dog. I now have to make a vet appt for her to get the shot instead of me doing in for her. They jeoparized my dogs health, cost me additional money and wasted my time because they were not honest. I wish I had read the other reviews before ording. read more

They suck. They say 2 day shipping free. It's BS. It always takes 7 days . They tell you that ups is backed up and ship usps. Sorry it's out of out hands now. It's all a bunch of crap. You never get what you pay for anymore. The public gets screwed by big business every second of the day.. GO TO CHEWY. THEY ARE REAL 2 DAY SHIPPING read more

Absolutely the worst and I have tried about 4 different online pet pharmacies. My biggest beef is that in order to change ANYthing, you have to call. Want to cancel an autoship order? Call. Want to just suspend it? Call. It's like the freaking cable company. I went out of my way to look for an email address (wanting to cancel an autoship order for a deceased pet), but then I saw that none of my pending autoship orders have any kind of reference! Just the idea that they are intentionally forcing you to call them so they can either upsell or prevent you from cancelling rattles my cage. IF they had amazing prices compared to the million other online pet pharmacies, I would probably just suck it up and keep using them, but nay, they aren't any lower than the lowest priced reputable source I have used for years. BOoooooooooo read more

Neither Chewy nor 1800 petmeds had the Comfortis I needed so I tried Walmart Pet Rx. I placed my order by phone, on Monday, which was very easy. They contacted my vet office for prescription approval and the medication arrived on Wednesday. Cost was the same as at the other sites and I still have not received a notification from either of them that the medication is back in stock at their companies. Despite these other reviews, I have to say that I found the service excellent and hope it continues to perform this well when I need them. read more

Please pay attention to the other reviews posted recently. I decided to try out Walmart PetRx because they had an item that Chewy and Petcarerx did not have. My vet sent approval in immediately but they keep claiming they have only received approval on only one of the 2 medications which is ridiculous (and they have been holding back the other medication instead of just sending the one they supposedly had approval on). My vet then sent approval AGAIN and they still have not processed my order. It has been a week and my poor senior dog is completely out of her medication that she needs. I don't understand how a company can have such horrible customer service when it comes to your pet's livlihoods. Shame on you Walmart. I went against my better judgement by trying out this website and I will never, ever come here again for my pet's medication. read more

If you love your pet, don't have your medications filled here. No refills were delivered on time. We signed up the for 28 day automatic refill. Their ignorance left us scrambling for medication for our dog that has heart failure. They even tried to buy back our business with a store credit. We are now using a much more reputable company and couldn't be happier! Shame on you Walmart Pet Rx. read more

Best prices for flea medication and quick delivery. Auto ship makes sure I don't forget. Thanks Walmart!?

First and last experience. Communication is poor. Ordered on 30 NOV, vet confirmed 01 DEC, Walmart PetRX said confirmation came 03 DEC, Walmart PetRX confirmed shipment at the latest would be 06 DEC. 07 DEC they said they were experiencing "holiday delays" and could not confirm when Rx would ship. I asked that the order be cancelled if they couldn't confirm shipment. That was the ONE thing they did right away. This is just a poorly performing service and they are deceptive in communication. I would not recommend. read more

STAY AWAY. My vet renewed 2 prescriptions for my dog to Walmart pet RX. I got 1 prescription bottle in the mail with ONE pill in it. I called customer service and was told my vet had renewed one prescription for 1 pill. Next call was to the vet. He renewed both prescriptions for 100 pills each for 6 months. I should mention that WM had already taken money from my account for both prescriptions. Stay away if you love your pets! BETTER TO PAY MORE AND KNOW YOUR MEDS WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. read more

The shipping states "2 day shipping $6.95". However, it has been 8 days and I have still not received this order. That is false advertisement. Even with "pandemic delays" (the excuse I received from their customer service), I receive items from multiple companies much quicker. This week alone, I have received orders from Chewy, Amazon, Avon, and Grove, all within 4 days of order placement. I will not order from Walmart PetRX again. read more

I've kept with Walmart Pet RX. Initially for their incredible prices. Over time I've become familiar with their system, veterinarian approvals... Customer service has been good and refunds have been handled well. The key is to plan ahead because RX approvals can take time. The Walmart Pet Pharmacy then needs time to fulfill the RX. It's not going to be like Amazon Prime (thank goodness) as there is a process that needs to be adhered to and Veterinarian approvals which will vary depending. I'm going to stick with them. read more

Scam operation. Not related to Walmart at all. Medicine is filled and shipped from some remote location. Made mistake in quantity requested which affected price and shipping costs. DO NOT USE. Transferred my Rx out. read more

