Food was really tasty and so was the salsa. They even have a spicy salsa which was tasty. Portions were good sized and definately didnt walk away hungry. We will be back when back in the area next year! read more

We stopped in for lunch while waiting to check into our hotel, and it was such a good choice! The location is super convenient, right across from several hotels. The decor inside is welcoming, service was great, and the staff were so friendly, even as we were leaving. The food was great... my parents and I had the steak carne asada, and my husband enjoyed the chimichanga. read more

The salsa and chips are amazing. The mild salsa has cabbage in it, I have never had it that way it is so good. Our server was very fast and friendly. The food came out fast. The chimmychanga was so good and filling. The beast fajitas are really good too. The ambiance is loud and busy. One lady next to us drank a huge margarita and was quite loud about it. Fun place. read more

We have eaten here several times, the service and the food are consistently satisfying. The decor is festive creating a bright welcoming atmosphere that is both cheerful and spotless. Having Mexican staff adds to the restaurants authentic feel. read more

Completely flavorless Mexican food. The rice tastes like instant that has been over boiled and more water added. One of the salsas was like tomato juice with a few veggies thrown in, and the other was like tomato juice with a handful of coleslaw mix added. The meal was a complete waste of mone. read more

I may be a littttttttle bit of an annoying Mexican food snob, but this place was very average for me. The people were very generous to let us run in 30 minutes before closing to grab a quick margarita and food to go. The place was very big inside with lots of seating and colorful walls everywhere. We just sat at the bar since we intended to be in and out. Margarita was a good size. For food we ordered ToGo a chicken quesadilla and a vegetarian burrito. The quesadilla was thick, they definitely didn't skip out on the chicken, and it was topped with sour cream and guacamole which was nice. I was told it was decent, but nothing to write home about. Vegetarian burrito also was just whatever. It was interesting that most the burritos guts were just topped on top of the tortilla and was just beans and rice inside. It all wasn't bad, just not the best. read more

Fast, great presentation, but lacked flavor. But, I'm from Texas, and I like a lot of seasoning in my steak tacos (and all food in general). I'd say it's a Montana 4/5, but a Texas 2/5. read more

Pros: Loved the ambiance! Portions are decent size. Lots of seating. Quick food. Free chips and salsa. Food comes hot! Cons: Sauce is ok. The meat is dry. Not over the top flavors. Overall decent meal and experience. read more

Very disappointed in the food! Ordered chicken fajitas and there was 10 times more vegetables than chicken. I had to get more food after I left. Maybe other food is better. I don't recommend this restaurant! read more

Yuck. No flavor, no spice, not fresh, no presentation. Sauces watery, refried beans were pasty, rice bland. Chips & salsa, were tasteless and did not need to be refilled. At best, this is a basic Mexican restaurant, but the food was less than generic. If you're looking for good Mexican food, keep looking, you won't find it here. It's a shame, it's a pretty restaurant, good location, good service. We had a party of 6, aged from 14 to 70. 2 couples, 2 children. No one liked their meal. We had a single pork taco, chili releno combo platter, cheese quesadilla child meal, burrito combo meal, eggs & sausage combo platter, rice, beef with cheese, queso dip, sodas & water. We tipped adequately, because the service was good. read more

Selling normal steak, as if it was New York steak not even serve the actual New York steak

There were a few hiccups in service: there seemed to be low staff at the time--beginning of dinner service. No big deal--no flatware, forgot the guac. The food was good. We had shredded beef enchiladas. What bothers me is a dinner for two was $75 at a basic restaurant. The reason the tab was so high for a basic meal, is that a Skinny Margarita is $16 Each. I'm visiting from Texas and am well traveled. I don't recall paying that much for a drink EVER, unless it was a fine restaurant, with fine dining, with aged liquor where I expected the tab to be high as designated. My guest, who lives here, had seen the ticket and grabbed it wondering why our tab was so high. She pointed out the cost of two drinks and was shocked. Im writing this just to give people a heads up. I would've complained to the manager, who was running around crazy serving people as he was our server and only one of two servers that I could see. No one was at the front desk as they were the two servers:-) good food, expensive drinks. read more

