Fig tree was amazing! I hadn't been back in years and it's nice to see the food is still super good, service is friendly and the place is so cute and clean! I ordered a chai and the berries French toast and it was so good! Also got garlic fries on the side and it was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Came here for a classic brunch spot and left knowing I had the best apple fritter pancakes. Ambiance gives adult rainforest cafe vibes. Food portions for the classic breakfast was great. Would recommend the California breakfast burrito and Chipotle chilaquiles! For something sweet, please try the apple fritter and fig and ricotta French toast!!!

My mom and I came here on a Friday for breakfast. It wasn't that busy. I didn't know the restaurant was pretty much all outside and it was kinda cold. The heater went out halfway through our meal. I got the short rib benedict and my mom got the apple fritter & lemon curd pancakes. They were very yummy but sugary. The food was kinda cold so idk if it was sitting there for a bit before we got it. After we got our food, our server didn't check on us. We had to ask a different server for our bill. Mid food and bad service. I probably wouldn't come back.

The pancake/French toast sampler was amazing. The apple fritter pancake was the best. I could eat that forever. The fig and ricotta french toast was very delicious. The lemon pancake was also very good but my least favorite out of the three. I also got the short rib eggs Benedict which was very good. The short rib was tender and juicy. I didn't get much flavor from the hollandaise. I was not a fan of their ketchup because of its aftertaste. Maybe I'm just too used to ketchup. The service was ok, our waiter seemed to be busy and understaffed because we didn't see them for a while and had to get our own refills on water. The cafe was also kind of dark and there were some birds flying around that we had to dodge. I would go back for that apple fritter pancake.

I took my Wife, mom and grandma here for mother's Day a week after mother's Day to beat the traffic. My grandma and mom just got regular eggs sausage and pancakes my wife got the lemon curd pancakes I got a turkey meatloaf pesto hash. My hash was good but it was all one note it needed something to cut thru, my grandma and mom enjoyed their plates but my wife didn't enjoy her lemon curd pancakes the lemon was to strong and she had to wipe it off . I will go back and pick other items cause they do have a nice menu and the customer service was good.

New to the area and I've walked by Fig Tree Cafe everyday! My mom came to visit and I decided it was the perfect time to try it! The cafe is cute and quaint. Very Boho surfer vibes. Service was great! The manager came by to say hi and check on us. I was so excited to see that they had shakshuka on the menu so I had to order it! The poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the sauce was incredible. It also came with Pita bread. My Mom ordered the short rib Benedict with foccia bread and the meat was tender and delicious. Everything was great and I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast a couple weeks ago and had a great time. We were sat right away which was super lucky for a Saturday morning. Our server was super nice and helpful. We both really enjoyed our meals and drinks. Love that the entire place is indoor/outdoor. Super cute vibe with all of the plants and unique furniture.

They say these are "house potatoes" looks more like frozen bag potatoes. Sysco foods much.

Talked myself into walking by and trying some breakfast. Def a disappointment, trucker cafe style food. Only thing fresh were the eggs, hopefully not the cheapest eggs on the market but probably so. I had the American, it came with the thinnest bread ever, was supposed to be sourdough, they str8 lied, thinking cuz its white its sourdough, nahhhhh it wasnt. I dont like the no chicken sausage option, possible too pricey for them. I expected more but it def gives off that 'no one cares' feel. Cruise by Second Nature for some legit cooking ingredients.

Great cafe down the block from our AirBnB. Great outdoor vibe, delicious food, varied menu and nice staff. We had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, short rib Benedict, lemon ricotta pancakes and vegan crispy cauliflower with soy chorizo, vegan egg and hollandaise sauce. Breakfast potatoes were awesome.

Had breakfast here with my mom and her dog, which worked out perfectly because the patio is super dog-friendly. We grabbed a table outside--it's such a cute setup. Even though it's totally open-air, the trees and plants make it feel kind of tucked away and cozy. I ordered the chipotle chilaquiles and WOW. So good. The sauce had just the right amount of kick, and the chips stayed crispy--not that sad, soggy mess you sometimes get. My mom got the Benedict and liked it too, but I definitely won that round. Also had a honey lavender latte and now I'm obsessed--wish I had one right now honestly.