POS company, I order my pet medication for congestive heart failure on Thursday the 2nd and my vet confirmed the prescription with them right away, this jerks decided to sit on the medication until today the 6th to ship it out. I called today becase I was so upset that the medicine was wasn't coming and they said since it was a long weekend they did not work or ship the 3 or 4th . I SAY THEY SHOULD HAVE POSTED THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE SO WE CAN CHOSE TO GO SOME PLACE ELSE AND NOT ASSUME THE MEDICATION IS BEEN SHIPPED. Oh and the genius that I spoke with when I asked for a solution suggested I find the meds for now with another pharmacy and they would reimburse me for those few pills until I get the shipment, Like I need this idiot to tell me this. Worst experience ! read more

2 day shipping is a lie, taking 5 days to ship after processing. Why not just say free shipping on orders over $35? Failed promises

They promise 2 day shipping. Unlike Chewy, their interpretation of 2 day shipping is, shipping label created in 2 days and your order will be with the shipper in 3 days. Prices are competitive. If you need something fast go with Chewy. read more

If you want to actually receive medicine, do not order it from Walmart PetRX. Terrible service. Ordered with two day shipping. Lost by FedEx. Called in five days after the original order, they were apologetic and sent another shipment, priority (whatever that means) to be delivered to a new address where our pet was staying as we were now out of town. Two days after that, received an e-mail stating the second order had been cancelled at our request. We most certainly did not cancel. Called in and was told the original order had been delivered--to our house where our pet who needed medication was not staying. So this priority order was never shipped--they waited two days to do anything and then cancelled it. I called in again and they agreed to ship another order to the correct address, but were going to send a return label for the original order. Check online status two days later as it has not been received, and they shipped it to the wrong address. read more

Lazy website that is only accessible on mobile. Very gimmicky. Cannot cancel an auto ship without calling a live agent. Doesn't seem transparent, and doesn't leave the customer feeling like they have autonomy over their purchasing experience. I called to cancel 3 auto ships that were somehow the exact same and a week later got an email for an order, none of them were actually canceled. Feels like customer is jumping through hoops for something that should be simple and should not require calling a live person. It's a website after all, it should not require calling someone to simply cancel an autoship! Just Walmart trying to trap their customers read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They falsely advertise free two-day shipping without mentioning that if the package is less than 1 pound it is sent USPS, and thus may or may not come in 2 days. As a result, shipping dates change after packages are en route and it is very unpredictable. Not good when the product is medicine. They even admit the website "needs updating" to reflect this internal policy, but as it stands today it is false advertising. Most medication orders are under one pound. When brought to their attention, they offer meaningless little store credits and their "chat" personnel just disconnect you. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service. read more

2 day free shipping is a lie! Got my tracking info 6 days is my eta. 2 phone calls to even find that out. Offered $5 off my next order for the inconvenience. I told them keep their 5 dollars I'd never order from them again. By the time I get the meds it will be almost 2 weeks since I ordered and my vet approved the next day. Horrible customer service read more

I will never use Walmart PetRx again. Two day shipping is a joke. And they lied to me. When I placed my order online on a Friday, I immediately called and spoke to Walmart PetRx to get them to go ahead and call my vet and get my suffering puppy's flea medication shipped out before the weekend. They assured me they would hang up the phone and immediately call my vet at the number I gave them. Nope. They never called - they emailed the wrong email address three times. On Monday morning first thing, I got my vet to call THEM, so I should have received my meds two days later by Wednesday. Nope. They waited another day so I received my stuff on Thursday. So, ordered on Friday, received six days later on Thursday. Not exactly 2 day shipping, huh? The only reason I chose to order from them was the 2-day shipping because my puppy was suffering so much and there was no place locally that carried Comfortis. I had such a comfort level dealing with Walmart since I have ordered from them so many times before, and I just assumed without checking for reviews that Walmart PetRx would be the same. Should have used Allivet who had the best price and did not lie about shipping. I will not do business with someone who lies to me. No wonder there is no capability of posting a review on the Walmart PetRx site. FYI, the actual company name when your meds arrive is Agropec Trading, LLC out of Miami Lakes, FL. read more

I wish I could give them a ZERO. They lost the first 2 contacts where my vet confirmed the meds I ordered through the Walmart PetRX website. Then, after the order was confirmed, they never shipped. I placed the order on 2/11/21 and finally cancelled it on 2/22/21 due to no communication and them never shipping the meds. I called my vet this morning and will go get my dogs meds this afternoon. read more