Had great service, an authentically classic Mexican Ambiance and the food was some of the best Mexican I have had in Bozeman. Wish I had found it sooner. read more

I have eaten here before with no problem. We just left this place and I was extremely disappointed. The bus gal who cleared the table next to us left food on the floor after supposedly cleaned the table. She wiped the excess food onto the floor where it remained. She then threw the new silverware onto the table and walked away. The food on the floor was disgusting. I would not have wanted to be the next patron who would be sitting there. I informed our server and all he said was I know. Not sorry or he would get it cleaned up. I will not return if this is the attitude these folks have. Absolutely terrible. Food was way over priced too. Don't go there. read more

Absolutely terrible. Please avoid at all costs. The food was horrible and oddly expensive for being a random restaurant in the middle of nowhere. It's been three days since going and I still have extreme regrets and sadness for ever stepping into this restaurant. Please do not go. read more

We were staying in a hotel next door and wanted to go to a restaurant that was walking distance. The service was pretty good and the food was also good. The margs were not the best but we added a shot of tequila to ours which helped a little. The restaurant was fun and your classic Mexican restaurant. Would recommend if already in the area. read more

I don't live in Bozeman, but go there for work. I've eaten at this restaurant 4 times and the same thing has happened 4 times. They are super stingy with soda and salsa refills. I've actually failed to succeed with getting either and that is with being very blunt and direct and asking and they just ignore the requests. They never offer either. I asked this time as I left and the lady apologized but I don't buy it. Makes me want to avoid the place. Also the homeless people surrounding the restaurant is a huge problem. read more

I love this place! Me gusta mucho! Great food and a good mexican beer selection. Great service, and muy comodo.

The steak and vegetables in my fajita burrito were low quality, the steak tasted funny and was processed in uniform sized straps, not like steak cut up would look. Yuck! read more

This place was packed and I can only think they're unassuming tourists like me. DRY chicken and absolutely no flavor.

The service was slow but the food was pretty good for Montana. Would give it another try

We ordered the carne asada and chile colorado. Both were tender and so flavorful. The salsa with complimentary chips was perfect. The portions were large with reasonable prices. The service was good. Highly recommended, we will return when in Bozeman. read more

We were fortunate to have Beau a our server. He did an excellent job! My pork enchilada was delicious and the rice and beans were beautifully flavored. Bob had a beef taco. The beef was not inviting or tasty. It was dry and it appeared as if it were pureed... wouldn't recommend that choice. Bit I would recommend their blended margarita. That was yummy! We had the fried icecream with honey as the topping for dessert. When we told Beau that we thought it would have been better if we'd chose chocolate for the topping, he immediately went and returned with the chocolate. Very kind! The ambience is clean and colorful. The location is convenient (right off the freeway) and the immediate service with chips and salsa and water was perfect. We'll be back! read more

I went twice last weekend. They added 10 to one dinner and 16 to another. I gave the waiter cash but they decided I jipped the waiter. I went 2 time, remember? So when I went the second time I gave another 6 tip to make up for the time last time. The waiter knew exactly what I was saying g there was no language gap. 2 times I was ripped off for tips I gave. Don't go here. The food is good the waitwra are dishonest and so is the manager a read more

Being from Southern California, I was highly skeptical when a friend said there was a great Mexican food in Bozeman. So a bet was placed, and in the end, I lost. We arrived to Bozeman later than we wanted; restaurants were closed or closing with an hour. I don't want to be "one of those" people who comes in at closing. We picked Fiesta Mexicana because the menu looked good, close to the hotel, and open. The man at the bar (not sure if he was the regular bartender) was a little snappy and not pleasant. It could just be me because of traveling all day. What pushed me over the edge to stop eating was when I saw him emptying garbage containers (multiple times during our hour there) and not seeing him away long enough to wash his hands. He could have-I don't know the layout of the place so there could have been a sink. Either way, it was unappetizing to see. Next time maybe empty the garbage away from customers' line of sight. Again...could be that I was cranky and hungry...crunky? read more
