It was okay, visiting in town for the national parks and needed some food afterwards. Food was average, pretty pricy for Mexican food. We got nachos and a burrito and it was $30. I walked in and alot of the staff was sitting at a table talking, some on the front waiting benches for customers and the host was on her phone, in that regard very unprofessional. All the staff was wearing masks however alot of the patrons that walked out were not. Probably would not return. read more

The service was excellent but the food was lacking flavor. Salsa was very good but we wouldn't revommend this place.

We were greeted and seated immediately. Yummy food that was brought quickly to the table. Service was ... different. The waiter breezed by our table without stopping and said, "everything ok?" Didn't even stop for the answer. Overall, we really enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back. read more

Fiesta Mexicana - Crispy relleno + enchilada. - Mexican Near Me - Moab, Utah

First off, Moab is beautiful and full of amazing scenery to enjoy; however, I think the first person to smile at me the whole while that we stayed in the area (two nights and two days) was our lovely server. Utah in general isn't particularly friendly I feel, but the staff here is. The restaurant is aptly named then, and we were promptly sat and asked what we'd like to drink. I ordered two waters and two house margs, which seemed to be amusing for our server. We'd just done a 3 hour hike bounding over a creek every few minutes and we were parched! The menu has all the delicious classics of a Mexican restaurant and we selected the chicken enchiladas and the shrimp fajita. The food was positively restorative and I wolfed mine down within minutes of getting it. My partner wanted shots of tequila all of a sudden and then we learned something funny: the staff has to take your margarita away before they can serve you a shot of tequila, them be the rules!? Imagine that; customer so and so, can't be trusted to consume responsibly. Oh Mormons, what will you think of next? read more

Don't understand all the negative reviews, this place is FANTASTIC. We went for my birthday since there were a large selection of vegetarian food on the menu, and we were pleased with the food and service. I got the vegetarian fajitas, and the veggies were perfectly charred and the texture was great. My husband got the combo with a beef taco, chili relleno, and chimichanga, which he inhaled. Perfect way to end the day. read more

The food is great and has large portions. The staff really hustles. They brought us extra chips and salsa without asking and refilled waters regularly. Seems like the spot to go there was a line out the door! I would recommend this as the Mexican restaurant in Moab! read more

We had a great experience dining here! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very great; as a chicken-snob I was so pleased with how delicious my shredded chicken burrito was. YUM! Even the kids cleaned their plates! Will dine here again! read more

Great place!! Fast and very accommodating service and the food was delicious!! We got the Molcajete dish which is said to be for two but it could feed four people no problem! We had a whole large to-go container filled with meat to take home! I'm glad we didn't listen to the bad reviews cause this place was just what we needed after a whole day of driving. read more

Overpriced Mexican food!! Sides of anything over overpriced. $3.99 for a side of rice?! Thankfully me and my bf wanted to share fajitas which were $18.99. We asked for extra chips which were 99¢ but they tried to charge us $4.99. I guess they were running out of bell peppers because there was no red bell peppers and only six slices of green bell peppers. The food wasn't anything social. Check your bill the other two tables who had our waiter also had issues with their bill!!! read more

The food was delicious! I had the Fajita Burrito Deluxe, would definitely recommend sharing with someone, very large portions (for me at least). Service was great, our server was considerate of everything we needed. 10/10, would definitely recommend! read more

We were in Moab recently over Thanksgiving week and decided on this place for dinner, it was a great choice, food was sensational! , as was the service, the waiter/ busboy was friendly and made good recommendations, shrimp fajitas were excellent! Tacos el pastor also excellent! Generous portions and owner visited table three times checking to see if everything was good, plus waiter checking on us! Don't miss this one! read more

I tried this place out while going thru town. Yes the prices are a little high, but what do you expect in a tourist town!?! My food was delicious! The rice was jasmine rice and the flavor was so good. I had the Carne Asada burrito and forgot to take the picture before cutting into it (I was starving) Give them a try, as my little one says "you can't say you don't like it if you haven't tried it!" And bonus in my book, the guacamole wasn't loaded with onions! read more

Got here around 5:30 and we were promptly seated, opted to sit outside, it was a little loud from the road traffic but obviously there's nothing that can be done about that. There were 6 of us and we each ordered a margarita. All were good except two came frozen instead of on the rocks as requested. Free chips and salsa. The salsa was a little spicy for me, but that's just personal preference. We had the fish tacos, carne asada tacos, chicken fajitas and we ordered the seafood tostada but they brought out something with chicken instead which they kindly corrected. We also ordered queso and had to ask for it a few times before we got it. The queso was also yellow queso and not white, which could've been our mistake for not reading the menu, but not our preference. The carne asada tacos were okay. The fish tacos were chopped up pieces of fish, not a grilled piece, and had a very sweet flavor. The tacos as well as the rice were both dripping with oil/grease, which I wasn't a fan of. Overall, this wasn't bad mexican but I've grown up on some pretty delicious tex mex, and this just wasn't one of my favorites. The staff were all very kind but the language barrier was apparent after getting 3 wrong items. This place does serve margaritas unlike some of the other Mexican restaurants in town which is why we picked it. read more