Solid Brunch Spot with Some Hits and One Miss cute, plant-filled patio vibe drew us in right away. It's got that relaxed PB charm, perfect for a casual weekend brunch. I went for the Crispy Pork Belly and Grits, and wow, the pork belly was absolutely perfect in my book: super juicy, incredibly flavorful, and that ideal fatty crispiness that makes it indulgent without being overwhelming. The grits were a totally new thing for me, and the first few bites were amazing--rich and tasty. But halfway through, the sauce started to feel a bit too heavy and salty for my taste (it was pretty drenched), so I didn't finish it all. I get that it might appeal to folks who love bold, savory flavors, though! My husband got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which he really enjoyed--crispy exterior, juicy inside, well-seasoned, and overall flavorful. Solid choice. We added a side of Thick Cut Bacon, and honestly, this was the only real disappointment. It wasn't thick at all, and the flavor came off like a weird experiment with clashing seasonings that just didn't work together. Skip this one. To end on a high note, we shared the Berry Sweet French Toast, and it was delicious--not overly sweet, just the right balance to hit the spot and leave us satisfied. Overall, a good experience with some standout dishes. Service was friendly, and the outdoor seating is lovely.

Love this place. Eva was our server and super sweet and attentive. Only thing is the bowl that the soup was in was super shallow so it got cold very fast, but the truffle potatoes are so good.

Fig tree is a cute little restaurant. The food was okay, the potato's were dry and the eggs Benedict were good but nothing extraordinary. Our server was pretty bad, she kept forgetting about refilling our drinks and quite frankly, she wasn't very nice. The atmosphere It's really cute!

As I understand it, Moray's is the outside/patio dining portion, while Oceana is the indoor fine-dining situation. I believe they pretty much have very similar menus, with Oceana having some additional high-end offerings. Came out to Moray's to visit my cousin who was in town for work. Since my cousin now has her most adorable infant, she wanted to keep it simple and dine at the hotel restaurant, which was fine by me. While I waited for them to come down from their room, I got us a patio table and ordered a delicious $10 draft. Mixed drinks were all hovering around $19 each. The server was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. I went with the reasonably priced Steak Frites, $36, which was to stated to come with Muenster cheese and caramelized onions on top, and served with a side chimichurri. While the steak was wonderfully cooked to a solid med. rare as requested, it seemingly had very little flavor. Perhaps had it not been covered with a wealth of some DEEPLY caramelized onions and an abundance of Muenster cheese, I might have been able to taste the seasonings and/or the beef. While I love some deeply caramelized onions on a salt-laden burger, the extent to which these were caramelized left them seeming soggy and too sweet for the steak pairing. Add in the several slices of melted Muenster cheese on top, and flavourwise I could hardly tell I was eating a steak. Ultimately, the abundance of toppings overwhelmed the steak. The accompanying chimichurri was also a little strange. While I appreciate that it was diced and not blended, it was very heavy on the oil, while very light on the herbs. The frites were nicely salted and good on their own, however a decent amount became soggy from being under the steak. The burger on the other hand looked excellent. My cousin devoured his in what seemed like a split second. I could have went for the burger, however at $27 I perceived the $36 steak frites to be of a better value. Again, shout out to our server. They were on-point! Thanks Moray's!

They did seem to have an employee assigned to the patio but he would disappear for quite some time and that's when the people off the street took advantage of the drink station, ice and dipping sauces. Parking is free for up to 30 minutes in the shared lot. After that duration, you need to pay at one of the available kiosks. Since these were the early days of The Playground, there were operational kinks that need to be smoothed out. First were the unusual business hours (e.g. 9 am to 9 pm on Thursday and Friday, only 7 pm to 9 pm on Sunday, etc). My initial attempt to visit occurred after work on a weekday. Despite the supposed closing time of 11 pm, the doors were locked at 5:30 pm. Second was the lack of prices on the menus. That is a cardinal sin in my book because if you are open to the public, then you owe it to the customers to disclose the costs. The first item for my to-go order was a snack size serving (six pieces) of Chicken Wings. I picked Bonnie's Barbeque for a sauce that featured a sweet and smokey flavor. The wings were coated with the sauce and not deep fried which made them a bit healthier. The second item was a Birria Quesadilla that came with consome on the side. A flour tortilla was filled with cheese, marinated shredded beef, cilantro, and onion. It was then sliced into smaller triangular pieces and then separated by aluminum foil in a takeout box. The consome had moderate richness while the cheesy, beefy tortilla was filling. I didn't understand the meaning of the new moniker as the interior setup had not been modified. It certainly did not have the ambiance of a playground. My first impression of this place was a three star rating with multiple areas of needed improvement including signage on the marquee. When I pointed it out to the server, she barely apologized and offered to remake it, as if that would magically erase the thought of chewing through someone else's hair. No manager came to speak to us, no discount, no sense of urgency or genuine concern. The rest of the food wasn't memorable either--bland, lukewarm, and overpriced for the quality. But honestly, after the hair incident, I couldn't bring myself to take another bite. If you value cleanliness and basic health standards, avoid this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that know how to wear a hairnet.
