The only feedback I have for the company is for the scheduler, owner and contractor to all get on the same page about timeline - the scheduler kept saying 1.5-2 weeks, everyone else said a couple days. I was glad they came back within a couple days but knowing a more appropriate timeline would've helped me manage my work (and other responsibilities) in a more grounded way. Jeffrey looked into it and confirmed that we needed a Pozidrive #2 bit (available at Ace Hardware for $2). Sure enough, problem solved.
