My wife is seldom happy with salads from restaurants, but she loved the Cobb salad--she said everything was fresh and there were "no cheap ingredients." I had the hummus wrap and enjoyed it. I've enjoyed everything there so far: the hummus wrap, the fish and chips, the pastrami sandwich, the turkey burger (one of the best I've had in a restaurant), and the chicken wings. I think 3 stars and ok is the best way to describe the place. It is not bad at all, but not particularly something that stands out as good either. Service is very inconsistent (sometimes very good, sometimes not good at all), food is average, and the beer is pretty good. I will say while some might like it, the bean toss game right at the entrance is very off-putting for me personally. Perhaps the game would be better suited outside or in the back of the restaurant. Looks like there is now about 15 beers on tap or on deck with an excellent variety demonstrating a wide range of brewing knowledge and skills. Any small brewery that has a Pilsner and a Koslch on tap is going to get my thumbs up and both are solid. The Munich malt Porter is a very well balanced and easy drinking porter. The White Rye was a big surprise. Similar to a witbier but more aromatic hops and a nice crisp finish. The Julie Brown was a big smokey brown ale, but not too strong. I also decided to try the session IPA for the hell of it, and it wasn't awful (that is my way of praising an IPA). Also, the kombucha is a nice after-dinner drink to help digest all the greasy brewery food. Speaking of food, most of it remains serviceable but their Portabella Mushroom burger was delicious. If you're a fan of those, you won't be disappointed (and I'm not really a big fan of them). The sidewinder fries are better than the garlic fries which are better than the regular fries. The fish tacos are still quite tasty. Would love to see a Mexican style lager or a Chili lager on the menu to pair up with them. Hopefully they start doing some BBQ and brats. They got the right beer for it. Service has been great each of the 3 times we have come. Food has always arrived in acceptable time frames. Not sure where the crappy reviews on that are coming from, but has not been our experience. The tap handles are filling up. There's a tripel on deck. Never in my life would I have thought of combining two classics to create the peanut butter jelly time (burger). Um... seriously delicious! My friend and I split that and a sweet and saucy burger. It is the complete package: excellent beer, knowledgeable staff, OUTSTANDING FOOD, very very friendly service..!!!!! (I know it rhymes!!) anyways after a 12 hour drive I was just hungry and tired. I walked in and was freaked at once with a smile and sit anywhere u like. The server was over right away to get our order. The beer was so delicious I wanted to take some home!! But they are so new that they didn't start bottling yet. The beer was crisp and refreshing and the food was delicious. The potato salad was probly the best restaurant potato salad I've ever had. And the chicken bacon club sub was equally as good! I went yesterday. I had the most amazing server I can't remember his name, but I believe he was Asian. He was extremely knowledgeable on questions I asked about the beers and very helpful on food as well. I had half peanut butter wings and half Buffalo and they were delicious. The Kebabs were ok as I explained they were just a little bland and I wished they were marinated. The risotto was decent just also a little bland needed some salt and pepper maybe. Stopped by because the reviews looked good, it sounded family friendly and the menu was fairly extensive. Definitely a fun place with a great vibe. Our waitress Nicole was amazing. She came over right away, we told her we were starving and to bring us whatever was easiest and quickest from the kitchen. She was back in 5 minutes with a basket of fries and our drinks. I appreciated that she went to the extra trouble to get us something right away. The food was excellent and the portions were large. Also, the prices were extremely fair. We had a pastrami sandwich with the house made potato salad, a hummus wrap, a pulled pork sandwich which they were able to make with a gluten free bun - thanks! - and a steak salad. Everyone loved the food. I had a grapefruit ipa which was great. And I was very glad you had some wine for my wife. One slight negative, as the night went on our server got more and more tables and we saw her less frequently. One HUGE negative: I went to the restroom. There was a person using a stall. After he flushed and opened the door, I saw he was an employee. He looked at himself in the mirror, walked out of the bathroom and into the kitchen. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!! We drove up to Redding from Sonoma County today and decided to try Final Draft Brewing Company. We are really happy we did, the service was great, (Chad was our server) and so was the food. We ordered Onions Rings as an appetizer and they were great,I don't normally eat Ranch dressing but there's was delicious. I ordered the fish & chips and my husband had the BLAT wrap. The service is absolutely terrible. The servers stand together behind the bar talking and not working ignoring their tables. The food came out and was almost finished being eaten before our beers were served. A sign clearly stating "no dogs allowed" didnt seems to apply to one of reddings finest bringing in his dog who sat scratching at himself. At least 5 employees saw the dog and chose to say nothing.
