Worst food I have ever eaten in my life!!! You call this garbage Mexican food? Is this what Mexican food is in Utah? The chicken taquitos were so awful I only took two bites. (Check out the picture - they aren't even the correct shape for taquitos!) I told the waiter I didn't like it in both English and Spanish (so don't say it was a language problem) but he could care less. When the ground beef. enchiladas came I couldn't believe how horrific they were!!! Even the beans and rice were not good help me Jesus. Soo I found out about this place through my hotel. They had a list of restaurants and this one caught my attention because it said "Best margaritas in town". Look, I didn't know these guys were a chain and was surprised when I found out, but the truth of the matter is that it was late, we were in Moab at the end of a long day in Arches National Park and we were starving. My dad an I desperately needed a cold beer and Mom was craving food. We got both served to us by a gentleman with a big smile and a great attitude. We spent a week in Moab and one of the couples in the group brought up how good the food was here. We got busy and weren't able to eat there until our last day. Damn good food, authentic, good portions and good service. I had the seafood chimichanga which were loaded with seafood. My wife had a chicken dish (didn't pay attention to what she ordered) and she said it was great. My regular place at home in So. Cal doesn't do food this good. After hiking the arches this place hit the spot! Chips and salsa were a great free starter. The margaritas were delicious and some even used fresh fruit. I got the fajitas and oh boy the portions were super generous. Probably top 5 steak fajitas I ever had. The service was great and everyone was real nice. A nice Mexican Restaurant In Moab. It is not anything fancy so do not feel obligated to dress up unless you want too. The service that we were provided with was good from start to finish. The portions are huge so just be conscience of what you order. I ordered the Mole and it was enough for two of us. Thankfully we had just finished hiking in Canyonlands so I was really hungry. My boyfriend ordered a bean and cheese burrito and he enjoyed it. I overheard the table next to us and they were regulars. I loved how the staff new exactly what they normally would order and how quickly they got their food and drinks. The only reason why they do not get a perfect five stars is because once the regulars came in our server forgot about us and we did not get refills on our drinks until we were almost finished with our food. Our server acted like he'd rather not be there but the busboy and runner were engaging and stopped by the table often for refills of water and chips.
