I asked if Ashley was there since she has cut his nails before. She said she was there that I could bring him and be there before 5 as they would not do after 5pm. I arrived close to 430 .. the girl in register I think her name was Ary or Aly . She asked me and I told her Cosmo was just doing Nails .. she charged me $15 plus tax . Then Ashley and another lady came and took Cosmo in his travel cage ... they were in there awhile then came out and gave him to me, Ashley told me his nails bleed as they were long she said and said veins get longer as nails get long too .. she said they put clotting powder .. never mentioned wings .. so me and my daughter left with Cosmo .. when I got home took him outa cage and he flew well he didn't he fell and hit himself against wall! I tht it was pain form mate being squeezed to do nails or idk ... but then we finally noticed his wings were cut .. they were long and beautiful and much needed ! I cannot believe they would do this when i clearly said nails .. I called Beverly's and asked to speak with Ashley and they put her on phone . I told her that when I got home Cosmo flew and fell down almost immediately and hit himself on wall .. I told her why did they cut his wings when we only asked for nail trim ? She said that's what she was told . Idk what kind of place is so irresponsible with something so delicate and important ! It's my birds life .. it's like taking away my legs .. he can't fly and now is getting injured has fallen 3 times ..I just beg you to please make a form where the Customer fills out as to what it is they are requesting .. nails or wings or both ! This is not acceptable to do this to my bird or anyone's ! And we won't talk about the nails, they look like lit matchsticks .. edges are kinda black and he seems to be in pain .. cut way too much ! The girls fell in love with the gentleness and playfulness of the kittens. This was an experience they will never forget. The second time I went to purchase a cat, I noticed they were all in their own cages, and I asked if they are are always like that and they said they only let one out at a time for about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago, I bought my second bengal from here. They said she had a bad reaction to her vaccine so I couldn't pick her up because they needed to monitor her. That was on March 1st, I ended up picking her up 11 days later and she was still throwing up and having diarrhea so I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with FIP coronavirus and Giardia. I told them that she is still sick and I have Another cat at home. I took her to the vet because she was extremely sick and they told me that it was my fault and it could possibly be a toxic plant. I had at home even though I have a healthy cat at home And they admitted to me that she was not feeling well after her vaccines. It turns out it was not for reaction to her vaccines. It was Giardia FIP and coronavirus. I have been spending $3000 on a cat. I immediately got hit with a $1200 vet bill and a sick kitten that I had to nerve back to life. She was on medicine three times a day and she was extremely underweight. It was extremely stressful. I also found out that they put the kittens in cargo and shipped them from Ukraine, which I think is extremely unethical. Most animal foundations do not let their animals go into cargo cause it is extremely unsafe for them. I wish they would've just given me her from the beginning and I would've helped her get better soon sooner rather than letting her sit in a cage sick for weeks. They won't help with the vet bill. They're putting the blame on me. Even though I could tell something was up with seeing how all of the cats were separated all of a sudden And they admitted that she was not feeling well. They said she has a housemate at the time and I'm really hoping they took her to the vet. When I went to go meet her the first time they didn't let me pick her up because she was feeling unwell and they've had to wash diarrhea off of her. She's five months old and 4 pounds. The vet that "cleared" her didn't document her weight on her health certificate and did not mark her as underweight even though I called them and she was only 1.9 pounds. I'm not sure how they even were able to get her neutered When the requirement for neutering a kitten is 2 pounds. This place is extremely unethical and they will gaslight you saying that the sick kitten is your problem because they don't wanna pay for it and they need to be shut down immediately.

The employee helping me kept getting pulled in different directions, and other representatives insisted I had been there before telling her "oh she's been here before she's not buying" . This was my first visit ever, and I had only moved to the area two months ago. Other customers were helped ahead of me, and I felt like my time and business did not matter. Getting a straightforward price was frustrating. I had to sit through about 10 slides before being told the puppy was $5,900. While waiting, I called other pet shops ane browsed online and was quoted prices between $800 and $3,000 for similar puppies. When I explained that my budget was $3,000, the price suddenly dropped to $3,700. That alone made me uncomfortable with how the pricing worked. I still really wanted the puppy, so I applied for financing. I specifically stated that I did not want a hard credit pull, yet I ended up with hard inquiries and was denied. The employee kept calling the manager, who continued sending over applications. By then, I had been there for over an hour and felt increasingly uncomfortable with the process. The employee helping me was sweet and was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. She even understood why I ultimately left. Unfortunately, her kindness could not make up for the lack of transparency, inconsistent pricing, and feeling overlooked throughout my visit. For a business asking thousands of dollars for a puppy, I expected much better communication and customer service. Asking $5,900 and then suddenly dropping the price to $3,700 when I said my budget was $3,000 made the original pricing feel dishonest. That is a $1,800 difference simply because I questioned the price. It left me with no confidence in their pricing or transparency, and that is not a company I would support.

However I had this bookmarked forever but didn't really know where this place was in town. So yesterday on the way to the cleaners I passed it in the small strip of stores just west of the railroad tracks. The sign was out and I was like there it is! So today I stopped in. Lisa the shop owner was terrific. Of course her assistant is a beautiful cat. Very rare coloration of the fur. You must stop by and visit! I could literally stay here all day very extensive range of items for your fur baby. She also has a wide range of cat food. This visit I left with a soy candle which I have lite as I write my review, with a lovely scent of citrus. Also I got a heavy duty litter box scooper. With four cats and numerous boxes to clean daily the stronger weight plastic, the better. Lastly they have a beautiful range of cards. I got one for my friend so I can send her a note thanking her for Tux my third cat that came home with me from the Port of Miami during Hurricane Matthew. They have a range of kitty carriers that I will be back for. Glad to have come and will be back with my cat lover friends and perhaps my cats to shop.