Prompt service. good margaritas. had the carnitas enchiladas and the pork didn't seem to be cooked in any sauce and was crunchy in an old way. the place is decorated really cute but there was food stuck in between the glass and the table which was kinda gross. for the price i felt like the portions were lacking but it was enough to satisfy me. read more

We had the carne asada burrito and chicken taquitos that were both delicious. They also make a fantastic margarita, try the strawberry if you like something fruity. Oliver took great care of us. Our next visit to Moab we will for sure be back!! read more

Really great place to go while in Moab Utah. Went with a few of my family members and we all got different things and everyone liked their food. I am on keto right now so I opted for a taco salad with ground beef and didn't eat the shell. The salad was good and they gave you tons of meat so it was very filling. I wouldn't say it was the best taco salad I have ever had but I would go here again for sure. The Staff was AMAZING. So kind and checked on us often. Some of the best service I have had at a restaurant. I will be going again next trip. read more

I was in Moab for the night and this spot was the closest to my hotel and I was craving good food. Upon entering, the entire staff spoke Spanish, which made me feel reassured that I chose the right place. I ordered my food and made a simple request, no garish (lettuce) she nodded and I assumed everything was all good. Once my food came, I realized that she didn't listen to me at all. My plate had lettuce on top of my chile rellaño which I asked them not to do. I realize this is trivial, but it's a simple request to tell the kitchen. (I hate lettuce on hot food. Pick it off you say? Well if they wouldn't put it in there in the first place, I wouldn't have to pick it off). The food itself though was delicious as hell. At the end of my meal, my server shorted me on change so I just figured that was what she thought her tip was. read more

Great Moab restaurant! It was a VERY busy Thursday night, but they got us a table in less than 15 minutes in the heat of the 7pm rush. The front desk staff was so busy with take out orders, walk ins, and phone calls, but they were very kind and welcoming. Service was friendly and our food came out very fast. It was a festive atmosphere with the staff singing Happy Birthday to various customers. We had the beef and chicken Fajitas for two and it was perfect. Would definitely go back! read more

This food hit every taste bud, especially after hiking all day. We were seated immediately, there was plenty of staff therefore our drinks , chips and salsa (which was spicy) and order were taken quickly. VERY good Mexican... we enjoyed for lunch before visiting Arches National Park. Very friendly staff. Leftovers for the next day. Recommended! read more

Awful experience, food was mediocre at best but the worse thing is how they treat large parties when it comes to paying! Even though their sign says "parties of larger than 8 up to 4 checks maximum", they refused to do their job and provide us 4 check, it became our "problem" since they automatically added gratuity for terrible service! Don't waste your time here and go elsewhere-- the food was also poor, prices higher, and margaritas were terrible watered down. Be ware!! read more

The was not good my daughter and I ate there. Food poison, vomiting all day. My stomach hurts so bad from the food that we ate there.

Great food, and even better margaritas! The restaurant is warm, inviting and clean. The staff is always very attentive. Their vegetarian options are pretty good as well as their prices. Tip: make sure you check what time they close if you're eating late in the day. We called at 7:30 to make sure they would be open and were told they close at 8:00. (I assume those are their winter hours.) read more

Based on a wonderful recommendation from our hotel people we decided to try this for our first dinner in Moab. We have been traveling and Mexican food sounded good. Well, it was pretty bad! The service was nice and very friendly but the food was just mediocre at best. The fajita meat had no flavor or seasoning at all and it had fat in the meat. and the rice was orange and dry..inedible to me. The beans were tasteless. Hubby had the tacos al carbon which are his favorite and the meat tasted funny. On the plus side the margaritas were very good! This was just not good Mexican food to me, originally from California so I do know good Mexican. Sorry I couldn't give a better review. read more

The food was ok. The hostess, was very unfriendly, she seemed more interested in her coworkers than working. The waiter, was all out rude. I asked questions, he ignored me. Then i found a dead bug, under the glass table cover, see the picture. When I told, the waiter, he just ignored it. I won't be back. read more

It was OK... nothing really wrong. Chips a bit over cooked. Will say the canitas was probably the best of all the things ordered. Enchillada sauce ok. Beans so-so Rice pretty good. All in all ok. Would I come again? Yes but mostly because everything in this town is just that.... just ok. read more

Would not return to this restaurant. Overpriced, small portions and not that good. My enchiladas where dry, maybe a teaspoon of refried beans and the rice was just ok. Service was fine. The restaurant is designed for tourists; can't imagine many locals patronize. read more

Hungry & thirsty? Great service, good value and value. Every day is a fiesta at Fiesta Mexicana.

This meal was delicious! The service was good, but the margaritas, burrito supreme, and chicken quesadillas were perfect. My burrito had shredded beef, and it was amazing! Their cheese dip was made with yellow cheese and jalapeños cheese, and the salsa was so fresh. read more

wish we could leave ZERO stars. they got our take out order completely wrong AND refused to fix it. asked for a mild salsa INSTEAD of just hot salsa & in turn got charged $11 for a bag of gross chips & stale salsa. in total; we paid $56 for a mediocre burrito, soggy chicken taquitos and chips & salsa that are supposed to be included. also - there's an AUTO GRATUITY of 15% that isn't posted & they don't tell you about. read more