I do not believe this business is affiliated with Walmart. As their website states, the medication supposedly gets delivered within 48 hours. My delivery did not come until over a week later. When the medication arrived, the box was crushed up along with the prescription bottle for medications. I did not trust the contents of the box and bottle. My dog was in excessive, prolonged pain due to not receiving her prescriptions. I had to pay for another veterinarian appointment to get a new prescription. DO NOT USE this company for any order. Save your pet further medical issues and do not waste your time or money! read more

This site sucks! I submitted an order more than a week ago and i was promised a 2 stuff delivery. I kept calling, transferred from team to team until finally got someone who could help me. 1. They kept transferring me because the contract number is not for petrx on their site! 2. Blame it on FedEx, they are still responsible for the delivery and process of their site! This is medicine, I need it now after their delay, can't overnight it?? 3. The CSR seemed like he was reading a script, common! Aren't they feeling our pain?! Can they understand our situation and provide better resolution?? read more

Placed an order for my dogs medicine nine days ago they contacted my vet and the vet has sent the script numerous times. This site still will not acknowledge that my vet sent them the script (via email and fax several times). I have done live chat with them 8 different times and I also have an email thread with 20 emails in it where my vet is copied and they still will not approve the RX. I highly recommend not using this company and I will never use them again. 0 stars. read more

I ordered some Medication I needed, they promised two day shipping. 3 Days later still NO Meds. I called to get typical Walmart incompetent service and was told this. Sorry we did not ship your order until Today (3 days after I ordered it) so the two day shipping time does not start until WE SHIP. I was not happy, so if you order from them and it takes 3 weeks for them to ship, the two shipping clock does not start for three weeks. Are you kidding me... smh... Will Never use these people again. https://www.walmartpetrx.com/t-contact-customer-service.asp ADD: This place if a RIP OFF, they kept my credit card info and put my order on AUTO ORDER ever 4 weeks and just billed me for more product I DID NOT ORDER. Too bad ZERO stars isn't a thing. Worst experience ever. Ordered meds on 7/29, after 3 days and they weren't filled I did online chat and was told they would be filling them that day, a few days later no medicine another call to customer service that told me the meds were out of stock but back Monday, waited still no meds. 2 more calls to customer service one says back in stock coming and I'm noting the importance of this prescription the very next day I was told they still weren't in stock. I ordered this medication while my animal still had a week supply. She has now been completely out of medication for a week. She can't move and is crying constantly. I wish some at Walmart had to listen to a pot belly pig cry and see her REAL TEARS of pain. If customer service had done it's job, I could have transferred much sooner. Ordered my cat's prescription on a Monday at 9am after checking with FedEx that 2-day shipping meant we would receive it within 48 hours. It's now Thursday and the estimated delivery got pushed back again to Friday. Currently on hold with customer service while they try to help me seeing as my cat needs her medication asap. read more

Unlike other reviewers, I did not have a problem with order fulfillment or timely delivery. I had 2 auto-ship prescriptions for my dog, who died 2 weeks ago. I went online to cancel the prescriptions yesterday and, although ordering had been a seamless and completely online process, they do not allow you to cancel any order online. They require you to call them in order to cancel an auto-ship, and they require you to provide a reason before they'll cancel it, so I was forced to call them this morning to announce that my dear dog, for whom I am grieving, had died. When I get another dog, I will not order prescriptions on this site. read more

The worst. If you want to get your pet Rx filled, go elsewhere. Nothing but aggravation and mistakes. Placed order on 5/27 and still not shipped. Multiple calls and chats and still nothing. Told today by another manager that they would personally handle it and call me back in 10 minutes with a ship date and that was 45 minutes ago. Not to mention the pharmacy screwed up my order and charged me for 45 bottles of 30 pills instead of one bottle. $2,198.76 on my credit card. Once I receive this order, I am done. My 13 yr old dog hasn't had his pills in three days and having a hard time walking. Ridiculous and very frustrating. read more

Do not ever ever order from this place. My dog has a severe ear infection and I thought it was two days for shipping. This is day eleven and still no package. If I could give ZERO stars I would. For the last 3 months I've had to call to chase down whether or not my prescriptions were being refilled. 1. They don't know if they have 2 day shipping. It's all over the website, but you'll Don't get me started on whether or not they have 2 day shipping- no one seems to know. But it's all over the website and half of their reps will say it's wrong. Now back to prescription refills- they don't notify you if something is out of stock, waiting on approval or what have you. I've had to call multiple times each month. Right now I'm on my 6th call. First I was told go change the prescription- ummmm...am I a vet? am I a pharmacist? Am I a dr? Then I was told that they were out of one of the meds which is why NOTHING had shipped. Then I was told they had one on hand for me but now they didn't have approval. But they had gotten the prescription change (which I'm assuming required approval from the vet). Each person I speak with seems more incompetent than the last. And let's not start with the attitude each gives you. read more
